I have recently updated my Nokia C7 with a new version of Market and now I can no longer update any programs. I can click on markets, which gives a black screen. Nothing happens, regardless of how long time I seem to wait. Pressing the middle buttom, can get me back to idle, checking the open applications (longpress middle key) reveals that "nokiastoreclient" is running.
I want to remove this faulty version or update again. How can I do this? (using the link above, just start the "nokiastoreclient", then nothing.

Can not install Ovi Store Nokia 603

can not install shop. Tried to install four different versions, including misrepresented and that you download the browser when they click the icon.
At the end of the installation says: "Installation not possible"

Download this CWRT file to microSD card. Turn phone off insert in phone turn on. Then browse to CWRT file run. Then open up web browser go download ovi store file install. All fixed.
Note:
Make sure to install CWRT file in C:\ when prompt. This will not get lost when phone get reset.

Problem install ovi store and ovi maps?

my phone nokia C7 can not turn on, then I use a three finger salute to hard reset, and my phone can turn on again, but social networking application, ovi store and ovi maps are lost, I tried installing again, but always "unable to install", while applications else could, what happened? what should I do? I want to install it again.

Unfortunately that is one of the outstanding issues with the current firmware in the N8, E7 and C7. The hard reset does not reinstall Qt which is required for the apps you mentions. See this.

Although it is possible to reinstall Qt, the process is highly complicated and should only be atempted by expert users. My suggestion would be to either get your phone reflashed at your local Nokia Care Point or to wait for the next firmware up[date which will hopefully include a fix for this.

Where are you? Because my E51 signs in just fine from the phone app/shortcut if I am in the United Kingdom, but if I am in the USA, it says that Ovi Store is not yet available for my device, please check later (it has been saying that for more than a year).

Nokia 5230 unable to install jad/jar files into me...

i'm unable to install java applications or java games into e:/ memory card.. but i can only install them into phone memory and phone memory is full and phone memory is use when you open application to run.. so i need to put this jar/jad games & application to e:/ memory card.. but it only goes to 75% when installing then unable to install..please help.. many of application unable to run because phone memory is full. do i need something like install properly the memory card to lock into phone or something?

It is time to address why you are so short of free phone memory, do you have too many applications installed or need to clear browser history? Perhaps backup essential data and hard reset device by keyng in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lock code unless altered by user) which should spped your phone up.

Sometimes this message also comes up if some older or similar versions of the software/theme were previously installed and removed. I suspect there are remnants of the previous files which prevent an otherwise normal installation to proceed.
I encountered the same with my wife's 3250 and the only way to get things smooth again is to re-format/hard-reset the phone and format memory card. Luckily, I do this everytime I upgrade the firmware of the 3250. =)

This is a very common problem in devices like c6, e72, 5230 nd many others. The update of ovi siit is provided to yhese phones but unfortunately if the phone is not new it cannot take the load of the updated version. This problem os also sometimes followed by 'memory full close some applications' error.. This might be solved by hard reset. Just try it out..

Unable to install Ovi Maps 3.1 on N81 8gb

One of my older phones i've recently upgraded it to the latest firmware v11.0.045 RM-179. I've been trying to install the latest ovi maps onto the phone but keep getting the error insufficient disk space. So far I've removed most of the installed demos off the c-drive that i know won't be used, but i've only managed to get upto 8mb free from a whopping 25mb c-drive!!
There isn't a c-drive cleanup program like we have on the N97 either. I've installed DrJukka to see what's on the z-drive but i've no idea what to clean up. I've removed all cache and privacy stuff from internet too.
Anyone out there have any positive ideas on how i can free up some more disk space?

I am unable to get the free navigation working on my N81 8GB. I have tried multiple times to format and load nokia maps which loads maps 3.1 on the mobile phone. I am doing this using Map updater and map loader. Whenever I start a navigation the phone needs to go online to the shop and then takes me to the page to purchase a 1 month or 1 year subscription.
When the navigation is free then why pay.
I purchased a bluetooth gps device to connect to my phone so that I could use the free navigation but cannot use it.
Can I get the ovi maps 3.3 sis for mobile by email. I have been trying to get the free navigation for almost 2 months after purchase of the phone.

I developed some problems with my nokia asha 302. At first, i couldn't send any more messages so i switched my phone off and on (i still had enough free space left). Nothing was wrong at first sight but then my phone asked me to re- install time and date, AND my language. When i could go back into my menu, i noticed that 4 apps were gone: ovi- nokia store, games, e-mail and community. Also nokia's standard tones, theme's, games... were gone and the app 'internet' won't work!! Now i wanted to ask what i could do to retreive the apps and re- activate.
could anyone help????

Perhaps try option to re-install existing device software within Nokia Suite > Tools > Softwate updates?

Have OS X 10.6.3 and am unable to install App Store to install Lion or Mountain Lion Software to update to Maverick....HELP!!!!

I recently purchased the Lion and Mountain Lion software to upgrade my MacBook Pro enough to be able to install Maverick (I realized now I only need Lion but oh well). I'm currently running on OS X 10.6.3. I have codes to install Lion using the App Store, however don't have the App Store installed. I cannot install it, as it says I must be running a version of OS X 10.6.6 or higher in order to install the App Store......Am I just completely screwed here??? Does anyone know another way to install this software without the App Store?! Thank you!!!!

1. You don’t need Lion either.
2. Run the Software Update pane of System Preferences or install the 10.6.8 combo updater manually.

Nokia 5800 unable to install settings

I have a very peculiar problem. I have a Nokia 5800 and the phone display had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the service centre also reinstalled the entire software during the process as a result of which I lost all the internet, MMS and browsing settings. I tried getting the settings from my service provider (BSNL in India) and sent the required message.
The first message I get is "welcome! Your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic handset will now be configured with access to services. Please accept when prompted."
After that, the settings come. However the msg reads as "Trusted server settings recieved but not saved. Message could not be authenticated and was deleted'
As a result of this, I am not able to browse the net.
Also, since the time the software has been updated, I am unable to connect my phone to the PC through OviSuite. My phone does not get recognised after connecting via USB even though I click on PC suite as the connecting option. The device is not indicted in my PC which means am unable to attempt updating the phone too.
The software version is V 52.0.007 dated 17-10-2010 Custom Version 52.0.007.C01.01 custom version date 14-10-2010 language set 19 Type RM356
Can somebody help me please?

As for the Access Points settings and other settings.. Do that Manually.. You may ask the Operator and note them down.. or these may be available on their site...

have already installed windows service pack2 in my computer me too but it works just fine for Forms [32 Bit] Version 6.0.8.11.3 (Production).
Well,may be there is something wrong with ur cd..
i had this problem b4,if i changed the cd everything works just fine.
If it doesn't work i suggest downloaded Forms 6i from a compatible version to XP.
