I try to switch on my mobile E 63 several times and couldn't succeed. Please help me

If the device is fully charged and does not switch on, visit a local Care centre where they can check out the phone.

On a Windows computer, did you consider the Nokia Software Recovery Tool already? Anyway, sounds like a hardware issue. To double-check this assumption, did you consider to bring that phone to your dealer, who in turn sends it over to a local but genuine Nokia Care Centre? Looking at the second-hand market-price of your phone, this might be a total financial loss.

Nokia Lumia 1020 - Pro Cam switching to Panorama

Nokia Pro Cam used to have a circle with 2 arrows at the bottom right of the screen to switch to Panorama or Smart Cam. And there was the camera button and video button on the right middle of the screen. Now, there are 3 buttons on the right middle - the camera, video, and smart cam. And no way to find Panorama. Any idea what happened and how I can get the button to switch between modes back.

hi mate, the arrow is no longer there but you can tap on the three dots and then tap on Lenses to get to the Panorama app.

I took back of contacts messages and others.. Then click restore factory setting to flash. Then I tried to restore the back up data. That was also done successfully. But soon after the mobile got switched off... When I tried to switch on.. It is just displaying nokia and white screen blinking three times.. Got off.. Please let me know the possible way to switch on my mobile....

Unfortunately with S40 there is very little that you can do, try removing battery for 10 minutes then replacing and re-try; apart from that a visit to a Nokia Care Point is now indicated.

[HELP] Nokia X6 (8GB) Doesn't switch on.

Well, my Nokia X6 - 8GB phone (Internal Memory) doesn't seem to start/switch on. It was working fine till today afternoon. The next time I tried using the phone, it was off. I tried switching it on but didn't work.
My attempts:
1. Removed SIM & tried - Failed.
2. Tried Charging the battery - Nothing happens when I plug the charger.
3. Tried the hard reset. - Fail
No sound, no light, no vibration. Its just off.
Any clue?

leave the battery out for about 20 minutes
put the battery in and try and start the phone.
If the phone is still dead, leave the phone for service at closest Nokia Care point.

Remove battery for 5 minutes & put it back and check. Check your battery if still operational, accepting charge.

Nokia Lumnia 610 problem when switched off

when I switch the mobile fully off then switch it back on again and/or the battery is discharged, it doesn't record any calls or texts received when the phone is switched off [fully] or the battery is flat. Can anybody help please

It wont record anything if switched off,some operators provide a call catcher service,ie you get an sms that you have had a missed call.
If you turn on your phone and no sms come through it simply means you got none.

I was dropping and recreating some of the redo logs to create them with a larger size and somehow made some mistakes (in location and when I want to drop and recreate now, one of the files is giving me an error.

I mistakenly used the logs which belongs to another database.
Please help me.

Nokia 3109: how to activate (switch on) the back s...

The front speaker is a bit quiet, even when set to max. How can I activate back speaker to work during conversations ? I can't find any info in user manual.

Not all phones have a speakerphone option. If you can't find it in the options when a call is active, and if there is no mention of it in the manual, then your phone doesn't have this option.

Nokia 5530 switches off when making/receiving call

Hello , i have strange problem with nokia 5530. Its just switches off when making/recieving a call. I read nokia discussion of Europe and USA. there are number users who have same problems i have it now.
I've gone to nokia care and hope they can give me a perfect solutions. As i have read all the posts about this problem , i m bit worried whether my mobile will be repaired or not. Stil now i havent found any post which 100 tells me about solution for this problem

Nokia 7710 wont switch on

I have a nokia 7710 which used to switch off by iteself then one day switched off and I havnt been able to switch it back.
I was told by a friend that this was down to the firmware as the battery was fine. Has anyone heard of this problem if anyone knows of a solution please let me know.

Switching off Nokia Asha 302 tips from Nokia

My Nokia 701 automatically gets switched off when ...

Hello nokia users.
My 701 set is a year old. It is now out of the warranty period. Now the irony is, whenever I put a sim card in my nokia 701, it gets automatically switched off.
For this reason, i have contacted the nokia care people, but they said the whole simcard slot need to be changed & it will cost me Rs. 5000 (indian rupees). As you can see, if you purchase a mobile of Rs. 17000 a year before & finding out a year later that it will take another Rs. 5000 to fix it, you can finally say, "Nokia, have you lost your mind. !!"
And one more thing, if i get it fixed by nokia, will i get the warranty of the replaced part (sim card slot) ?
Any solution to fix my problem is appreciated.

Normally you should get some warranty on the repaired part, you need to check with your local Nokia Care Point, since this probably varies by location. I would expect 3-6 months warranty for the repair.
