Dear Nokia Team,
I bought 2 Nokia "E5" in Australia, the telephones languages are English & Filipino.
I am a Belgian citizen and would like to find a way to set up the telephones in my mother language, is there a way to do this ?

You need to get an alterntive language pack containing Belgian installed on your phone. This can only be done by a Nokia Care Point.

When you buy an iPhone in the U.S. it's locked to that country with the carrier you bought it for.
If you bought the device unlocked in the U.S. it's unlocked, you can use it on any carrier. Even one's outside the country.
If you want to do a repair on a device you bought in the U.S. and your using it in another country, you must send it back to the U.S. Why? That's where you bought it from.
AppleCare Protection Plans and AppleCare Limited Warranties are registered to your hardware.
Your hardware is your iPhone.
Wherever hardware that was bought then that's the country it was designed to be used in and that's where it was manufactured.
Apple is very localized - if you call U.S. tech support, you'll speak to somone in your country.
So, what does all this mean?
In order to do a repair, you need to send it back to the country you got it from.
And we're all customers like you. We understand that you're upset, but Apple isn't gonna bend the rules to one individual.
Policy is policy. Get over it.

Where can i buy a 62 cartridge for an envy5640 printer in sydney, australia

Hello , I recently received a replacement printer from HP. I was told my current model was no longer manufactured and was provided with an HP Envy 5640 as a replacement. The initial cartridge that was provided with the printer has run out. I am trying of find a supplier that can supply a '62' cartridge. I have tried two of the major office supply organisations in Sydney , and two online printer supply companies in Australia . None of the can supply a 62 cartridge . Does anyone know where I can get one , either online , or from a shop in Sydney Eastern Suburbs. ( and if anyone can tell me why they are so hard to find that would also be appreciated) Thanks

Nokia 5800 and Virgin Mobile (Australia) data setu...

Has anyone here got their 5800xm working with Virgin Mobile Australia data plans? I have been having much trouble getting the browsing to work on my phone and have spoken to Virgin a number of times. Any help would be appreciated. Perhaps there is a setting in the phone that I need to change etc that I don't know about?

The reason virgin won't give you the settings is because it's not a model they sell.
What you need to do is call them and tell them a different model. For example ask them for the settings for a nokia 2330 instead as they do sell that model and the settings will work on your 2220.

I am opening this topic because i feel very frustrated about my nokia recent aquisition. At the 22 of this month (6 days ago) i have bought a nokia 5310 in a People´s Phone store.
The design of the mobile is very attractive and most functions too, that were the main reasons for my aquisition. Now the worst part, as many of you guys the first weeks after i bought a mobile phone are sacred, o treat my mobile as a baby, bought a silicone "wallet", dont know the word in english, dont mix it in the pockets with the keys to avoid scratchs, etc etc etc. However even being so carefull a strange thing happend yestarday, i was driving in my car and suddenly at my mobile and the display was all black. I went to the store wondering what was happening to my mobile and they told me the display was broken however there isnt any exterior sign on bad use or falls of the mobile, as i told you previously i just bought it 5 days ago. I have asked to exchange for another phone as that was very strange the told me they cannot do that because the phone its broken even there isnt a sign of a bad use then cant trade with a new. They also told me that they can send to nokia however they wont do anything because its broken and when its broken the fault seem to be always of the client.
I am really frustrated spend 110€ in a mobile, give it the best treatment and now 5 days after bought its BROKEN!
What you guys think i can, should? What you guys would do?

All you can do is to contact Nokia directly using the "Contact us" tab to the top right of this screen and put forward your case the best you can. You never know what they might do for you. You won't know until you try.

I'm really not certain why clients always want in-house

set hours.
Many ideas and concepts pop up in the wee hours of the
morning, in the shower, late at night etc.
I have been developing with CF since 3.5 (Allaire), am a MS
MVP with strengths in SQL, Office, IIS, and a multitude of their
other tools, plus have been developing CF apps within my own
company for over 11 years.

Using UK bought Macbook in Australia

I am off to Australia for a couple of months and I need to know whether I need to buy a separate power adapter to charge it or can I buy a new square power adaptor out there which will work. In essence, is it the power plug that is the only thing that varies between Macbooks in different continents or are the laptop batteries completely different?

I travelled to Canada with my Aussie iBook back in 2005 and just had a plug adaptor for it.
Since Apple sell "Travel Packs" with the different countries plugs to switch plugs on your power pack, I would assume that you'll be fine.
Just go and talk to an Apple reseller/Apple Store and ask them about getting an Aussie plug for the power pack.
