Nokia C7 New Update

hi guys ,
i have just downloaded the new update from Nokia to my C7 but there is a problem with it as the arabic language is missed so i can't write SMS's in arabic.
so does anyone know how and where i can download arabic as a writing language fro Nokia C7

If the Arabic language was present before the update.. it means the phone was not intended to be sold in your region..but the retailer added the language for his own gains and sold it there.. Try your luck and ask the retailer to do it for you and insist that its done free of cost.. If no success then the ONLY place it can be added is at Nokia Care but most probably at a small fee..
..Be warned that any future firmware upgrade will put you back in the same situation..where the Arabic language will need a re-install..

it wants a usb connection because it writes directly to the memory where the firmware is installed.
since you don't have a usb cable, you can go to a Nokia Care center and ask them to update to the new firmware.

Nokia 301 new update v9.04 received today

Hello,
My handset : Nokia 301 (RM-839)
I am From India.. today when I checked, I see new update. Downloaded and installed successfully.
version is v9.04. I am unable to find details about change log.
Can anyone provide the same.
Everything is working fine. I received WhatsAPP preinstalled but mistakely I deleted that. But I want it back. Can someone help in this too.

Nokia 701 new update

How are you updating the device's software? Is it via the Nokia Suite or via the in-device Software Update application? Are you getting any error message while trying to do the update? Can you try to update the phone the other way by going to the phone's dialler > dial the *#0000# > Options (3 lines) > Check for updates?

Try doing a System Restore.Choose a date before the update that messed up your machine. Not sure what OS you are running so will post links to both Win 7 and Win 8.

We want new update on both rams and same update.

nokia x3-02 need new update. Please nokia make new update with those change log:
1.use nokia xpress in defult browsin in the phone.
2. Change all icons to symbin anna.
3.Improved phone network and internet
4. Internet disable application
5. Nokia maps built in this phone.
6. Update all application to new version(mail,chat,opera,store,maps,music player,radio player with save support, brightness control, high volum warning, and add more apps and games+ update built in apps)
7.add more style in menu.
8.add some touch feuture.
9. Improved performance and manageing items in phone.
This update should come or make for both rams and in all countrys. If you guys not make this update stop selling this phone and give our money back.

"Nokia Sotware App" on 5800 never finds new update...

The "Software Update app” on my nokia 5800 never finds new updates! It always searches and then claims it can’t find anything. It used to be able to find updates but not it does not. It seems as if it’s corrupted so is there a way i can uncorrupt it? Is there a userfile i can delete on my phone to uncorrupt it?

Nokia have not made the upgrade for all 5800 phones only certain 5800 phones are upgradeable contact nokia and demand this to be fixed. I was on the phone for 1/2 an hour and got nowhere.

Nokia C5 -03 update problem

Hi guys,
I've bought this Nokia C5-03 recently and it was working fine till i had updated it,
but from the time i had updated the software,its become slow and seems to hang up now and
then, the new update totally slowed down my phone, i've tried reinstalling the software but
nothing seems to work, is there any possible way that i can rollback to the earlier version
software!!!!! OR any other solutions !!!!!

here is an new problem guys which i'm facing with the existing one, i have an Nokia BH-505 headset and when i'm playing the music files the sound track which i'm playing keeps breaking for a while and then ends up in freezing and restart of my phone, why is this happening!!! you product code isn't arab so you either bought the phone from another country or your seller imported the phone from another . So your local nokia care will not validate the warranty and you should pay to change firmware . If the seller didn't notify you that the phone is targeting to another country then you should return it and take your money back .
I say that because even if you go to nokia care once then when you make another update the same thing will happen . (elsewhere you should learn doing flashing from your own)

Nokia X3-00 Update.

A new update for Nokia X3-00 came out! Everything is fixed again! I'm sooooooo happyyyyyy! Just one problem... The back up I made didn't restore everything. I didn't get my downloaded apps and games back. Why did this happen and can I get them back???

My N8 received a new update today (13.0xx, and about 6.5mb). The install was a breeze, but what exactly did this update do for the phones functionality? The pre-download description simply stated "updates the phone and allows using all the new features". My question is,..WHAT features. Thanks for the clarification.

It's known that Nokia Belle FP1 is available only for Nokia 603, Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 (and newer phones as well). Those devices that won't get the FP1 update are named '1st gen. S^3 devices' for all I know. That's what makes me say that Nokia 500 is a first generation S^3 device - because no massive updates will be available for it anymore.

Nokia S/W Updater V1.3.0en not working

Hi ppl
The latest version of the Nokia S/W updater or rather the firmware updater is not working..... The application crashes everytime it is started.... Trying to use older versions of the S/W is of no use as a message from the updater insists on installing the new version for usage.
Are any of u facing the same problem?
If there are any patches to this problem pls post the patch.

Did you try and summon some System Information in Nokia PC Suite? To do this, go to Help and click About Nokia PC Suite (sometimes just About...) Then, in the dialogue that appears, click the "System Information" button, and check whether either the "Cable Connectivity Drivers" or the "PC Connectivity Suite" is installed. One of those should be installed at least. If both show NOT INSTALLED, something is going wrong in the recognition of the signatures within the package. This is quite a bit of a technical explanation, but it comes down to the fact that one or more of the registry hooks aren't created in the right way, which would then cause Nokia PC Suite to assume the drivers not to be present.
By the way, can you use other Nokia PC Suite Applications without problems? I'd suggest you try Nokia Content Copier (menu item may be called Backup & Restore). If this application does work, then the drivers should be OK. If the phone isn't recognised at all, please try to connect the phone to a different physical USB port on the system. You might want to connect it directly to a USB port on the back of the PC, so as to rule out the problem being caused by any non-powered USB hub. Please note that ANY USB connector on the front of a PC is referred to as a USB Hub, because they are not located directly on the system's circuit board.
I'd think that, previously, you were able to connect the phone to any old USB port on your system, as you should be. The above step of connecting the phone to a totally different USB port is to check that there are no conflicts being caused by the sloppy way in which Windows sometimes tends to deal with USB Device Management. Windows detects each device on each USB port. This means that, should you connect a device to port A at first, it will be detected. If you connect the very same device to port B the next time, then it will be detected AGAIN, as opposed to the way *Nix deals with these situations: the device's connection parameters will be re-used, instead of the device driver being installed twice.
I'd suggest that, if you seem unable to use Nokia PC Suite at all (i.e. your phone is not recognised), you try to use a different port. If the problem still persists and you do have the option to use a different PC for this time, please try whether you CAN get NSU to work on that PC. If you don't have this option, and your phone becomes usable again but NSU still crashes, please post the EXACT message with which the system crashes, and state a crash type (i.e. BSOD, Microsoft Error Report, Nokia error code, etc...).
BSODs shouldn't be occurring in your case, as BSODs generally tend to be caused by genuine driver and/or hardware conflicts or issues with memory.
