Nokia Intellisync Call Connect for Cisco using E90

HI All, I see that the above software has been released with version 1.1.1 to support the E90, but it mentions in the release notes that the E90 needs 200.x.x firmware, I am running 7.40.1.2, would this mean i need 7.200.x.x and when is this available?

This software is something you dont wanna download on your phone without any help from Nokia. I bought my brand new E-90 installed this software the very night and next day boom phone went dead. Within 48 (the SLA) got me a new phone as a replacement after which i didnt try this software i have tried several others phone works good.
So beware!!!

So you tried to install the NCC but something went wrong? Did you see any error notification?
    Or what actually happened?

  • Cisco Call Connect for Cisco 2.0 and E52

    Hello,
We have a lot of Eserie, old models, using Call Connect for Cisco 1.1 registered to Cisco Communications Manager 6.1. They are well registered in SCCP protocol to the CallManager, and we use the phone model type 7970 to register them.
Now, we received new model E52 which requires Call Connect for Cisco 2.0 release. But we experienced issues registering them into the CallManager 6.1 and phone model type 7970. Apparently there is a model mismatch.
I would like to know if everyone found the right model type to register them without installing the COP addon adding the Nokia CC model.
    Best regards,
    Yorick

    Hi!
Just for curiosity; why wouldn´t you install COP addon?

  • E71x & Call Connect for Cisco

After getting the runaround from both Nokia and AT&T regarding the functionality of Call Connect for Cisco on this model of device (Nokia bounced me to AT&T, saying the E71x was AT&T's custom model, AT&T bounced me back to Nokia, saying that Nokia was the manufacturer), I finally got someone that told me Call Connect would function.
On that advice, we ordered (4) E71x's from AT&T.
They arrived today, and I'm trying to install the .SIS Call Connect package.
PC Suite is installed, the phone is talking to my PC.
I attempt to install CC, and I get:
"Application not compatible with phone.  Continue anyway?"
I go ahead and continue, it checks certificate validity, gives me details on "License Manager".
I click continue, checks certificate validity again, and starts installing (progress bar time).
    I wait.
The Nokia CC Cisco EULA comes up, I click "OK" to agree to it, and receive the warning:
    "Nokia CC Cisco
Phone model is not supported!  Press Cancel to abort installation."
Obviously, cancel aborts.  If I continue, the progress bar returns, grows, and eventually errors out with an odd tone:
    "Unable to install.  No access."
Then dumps me back to the menu.
Has anyone played with this yet?

    Hrmm...
I see that it doesn't show the Nokia VoIP 2.3 - is that required for Call Connect?  I thought Nokia VoIP was a seperate functionality.
When speaking with both AT&T and Nokia prior to our purchase of these phones, I was assured that they had the VoIP capabilities.
That list appears to be inaccurate in some aspects for the E71x - it doesn't list the following for the E71x:
    Nokia AV 2.5mm
    Nokia microUSB Cable CA-101
    USB Mass Storage
The E71x has all of these.
I'm having another problem too, locating any 802.1X configuration, which is also advertised on this model...

finally i did uninstall for nokia cc cisco, i found it on the program documentation on nokia, and states as follow
Some S60 5.0 and new Symbian OS versions do not allow NCC uninstallation via App

    can be done following way

  • Maximum concurrent call connections for our Call Manager v7.15

    Hi everyone,
Hope you can help! I was just asked one question I should have known how to answer...
We are using CM 7.15. Have 1 publisher and 1 subscriber. We have 2 pri T1 (24 slots).  One connects to 1 2821 Voice gateway and another one is connection to another 2821 voice gateway in another location. I do not think we use SIP trunk...but I am not sure if we are using mpcp or H323.... so how do I check which protocol I use?
The most important question is... I would like to ask how I can find out what the maximum concurrent sessions of the call connections are? How do I find it out?
Please help...thank you very much for your help.
    Takumi

    Hi Bobson Lam,
in CUCM Administration > Device > Gateway, you have a list of configured Gateways ... in this list there is a column called 'Device Type', this column shows the 'H.323 Gateway' or the Gateway Model (for ex.: 2821) if it's MGCP.
For Maximum Concurrent Sessions ... have you try RTMT (CUCM Administration > Administrations > Plugin > RTMT for Windows)? There are some System - Performance, that shows, for example, Call Active for H.323.
    Hope this helps.

  • Using Nokia 1200 CA45 connection for data transfer

I have a USB CA45 connector but am unable to connect my 1200 to PC for data transfer. Is this simply because this entry level phone is not able to connect to PC. If so why does it have a CA45 connector installed?
    Any help or advice appreciated
    ottoman62

About my problem above, i followed the process below which is written in the user guide :
"So that you can use a connection by cable, a pilot of cable of data USB must be installed on your PC. You can use the Transfert functionality of data without installing of pilot of cable of data USB. Select Menu > Connectiv. > Câble USB. You can connect your apparatus to a compatible PC using a cable of data USB.
Connect the cable of data USB on the basis of the apparatus. To
change the type of equipment that you normally connect to your
apparatus using the cable of data, support on the joystick. [...]
Transfer of data - Reach data such as audio or photo files on your computer and transfer them since this one by using a connection by cable of data. To use the Transfer mode of data, take care not to select the type of connection USB in
the parameters Manage connections of Nokia PC Continuation. Insert a memory board in your apparatus, connect this one to a compatible computer using the cable of data USB and, when the apparatus you request to indicate the mode used, select Transfert of data. In this mode, your apparatus plays the part of peripheral of storage of mass and, on your computer, it seems a removable hard disk."
The USB cable used is a Nokia device.

    Hi,
Actually  we have UCS 6248 fabric interconnect - first twelve ports are enabled  and same in Cisco UCS Manager.
But when more port will be active by expansion module  then UCSM can manage that too or need any other licence  for UCSM too?

  • Intellisync call connect 1.0

i am looking for ICC 1.0
i know that the current version is
the thing is that i've been having a problem with shared line and immediate divert when using these E61i as SCCP ip phones with CCM 4.X.
the only recommendation i've got so far is to go back to the firs ICC version and add them as 7960s instead of S60 (this since ICC 1.0 was exclusively made for CM4.X and not like the rest of the ICC versions that cover different CCM versions).
anyway i only need the ICC1.0, nokiaforbusiness took it away for download.
    luis

    Hi,
I suggest you not to search 1.0 client.
It will not work better than 1.1.2 client. (or at least should not).
Other thing is that according your earlier posts, you have upgraded your phones(E65, E61i)to PR2 or PR3.
1.0 client will not work with with them.
Try to proceed with the Cisco or Nokia TAC

  • Nokia N86 Default Connection for Email

    Hi all,
I'm not sure if this has been addressed before, I did a search and didn't find anything.
With my N95 I could choose which connection to use for checking my emails.
But in the N86, there is no option, and it always chooses to use the Optus Internet connection.
Is there any way of changing this so it asks for which connection to use?
Under Settings, Connections, Destinations, and Access points, I have my WIFI as Priority 1, and Optus Internet as Priority 2.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Carsten

I think I have a solution for your problem
1-First, you must delete all access points form tools---settings---cnnection---destinations
and also delete your email accounts and any bookmarks saved by your network operator
2-Second create your email accounts using wi-fi conncetions and check the settings of your
email account if it has two choices (global settings & mailbox settings) only then you're on
the right way , if else go back to step 1
3-you will find in advanced mailb. settings -------incoming & outgoing options ,
now you can change the access points of each choice to (Always ask)
4-If the phone asks you every hour to choose connection then you must go
to email settings----mailbox settings----when to sync---update interval ---- choose "Manual"
    hope that I helped you:manvery-happy:

  • Cannot establish internet connection for netbook using WRT310N on desktop

I cannot get my new Acer netbook to connect to the internet using my wireless home network. I connected to the network, with excellent signal strength, but just can't connect to the internet. My desktop pc, which is the computer that the network runs from, connects without a problem. No problem with gaming adapters, either. I have no problem connecting the netbook  wirelessly at work, in hotels, etc. - just at home?? I am new to the wireless network (have had it less than a year). My son has the same problem trying to connect his Toshiba laptop to our home network. Is there a router setting I need to change? Thanks for the help!

    Who is your ISP?
When you Hardwired your Laptop to your Router are you able to access Internet on your Laptop? As you have mentioned that you are connected to your Wireless Network but unable to Logon to Internet.
When your computer is Hardwired to the Router, you can login to the setup page of your Router and then click on the Status tab and under the Status tab check if you are able to find Internet IP address?
On your computer Wireless Computer.... Click on Start - RUN - CMD and click Ok.... Now in the Command Prompt window type "ipconfig" and hit enter and check if the IP address of the Wireless Network Adapter is in the range of your Router.... You can post the Details in your next post.

  • Nokia 6230 loses connection with PcSuite using DKU...

I got tired of trying to solve connectivity problems
with the bluetooth device and bought a new cable.
It seems that neither the Bluetooth or the Cable can transfer more than a few MegaBytes in one shot ("Connection to mobile phone lost").
I have also upgraded to Pc Suite 6.83, still no luck.
I'm Running Windows XP Home Edition SP2.
    Suggestions?

I'm transferring the files via File Manager (PcSuite) or
using the Nokia driver itself. I'm transferring mp3 files, around 12-13 each time (a full disc). The mp3 files are usually around 2-3mb each...
    Thanks.
