Nokia Lumia 630 phone connection with USB cable an...

Kindly be advised that I have been able to easily connect my Nokia E6 in the past to my Lenovo Thinkpad T530 running Windows 7 (64 bit) via Nokia Suite and Windows Explorer by both Bluetooth and the USB cable and was able to see the D and E drives (e.g. mass storage and phone memory) of such Nokia phones.
Since I connected my new Nokia Lumia 630 to the same notebook computer, the bluetooth phone appear under Bluetooth devices and music and sound can be relayed between the computer and the phone, however, no files structures are being displayed under such phone connection in Windows Explorer during a Bluetooth connection. During a USB Cable connection at least the documents and photos folders appear in Windows Explorer but nothing else on the D or E drives are displayed.
Even the Zune (the Nokia PC Suite replacement) does not want to even connect with the phone device from the notebook!
Kindly advise why I am unable to access the Nokia Lumia 630's full mass store and phone memory via BlueTooth or USB Cable from my Lenovo Thinkpad T530 running Windows 7 (64 bit) ?

Zune was targeted towards Windows Phone 7. It got replaced by the Windows Phone app for desktop – which does not give any more feature than you have already.

Windows Phone 8.1 does not support the Bluetooth profile OBEX File Transfer (FTP) as Symbian did, yet. Because this is a feature request, there you go …

Have you tried plugging the iPod in with a different USB sync cable to verify the issue is not with the cable? It might not also hurt to connect it to another USB port as well.
Otherwise, try manually placing the iPod into Disk Mode and then connecting it to your PC.

My Macbook is getting freeze when i connect with USB cable

After I updated to OSX 10.7.4 Lion (Default 64bit).I try to use the touch panel device that I using before. But it keeping occur system freeze when I connect the usb cable.
Sometime I can operate it normal but the percentage is very low.
What 's the problem on?

Could be a bad cable or the device isn't compatible with Lion and it is causing problems.

Problem solved. I needed to reinstall my Apple Mobile Driver. I found the solution on this web site.

After I reinstalled the driver, my iPohne immediately synchronized with my computer.

How can I stop iTunes from dropping my iPhone 5 when connected with USB cable? It sees it and start a backup and then it drops and tells me cannot find phone.

My HP notebook 64 bit Windows 8 after the last iTunes update will detect my iPhone 5, sync and when finished with thy sync I start a backup to my computer. It runs fine for a bit and then gives me message I have changed settings on my iPhone 5 and asked me if I want to update. ITunes update 11.1.1.62 had difficulties with the updates on 64 bit Windows 7 and 8.1 causing an error on boot other trouble. I found solution on research that insturcted to Remove iTunes, Bonjour, Apple Support and Apple Update and reload iTunes old version. I simply reloaded the new version becasue did not have the old version of iTunes. I have been working fine with the old version. I know problem is a simple setting somewhere but it is NOT SIMPLE to me since I dont know where the find the simple setting.

My apologies...the version is 11.1.4.62 not as stated aboive in my problem description. I'm trying again and it just finished syncing fine and my iPhone 5 is still connected to iTuns physcially with USB lightening cable and is displaying the iPhone icon top right. I clicked on it and iTunes is now "hung' or locked up. Shows to be an active running application but can't get back to it so willl have to kill with task manager. There is some kind of problem going on with the latest version of iTunes and Wndows 7 and 8.1 or something. My iPhone 5 now has a new feature that it is now asking me if I "Trust" this computer. iTunes just came "unhung" after several minutes while I was typing this. Now I am going to start the backup to this computer HP Winsows 8.1 and iTune 11.1.4.62 and see what happens. Says it is Backing up Jerrys iPhone but the Barber Pole progress bar is not turning an iTunes is hung again and I cant get back to it from this page I am typing on. Maybe it will eventually release as it did a moment ago.

Nokia 5230 does not connect with USB

When I plug the cable in my phone and notebook, the phone asks me to select the connection type. I select PC Suite. I have downloaded the latest version, but PC Suite does not connect with my phone.

In that case, uninstall all Nokia related software and drivers with Revo, clean the registry with Ccleaner. Reinstall the latest PC Suite, turn off antivirus during install. Reboot the PC. Start PC Suite and then connect the phone in PC Suite mode.

I am using Nokia 6630. When I connect it to my PC installed Windows XP SP2 and Nokia PC Suite Ver 6.6.16.
Mobile is connected normally but when I try to send or open sms through PC Suite then it would not open. Please tell me that why it happens and how I can resolve this problem?

My itunes doenst seem to be able to pick up my iphone 5 or iphone 4. When i connect with USB cable it says device unknow.

I have tried most thing like re-installing Itunes... ive called up Apple support but they have zero interest as its a Windows operating system, So I called windows support... 2 hours later still couldn't connect to my iphone. Just seems the device driver not working properly. Any help would be appreciated.... also bear in mind im no computer guru... so Janet and John explanation welcome !! ha

How I can connect my Nokia Lumia 800 phone to my PC? I want to copy some music and photo from PC to mobile. After I connect the mobile to PC by USB cable I found there is no option to copy file directly! There is no file manager in window phone. It is too much disappointing. The PC is windows 7 64 bit.
Please help.

My nokia e5 phone cannot getting detected on windows 8 in usb mode with usb cable.
I have got all the required drivers installed and usb ports are working fine with other usb drives.

There is no other way than to plug into a computer to restore the phone. You can use another computer to do so, but in case you did not back up to iCloud your data and settings will be gone.

hi .. I have E5 and i use it for internet on my pc with usb cable. I have data plan from my operator. The problem comes now, whenever i connect my mobile to my pc with usb cable,it shows connected in pc suit mode, but whenever i try to establish a net connection through one touch access, it says that "the device connected is not found". Same occurs when i try from ovi suit. Its irritating... I checked everything, Reinstalled pc suit and ovi suit, system restore,blah blah... Ohh god... Some one help me out... Same occurs with nokia 6303 classic.
I used it before,the connections were easy to deal,but now its not happening at all...!!
