Nokia Drop not connecting

Question

Hi, since a few months the Drop app doesn't connect, it freezes on connecting and won't go further.. I ask for help on BetaLabs twitter and they told me the service is still running and ask for help here.. This app is great and I use it a lot, the browser says it send the picture or url but as the device is not connected I never receive it.. Thanks in advance for any help you can give

You can do the following steps if you're referring to the Nokia Drop in the device:
1. Switch off/on the phone.
2. Check if there's an active connection. Try to access websites to verify. 
3. Restore factory settings. 
4. Clear the browser's cache.
5. Uninstall/reinstall the Nokia Store.
6. Check if the Nokia Store has an update.
7. Check if there's a latest software update.
Try the following steps if you're referring to the Nokia Drop for computer:
1. Check if you have an active connection. Try to access websites to verify. 
2. Clear the browser's cache.
3. Uninstall/reinstall the Nokia Suite.
