Nokia lumia black 520 Windows 3 upgrade

I recently downloaded Windows phone 3 upgrade. When I connect to the internet, in the upper left hand corner beside the icon that shows the strength of connection is 4g. There is not an option in the cellular settings for 4g. I asked a Microsoft moderator, and posed the question to him re:above. He told me that the 520 specs for my phone did not support 4g, but did not know why it states I am connected to online services with 4g and it might be a bug in the upgrade. Has anyone else had this particular problem? I am not very computer literate. A bit foggy in that department

Nokia Lumia Black update broke volume key function...

Since I updated my Lumia 1020 to Nokia Lumia Black, the volume keys stop working while the phone is playing music from time to time.
It doesn't happen right after selecting the song or album, but after a while I try to + or - the volume and I see the volume indication on top of the screen going up or down, but the volume remains the same. If I stop the music and select another song it works again. So it has to do with continuous playing.
I have seen this issue reported in several other posts here and other websites, please tell me you are working on this. I can't believe my Lumia 1020, a VERY expensive phone and Nokia's flagship cannot change music volume with its dedicated keys.

Apparently after a soft reset the issue is no longer present.
I will keep trying it anyway since I have read that other people could not fix it with a soft reset.

Hi, my Lumia 925 had Lumia Black update today, the phone did not inform me, I had to check it manually though. Bear in mind though, you should have enough free memory to install it.

Nokia has announced the GDR3 update for all of its windows 8 phones but still lumia 620 update availability shows waiting for approval. Lumia 620 has better specs than 520 but lumia 520 got the update ahead of 720 and 620. What may be the reason for this delay!!!?

If they tell you the reason is there something you can do about it? You will eventually still need to wait regardless of what the reason for the delay is. asking repeatedly about the availability will not expedite the release.

Nokia Lumia 820 - frozen photo shoot botton and so...

I have problem with my nokia 820, where side buttons get frozen from time to time...so for example I can't reduce sound level, only increase. Photo shoot botton is frozen as well. I do not know if it is software or hardware problem.
When I turn off /on phone all is ok for while, but not all the time.
Pls. advise.

You may also check if an update is available for the phone by going to Settings > Phone Update. Nokia Lumia Black is currently being rolled out globally, so you may consider waiting for the update: http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/
In the event that everything is up-to-date, performing a reset by going to Settings > About > Reset your phone is what we suggest. This will delete the data on the phone, so creating a backup by going to Settings > Backup is advised.

@IRFAN_aadat if you are on Windows, you need Microsoft Zune. In Mac OS X, your need the Windows Phone-App. However, which software version and which firmware version do you have? The last update was last year!

NOKIA Lumia 625 display resolution problem

My phone Nokia Lumia 625, with Windows 8.1, is changing it's resolution from normal. Therefore on my display appear icons and everything bigger. No possiblity to answe the phone and see who is calling, because of large image.
All the apps working ok. I have to restart phone every time) UNPLEASANT.
Please tell me if i have to take it to repair. It's still in warranty.
