Nokia E70 Russian Language SOS

Hi,
I am trying to get russian language on my Nokia E70 phone, but i can't find the right software. Please help.

The N90 has it.I think it's included in the latest firmware.Go to a nokia service center and ask about this.Might solve your problem.

Language packs can only be installed by some Nokia Care points. Contact your local care point and see if they can do it for you.

A bug in Nokia PC Suite with Russian language

I've just updated to Nokia PC Suite 6.85.12.0, and I had a problem: in the settings dialog I couldn't choose where to save files, video, etc. There were default paths, like "C:\Галерея\Музыка" ("C:\Gallery\Music files", I had Russian language switched on on my Nokia 3109c, firmware v5.50), and when I clicked the buttons on the right, just a blank dialog opened, where it wasn't possible to choose anything. I tried switching the language of my phone to English, and that helped: the dialogs began to work as they should.

Yes, the Phone Browser works as it should, the only problem is with the settings of the main PC Suite window; even completely similar settings of Nokia Music Manager works correctly.

Russian Language on Nokias

I definitely could use some help here. Does anyone know where and how to put a Russian Language pack on a Nokia phone without changing the product code? Im looking for files or programs or whatever can help me get this done. Im asking most specifically for the 5800 Xpress Tube, but even the E Series or N series phones would work too. Thanks for any assistance i receive.

you can't just add another language to your phone. you can go to nokia care point and request that they put on a language pack with russian in it. now make sure that, the language pack has the other langugae/s you need. it will cost you a small fee and you will loose the language pack if you ever update your firmware or reformat your phone. this is the only way you can have it done without voiding your warranty.

To get the language on your phone you need to take it to a nokia care point. They will be able to install the russian language pack for you. It is not available for the user to install.
Any other method will void your warranty and cannot be discussed on this forum.

X6-00, how to install Russian language input?

I have a X6-00. Its Messaging program only allows for English inputs. Does anyone know how to add Russian language input? Presently, it will show Russian (the Cyrillic alphabet), but I cannot input it.
Any help will be appreciated.

Dear UK Customer Service
I am experiencing a strange situation and I am directing my question to UK offices of Nokia even though that I live in Finland, the hometown of Nokia Corporation.
My Name is Jack, I live in Helsinki.
Well I have recently bought new mobile phone Nokia E70 model. Prior to purchasing it I have requested the instructions manuals and user guide to be in English language, as I do not speak Finnish.
The mobile came with Finnish instruction by default, however I have spoke to Nokia representatives at the time of purchasing and I was assured that I can receive the original User Guide and all relevant information in English via post and it will take approximately 2 weeks before I receive the original booklets.
Therefore I have gone ahead, bought the phone, set up my contact and learn by trail and error, plus I have found PDF document on internet. Although useful alternative, it’s a hardly a solution as it’s big, unclear when printing, and very inconvenient to carry when travelling for business.
It may be a home solution, but I travel a lot and I am always on the move to see clients and I need occasionally to refer to the manual for some information, especially since the new models are getting so much more complex.
I have waited over 3 weeks for the manuals and since I have not received anything I contacted Nokia Finland CS again and to my surprise I have found out that I won’t be able to receive the booklet manual as the all the manuals are available on the internet for free download and Nokia has no ability to meet my request. As to my question what happened to the earlier promise and why was not advice about the outcome immediately, I received rather disturbing bunch of lays and excuses then I was briefly brushed off with sentence, sorry but we can’t help you any longer and basically hand up on.
My whole purchasing decision was based upon the fact that I have requested the English User Guide and I have been promised to receive it. Now 500 euros later and 4 weeks down the track I have been left in the middle of nowhere, confused as to why this is such an issue and deeply disappointed over the treatment and lack of Customer Care I have received.
That’s why I have decided to contact your UK branch hoping that you may be able to assist me in my in such a simple request and post me one set of English version of User Guides and relevant manuals for the E70 model. In exchange I will be more then happy to return the Finnish versions to whomever maybe the most appropriate person, or office.
In closing please let me stress that I have purchased several foreign products when living in Finland, HP computer and Printer, Canon Professional camera and lenses, plus several small electronics and there was a never an issue in receiving English manuals for any of those products, in fact most of those organisation do not have the policy on using only English language for business transactions and communication, like Nokia has, however such a simple task as English manuals for new model of phone proves itself an enormous and impossible task to overcome.
I am sorry if I sound I little but frustrated or stressed but I have been battling this issue for few days now and quite frankly I would like someone to come up with simple and satisfactory solution and assure me that this request can be easily overcome and manuals posted as previously promised.

I hope to hear from you soon and I really hope you are able to assist me with my enquiry.

Have you tried connecting the device through bluetooth. Could you try connecting the cable to some other computer anc check, Might be that the cable is damaged.

After PC Suite upgrade Nokia E70 is not recognized

Nokia E70 phone and out-of-the-box PC Suite, works fine.
The PC Suite informs me that I should upgrade the software, and I did with one boot. But now, after software upgrade the E70 phone is no longer recognized and my Windows XP states; unrecognized USB device.
Any help?

Try to go to device manager and highlight the unknown device, right click and select uninstall. Then boot PC, connect the phone again and see if it installs the drivers now properly. Also choosing another USB port might help. Make sure you select PC Suite USB mode in phone when you connect the cable

Well, the quick summary that you are not going to like: This system is pretty short on RAM and processor power, your graphics driver is outdated and you are using two screens with different resolutions, which eats up all graphics acceleration plus your card has only 256 MB of VRAM in the first place, which doesn't meet the requirements. You will never be able to use 3D under those conditions.

Problem in the header in the main window in russian language in script

We are using one custom script in Russian language for Contract form and print program is copy program of SAPFY06P.
The issue is, when the contract form is having more number of pages in its output, then some times Russian header text is not printing properly in the output, it prints as junk text instead of Russian language, and surprisingly it is happening only for some pages randomly.
I implemented protect and endprotect statements for the item text in the form, then also Russian text is not printing properly, rather the random printing is changing from one page to the other
In the custom program u2018ZCONPF02u2019 (copy program of u2018FY06PF02u2019), there is one perform u2018ausgabe_pos_uebu2019. In this perform, there is u2018WRITE_FORMu2019 function module with element u2018PROTECTu2019. There is no function module with element u2018ENDPROTECTu2019 in this
