Nokia can I update page

Hi
If i try either my N95 product code (0547869) or my friends N95 code (0536062) on the can I update page I get the following responce.
Sorry, there is no software currently available for that product code via the Nokia Software Update tool. That is not a valid product code. Please check your product code and type it again. For example, most codes begin '05xxxxx'
Does anyone know whats happening I'm waiting patiently for an update for my N95.
Thanks

N97 (V21.0.102 / RM-505)

If it says that no updates are available then your phone is most likely network branded or network locked (or you already have the v20 firmware). Most networks don't bother approving new updates leaving thier customers stuck with old firmware.
If your phone isn't network locked see this faq for more info: http://europe.nokia.com/A4577229#faq35
A nokia care point/service centre may be able to update it for you.

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Older Pages 5 versions can not open newer Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5.2 files can not be opened in Pages 5.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed over 95 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

  • I can't update Pages or iWork versions

I'm using Mountain Lion, but can't get Pages, Numbers or Keynote to update from their old 'iWork' versions.
    Pages version is 4.0.4
    Numbers version is 2.0.4
    Keynote version is 5.0.4
I can't seem to get any updates...
Anyone have a view as to how to restore the automatic update that has somehow been broken?
I've tried selecting software update - but it returns that all software is up to date... It's not..

Actually just spent 15 mins on phone to Apple Support, and during the call I solved it!
The issue was that I had purchased iWork as a set of disks before the App Store for Mac existed.
As a result, the serial numbers of my disks are not stored on Apples servers - so no automatic update.
    Going to: http://support.apple.com/downloads/#iwork
Gives the updates that you can do the old fashioned way...
Apple have logged this as a problem for all those who had iWork or other applications pre-installed on a new machine or who bought disks with iWork or other applications on..
Those who have downloaded Apps from the App Store should have no issues with updates... the rest of us who either pre-dated the App Store but have the Apps loaded - will for now have to seek out any updates and manually update them..
I understand that there is a request internally at Apple to ensure the servers recognise the "non-App Store Apps" and include them in the automatic update, but they are probably waiting until the download bandwidth for Mountain Lion calms down a bit before working on this..
    Hope that helps a few...

  • Can't update pages and keynote: "this update is not avaiable to my apple ID"

I've just bought a Mac Book Air 13'' 4GB and I've just updated it to the Yosemite. But when I try to uptade my keynote, numbers or Pages to the newest version, it says it is not avaiable for my apple ID since the app has been bought by a different user or the app has been canceled or something. What is happening? Can anyone help me?

Please test after each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Keep in mind that no one here represents Apple or can help with customer-service issues.
    Step 1
A purchased app can only be updated by signing in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that was originally used to buy it. There's no way around that limitation, which also applies to free apps. If you can't sign in with the buyer's ID, delete the app and reinstall it. You'll have to pay for it again, if applicable.
    Step 2
If you get the alert when trying to update a bundled iLife app, select the Purchases page in the App Store and locate the app in your purchase history. If there's a button marked ACCEPT on the right, click it.
If you have a used Mac, the bundled apps were linked to the original owner's Apple ID and can't be transferred to you. Reportedly, customer service has issued redemption codes to some second owners who asked, but it's not guaranteed.
    Step 3
If you're trying to update iLife or iWork apps that were installed from a purchased DVD, or if you have a refurbished Mac bought directly from Apple, contact App Store customer service for a redemption code. You may be asked for the part number of the DVD.
    Step 4
From the App Store menu bar, select
              Store ▹ View My Account
Enter your Apple ID password at the prompt. At the lower right corner of the window that opens, click the Reset button. Close the window.
    Step 5
According to a report, the error can result from changing the language setting of your Apple ID account. I can't confirm.

  • Can't update pages, numbers, and keynote!

This is weird: I just upgraded my MacBook Pro from Mountain Lion to Yosemite.
and all the three apps didn't upgraded: pages, numbers, and keynote.
when I go to the app store and click on update they said:
This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.
I tried also with my brother apple ID I got the same thing!!!
does anyone can help me please?
    or got the same problem??

Unfortunately she Accepted those apps into her Apple ID before you could and they now belong to her. Her Apple ID is now encoded into those copies on your Mac. She would be the only one to redownload them and to update them. To change that will require a big mess.

I can't find anywhere to change this or delete her information.

  • Can't update Pages or Numbers - but I own them...

I have a fairly new MacbookAir to which I migrated all my necessary (and fully paid-for and legally purchased) applications like Pages and Numbers.
There's an update available for Pages and Numbers, so I went to the App store and clicked on Update and received the following message:
"You must have previously purchased the item being updated. Tap Buy to purchase it now."
But I ALREADY OWN these applications. All I want to do is update them.
    Help please.

Update for anyone interested - since I paid for Apple Care Protection, I used Express Lane and just spent 40 minutes on the phone with a supervisor.
Believe it or not, despite having my original order # which, of course, supports my case that the two apps CAME WITH the MacBook Air, and having my serial number and having checked to see that the computer was ordered using my iTunes ID etc., he had to take my phone number so he can research this further and call me back later.
Interestingly, when I checked "PURCHASES" in the App Store for this computer, neither Pages nor Numbers shows in the purchased list.
    Very very strange.

  • I can't update Pages and other apps in my Mac Air. This text appear: "La actualización no está disponible con este Id. de Apple"

No me deja actualizarlos, según dice el texto por mi  Id. de Apple.

Roughly translated, that's "The update is not available with this Apple ID."
My guess would be that either the application was purchased with a different Apple ID, or from the Apple Store of a different country.

  • Nokia N900 software update to V10.2010.19-1

    hi,
I am trying to update my Nokia N900 OS version to V10.2010.19-1. My current version is 3.2010.02.8 and I am trying to update the software version to 10.2010.19-1 using Nokia software updater tool. The tool is able to recognise my device when connected via USB in PC Suite mode and it determines the available version as3.2010.02.8 in the mean time time it says the available version is also 3.2010.02.8 and it says my phone is upto date. I am wondering what to do and how can i upgrade my software. I am trying to to the update from Sweden. Could someone help how can i update my phone to new version.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

For some reason NSU is absolutely useless for the N900, as is the Nokia "Can I Update?" page.
Your best bet would be to grab a PC and update using Maemo Flasher, by following one of the many tutorials on here or over on Maemo.org: Firmware Update Wiki.

  • Updateing Page Parameters via update statement.

Can I update page parameters using a update statement. For instance I have about 20 pages I want to change to "Page is Public". Is it possible to set this with an update statement so I don't actually have to set it manually on each page?
Where might I find the right table to update?

I can not update my N95 using Nokia Software Updater.
The error message "unable to update the software" will appear.
    I have version 12.0.013.
Come with ideas, I have contacted Nokia's support and they want me to send the phone to them but it may be the final solution.

  • Can't update Nokia maps

I opened Nokia Maps, then Options->Download maps->Selected Finland's maps to be downloaded for offline use. No matter how many times I try, it gives an error message where it tells me "could not connect to the server, please try again later". Over the course of three weeks I've tried to continue the download dozens of times with a fully working wifi and it just won't download the maps for me.
So, now that I already started downloading the new version of the map but could not finish the download, I can't even use the old version of the map because it says I need to finish the download first.
Well, I thought I could use Nokia PC Suite for updating the maps. As I click the link "Download maps for Nokia maps" it opens Here.net in my browser and nowhere on that web page could I find an option to download the maps for my phone.
How can I update maps for my phone?
    Phone: Nokia E7-00
    OS: Nokia Belle FP1

Suggest perhaps that you delete E:\cities + .qf file from your E7-00, re-start Nokia Maps to re-define necessary folder structure and try re-downloading your regional mapping!
Here is direct download link for Finland from 00.02.49.104 series should it be needed.
Assume that typographic error in your post and that you meant Nokia Suite not PC Suite.
Let me know if any further assistance required.

I had to change my Apple ID and password in itunes. Now my icloud doesn't work and I can't update my apps on my iPhone. I have looked at suggestions on the community pages and apple suggestions but none of them are relevant to iOS 8.1.2
icloud just keeps bringing up my old email address & asking for my old password which doesn't exist anymore and when I try to sign out of icloud it wants my old password, when I tried to change my primary email back to the old one it wants me to verify it through an email address that doesn't exist. Please can you help me sort out this nightmare.

    Hi skippy2012trev,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you updated your Apple Id and password but now you are being prompted for the old information in iCloud. You are on the right track by changing the Apple ID back to the previous email address temporarily so that you can sign out. You should not need to verify the email address. After you edit the Apple ID back to the old email address and then sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, edit the Apple ID back to the address you would currently like to use. There is no need to change the password again, only the email address, unless you prefer to update the password again.
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud - Apple Support
    Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.
    Cheers,
    Joe

I have updated from Snow Leopard to Lion with Safari Version 5.0.5. Now I can not update to Safari 5.1. There is no update in the Software Updater, and on the apple-download page, I only found a Safari 5.1 for Snow Leopard. When executing it, there is an error message, that it is for 10.6 only.
It seems that I should have first updated Safari, and then only to Lion, which I didn't. Any idea how I can fix this now without having to rollback to Snow Leopard, update Safari and then go back to Lion?

Try this Safari5.1 from the installer package
    http://www.filefactory.com/file/cc9005d/n/Safari.pkg.zip
The download worked better with Firefox not sure why. At the bottom of the page after the captcha>> slow down load is the Free link,  it took about 4 minutes to download on my test.
