Nokia Lumia 625 Cant remove back cover? its solid

Hi everyone ive got a new Lumia 625 i am trying to remove the back cover but there is no split in the case? it looks like its got an all in one case can anyone help pls?

NOKIA Lumia 625 display resolution problem

My phone Nokia Lumia 625, with Windows 8.1, is changing it's resolution from normal. Therefore on my display appear icons and everything bigger. No possiblity to answe the phone and see who is calling, because of large image.
All the apps working ok. I have to restart phone every time) UNPLEASANT.

Unable to update my Nokia Lumia 625

I am unable to update my Nokia Lumia 625 to Lumia black update. Its been several months since Lumia black update has been released but still I am unable to update it. It says your phone is up to date.

Otherwise, your phone might be running on a custom firmware made exclusively to your network provider and the update for it might have not been released yet.

Nokia Lumia 625 Slow/Chugs/Hangs Music Selection

I recently got a Nokia Lumia 625 and its been working great, for the most part. I've run into a problem its nothing major just an inconvenience really but whenever i go to start up and listen to my music it hangs for around 16 seconds then the music starts to play but it takes another 5 seconds to switch the screen to the selected music, currently all my music is on a 32GB sd card. If anyone has information on this "problem" plase let me know what i might be able to do to solve this.

have you checked that you are up to date with latest firmware on device and latest Nokia system app u[dates from the Store? also try performing a soft reset. i have seen the behaviour before where if you only have a couple of GB storage space left on the phone, the phone starts to slow down in tasks such as playing music etc.

are u trying to view thru the web browser or thru a dedicated app? check that you are up to date with the latest firmware for your device along with the latest Nokia system app updates from the Store, and try performing a soft reset.

Nokia Lumia 625 and wifi-facebook problem

I have the ordinary problem with nokia lumia 625...everything works except facebook (when using wifi at home)...facebook app wont load,news feed in People tile wont load,internet explorer loads every page except facebook (nokia xpress has no problem)...only thing that works is facebook chat in messages...i have done firmware update of the router (belkin) and it didnt work i really dont know where the problem can be...any other devices works fine (even lumia 800 had no problems), any other pages or apps work fine on wifi and facebook works on other wifis--belkin support says it is a problem of this model of the phone not in the router

Cannot connect nokia Lumia 625 to Win XP PC

Hello, I have a Nokia Lumia 625 phone - I cannot seem to connect it to my Win XP PC
The Phone is upto date - software updates on the phone says 'uptodate'
My Win XP is also upto date (at least uptill Apr 8 2014)
When I connect the phone to the PC using USB cable, it kicks off 'new hardware found' wizard,
When I click to continue install, it says ' MTP device found'
Then after a few seconds it says 'Cannot install this hardware - An error occurred during the installation of the device, The specified service does not exist as an installed service
And I end up with the yellow question marks in the device driver list.
I cannot see the device listed in windows explorer.
Any help or advice?

Yes, there are some issues when using a Class 10 card on a Lumia. However, all of the entire 64gb cards are either rated Class 10 or even faster than that. So the safe option for now is to get a lower capacity card other than 64GB, the next one is a 32GB in which I believe has a Class 4 variant.

Hi should my 625 lose the date & time settings when the battery goes flat - mines done it twice now only had the phone since last wednesday

Same here. Nokia Lumia 930.
When it is set to auto, while the timezone is correct, the phone shows wrong date/time.
I set it to manual and to my surprise, date/time changed on reboot.

Removing back cover no captive screws?

Several months ago my toddler stuck something in my imac g5 with isight's slot drive.
Today, I had problems starting the computer as it remains on the grey loading screen and never goes to the log-in page.
I recently read up on how to remove the back cover. There are no captive screws on the bottom panel of mine. There are 5 screws that come out and then when I go to lift the back cover the whole LCD screen with components removes from it's plastic housing. The cover is not opening up?
Can someone please help me? Please? I feel like I'm going crazy!

I'm afraid that unless your can get your iMac into Target Disk Mode you will have to rely on the tech to remove your drive and copy it. Actually, if they are working on the optical drive and the logic board, there;s no reason why you should lose your data, but to be on the safe side, ask the techs to copy your drive to another one.

Nokia lumia 928 sms call back number

My wife and I both upgraded to the Nokia Lumia 928. since we have, our text messages to each other are followed by "call back at" and then it gives the phone number of the person calling. Called verizon tech support and they said that it is a feature that is sent from the "nokia" phone with your text message and that there is currently no way to dissable it from the sending "nokia" phone. Has anyone figured out how to get this to stop?

I concur with rayhipkiss. The only way I can call back the sender of a text message I've received is to tap on the name or number of the sender when viewing the text message. This is using an unbranded UK-CV Lumia 1020 and an operator branded Lumia 920.
I'd guess that that it is indeed something that your operator has added to their custom variant of the 928.
Do you see this "call back on" after messages sent to you by someone on other networks, and to they see it on messages that you send them?

Now i wanted to upgrade the ram but i can't figure out how to remove the back cover. I've replaced ram on many different laptop desktops,etc so i know how to do this. But theres no screws and no way to pry it off without somehow breaking it. If anyone has any ideas Thanks.
