Nokia Java Runtime 2.0 for S60

See there is an update on this over at Nokia Beta labs. Tempted to try it out as it promises faster performce.
The intial release 3 months ago got a bit of a slating so can any of you real techies let me know once you have tested the update version if it its worth the risk now.

What is the Java runtime version required for SAP GUI 6.20 for Windows?

Hi All,
I need the following information:
1. What is the Java Runtime version required for SAP GUI version 6.2 for Windows (Platform Windows XP)?
2. And is there any problem if we use Java runtime version 1.6 on PC?
It would be great if anybody can provide the information on the above.

To run SAP GUI for WIndows -- Java isnt a pre-requisite nor is there any dependency for the same.

I downloaded the zip file to the start menu directory on my Pocket PC as indicated in the readme file. But when I go to execute the zip file I get a message saying that there is no application associated with the file and I should run the application first and then open the file from within the application. Does Pocket PC not support zip files. Any help on how to get this installed would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to participate in a Live Meeting session via safari on my iPad. I receive a message that states I need a JRE. Anyone know whether a JRE is available for safari on the iPad, or can you recommend an iPad browser that comes with a JRE?

Java is not supported on the iPad. Does the service that you are having the meeting through have their own app in the store ?

Oracle Clinical - install.sh not working - says not found or Java runtime error.

OS Solaris 8. Sun Sparc 20 - 256 MB 9.1 GB. I am using csh for this install as instructed for the user OPAPPS.
I have installed Oracle 8.1.6 Rel 2 on the SUN Sparc. Everything is fine and a customised DB has been created. Now I
have to install an Oracle application on the same server. I have a working knowledge of Unix but I don't know scripting.
I logged in as OPAPPS as required. (.chsrc). I have set the path with all possible directories and made it a member of
group DBA as requested.
I put the CD in the CDROM and then cd /cdrom

Would anybody know why I get install.sh NOT found when it is there?. This executabel is on the CD. I am not sure why it gives
a java runtime error message when it is OK. Remember, I have already installed Oracle 8i using the same environment with the existing java runtime .

Can somebody tell me, how to install a "java Runtime" on my lion 10.7.3
Yesterday I updated to Lion, and now a lot of really important programs do not work anymore, always with the question:
"Install a java runtime" - and when I do the suggested software update, it stop after a time with the message "No software available"
What can I do?

Alternatively launch the Java Preferences in the Applications/Utilities folder, that will prompt whether you want to install Java or not.
Software update isn't showing you anything because Java needs to be installed first, which it isn't by default. You either go through the Java Prefernces or download and install manually. After that Software Update will notify you of future updates for Java, although if you do that today with above methods you'll have the latest version

Virtual Memory of tomcat(version is 6.0.35) is very high and jvm crash even though we decrease java heap size from 1024M to 500M.

HASPJava.dll is used by verification License and is invoked less and can't use a lot of native memory.
Our business is communicating between java and COM component. In order to implement it, we used JavaCom to generate java class for COM component.
Memory of COM component is little, but Native Memory is high.
Who used JavaCom and did you meet this problem?

Is anyone having problems updating Java Runtime for OSX Lion?

I have the same problem. It is not possible to launch the "Java Preferences" app. When I do, I get the error message:
'To open “Java Preferences,” you need to install a Java runtime, but you are not connected to the Internet.'
I am *most certainly* connected to the internet, since I'm posting to this forum.

You can also use the kXML parser from the Enhydra organization (http://kxml.enhydra.org/). This is a package of XML parsing and DOM generation utilities specifically designed to run on small devices. Note, however, that to make it efficient for small devices, they are not W3C compliant.

I need to install Photoshop CS4 on my Mac Mini running Yosemite 10.10.1 but it requires Java Runtime, where can I download this software, better still is there another as good as photoshop software that does not require Java, anyone in the community have any ideas.
Meanwhile, I wish to thank the community for all there help in 2014 and all the other years. Happy New Year to each and everyone one of you that give us so much support, I look forward to learning more.

I need the TZupdater for the Java Runtime Environment for 1.6, unfortunately the only one that I can find on the Oracle/Java site is :
Java Time Zone Updater Tool 1.3.57
The TZUpdater tool is to enable an Oracle JDK 7 or JRE 7 user to patch their installation with the most recent timezone data
Can someone please point me to the relevant link for JDK 6 or JRE 6
