Nokia "Communities" and "Facebook" applications ar...

First i've downloaded "Communities" app from OVI store. It works too slow. Then i found "Facebook" app on OVI store. It seems ok but some times it becomes unstable. can't click anything even close app. Needs to Force shut down.

This app is a pice off crapp coz is a beta I strongly recommend you to use any other app for facebook. Nokia really don't care about that kiond of services thats why I cant wait to put my hands on the new BB 9800.

Nokia 5530 and facebook app

Nokia browser and facebook moble (touch) website

Hi NDS. I just want to know something... My phone is Nokia 700 FP2 v 113.010.1506. I have an issue using the facebook mobile website, on Nokia Browser.
The page loads but:
1) On the top i have no notification icons.
2) I cant use the side-slide menu, when i press on there is no reaction.
3) when i slide down the news feed, it muat load the old post, but nothing happens.
I wrote about this to facebook, but there was no result.
Opera mobile loads the page and everything is good but due to slow performance of script and etc. loading, i don't use Opera mobile.
On FP1 everything was working perfect, after FP2 this issue appeard.
Yes only facebook is not a reason to say that there is a bug. I just want to know if this happens only to me.

The built-in browser isn't the best for Facebook'ing, i've found. you can also try third-party applications in the Nokia Store for Facebook.

Nokia 6303 and 6303i application missing

Hello,
Just a question about the Nokia 6303 and 6303i.
I own both models but there is an app into the 6303 that is unfortunately not anymore into the 6303i
This application is the remider named "rappel" in french.
It's just a little app who make ring your phone at a programmed date and time.
This app has a great function to call you again every 5 minutes until you cancel it.
This app is not anymore in the 6303i and also not into my C3-01.
The question is : would it be possible to take this app out of a 6303 and insert it into a 6303i ?
And how could I do ?

Hello,
How do I setup email on my blackberry? I've read a few help pages and it seems you have to have an email setup button and I don't have that.
Also I downloaded the facebook application and whenever I try to get on it, an error message appears. Help!

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?
You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as addtional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

Nokia 6710 and Podcast application

I have bought a Nokia 6710 phone and, unlike what it was stated in the specifications page of the Italian Nokia site, the phone does not seem to include the Podcast 3.0 application.
I have noticed that the phone web browser implements basic podcast support. But it is far from the functionality of the Podcast 3.0 application, which at the moment does not seem to be compatible with the 6710.
Is there a planned release of the Podcast 3.0 application for the Nokia 6710?

I like my 6710 very much, and think it is great value for the money. But it is true. It does not have the strong Podcasting 3 although Nokia advertices so. And my impression is that Nokia does not follow this forum, so complaints here makes no sense. I have earlier asked the customer service (which is very friendly) to stop the false adverticements or implement the software, but nothing happened. I guess that the friendly and responsive customer service is not linked to Nokia, but is just a call center.
With all those different phones on the market I guess that the Nokia developers are overwhelmed. I like Nokia and think that they are a very capable company but my impression regarding smartphones is that they for the moment loose out to companies with much fewer phone models on the market, like HTC and Apple.

Having problems with flash and facebook applications

i have been playing battle pirates on facebook. when i try a go to full screen veiwing it locks up. The last time it did it my veiwing area for the game was shrunk and now the images are overlapping. I need help to get it back right. I have thenewest flash installed and im useing windows7 64 bit

When you say locks up, are you talking about the page, the browser or your entire system? Which browser are you using? IE9? You might want to try disabling hardware acceleration (see step 1 on this page) in Flash. If that doesn't help, and you're using IE9, then try disabling GPU acceleration and see if that makes a difference.

I became a new customer of Nokia recently by buying the Nokia
E5. I just wanted to request/suggest to Nokia that please fix the
Nokia E5's Facebook application, it's a very good app but I request
you to add a "Notifications" bar to it because that is the main thing
all Facebook users want. Once or if you do fix it please set an
update so we can update our Facebook app directly from the
mobile and be at easy getting notifications in the app itself.

ok for facetime and imessage go into settings turn them off make sure to make an icloud backup and then go to settings general erase all content and settings and then set it up from the backup it should activate your imessage and facetime

As suggested try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.
Also, it might help if you provide a little more detail on what you mean by "not working"

Try giving it a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys, past when you see the red power down slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.
If that doesn't work, look in the app's page in itunes. It's entirely possible Facebook has put out a 'bad update' that is crashing. Look in the reviews to see if others have your problem.
There are other ways to use Facebook without the app. You can use safari to access either the regular facebook site or m.facebook.com . or you can look for third party apps. I have one called Facely but there are others.
the 'official' facebook app is buggy at best.

Microsoft Password and Facebook Help on Nokia Lumi...

My Nokia Lumia 928 is constantly having problems with my password for both my Microsoft account and Facebook. Every time I enter my Microsoft account password, it says it is syncing and then says "Attention Required". I have logged on my computer successfully with the same information. I even changed my password on my computer and entered it on my phone. Still no success. I have also reset my entire phone. Nothing has worked.
Facebook has had the same problem except it accepts my password in the "Email and Accounts" settings but when I go to messages and scroll to "Online", It says the password is incorrect and please go to settings to fix this. Yet it says people are online and I can talk to them If I press Cancel. But I can not recieve messages. Only send them. It syncs successfully in the "Email and Accounts" settings also. Pleas help as this is driving me up the wall. I have never had such a simple problem with a smartphone.

I'm afraid thats a question for Microsoft.
