Nokia Lumia Flash Stays lit except when using came...

For some reason my Nokia Lumia camera flash stays lit when I am trying to use the phone other than when I am using the camera itself. THis causes the batter to drain and I cannot use the phone for normal use. Is there a way to turn this off.

A liquid damaged iPhone 4 can be replaced by Apple for $149.
By the way... and electrical short can be dangerous, creating a fire or explosion hazard. You can see the short that's affecting the flash... It's the short you may not see that's affecting the battery and/or charging circuitry that's the problem.
Get it replaced.

First of all, make sure that your iPhone as the most recent iOS available. Check in "Settings>General>Software Update".
One other problem could be your microphone. Does it work for anything else other than a call?

Wrong number of parameters exception when using PreparedStatement

Hi,
I'm getting Wrong number of parameters exception when using a prepared statement. It's very weird. The code is:
sqlstmt="update blah1 set blah2=? where blah3=?";
myps = Conn.prepareStatement(sqlstmt);
myps.setString(1, p1);
myps.setInt(2, p2);
myps.executeUpdate(sqlstmt);
The error is:
SQLException: [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0100E Wrong number of parameters. SQLSTATE=07001:07001

Flash player keeps crashing when using firefox ok using internet explorer

Flash player stops working when using various sites particularily ebay. It shows action script errors but not always the same one, If you dismiss and continue it usually starts working again but not always. Sometimes you have to restart firefox. I have latest firefox and flashplayer in fact problems seemed to start with latest versions. I have tried internet explorer and flashplayer is fine on all sites. I would like to carry on using firefox but will have to stop if problems persist. I am not a computer whiz kid so would not want to go through tests etc, i would prefer if Mozilla could sort this out.

The flash program for Firefox is a different version then IE.

ADF application on cluster throw exception when using chrome

Solved it on my own.
The sso from Java->ABAP was OK
I reconfigured the sso from ABAP->JAVA by creating new ABAP certificate and import it to the J2EE.

When using Camera RAW after editing photo I can only save file as DNG, I want to save as JPEG. HOW??

Flash player BSOD crashes when using Hardware acceleration (+ATI card?)

Hello, I get frequent and recurrent BSOD crashes with the latest Flash player, watching some videos on Youtube. I own a ATI Radeon 5700 video card and use the latest (v11.5) Catalyst drivers on Windows XP SP3, if this can help. If I disable hardware acceleration through dxdiag, or in the Flash player options, the crashes cease. Will this be fixed ? If it won't, could hardware acceleration be disabled by default on next versions of the Flash player ? Thank you.

First thing to acknowledge is: BSOD crashes are 99.9999999% of the time due to critical OS problems or hardware. 0.0000001% of the time they are due to software, be it Microsoft or third party.
If turning off the HW acceleration causes the BSODs to stop, I'd say there is a hardware problem (most likely) but there is also a slim chance that you have a memory fault your video card runs into when using software to accelerate the card.
The BSOD gives information about the cause. If you have that it would help to point to the source of the Fatal Exception, and determine what steps youneed to take.

FlashPro CS6 fatal exception when using bezier curves

some animators are reporting frequent crashes specificaly when using bezier curves.
Graphics card driver (Nvidia) is the same as others that do not report the issue.

No. Flash support will not be coming for the Lumia's or any other windows phone.
Abobe has abandoned further development of flash for mobile devices in favour of HTML5. The Lumia's browser supports HTML5.

JSession cookie dropping cause DuplicateSessionDetected exception when use https rather than http

I developing Grails+BlazeDS server and Flex AIR client and stucked with this error: Detected duplicate HTTP-based FlexSessions, generally due to the remote host disabling session cookies. Session cookies must be enabled to manage the client connection correctly
Google searches didn't successfully, as I see some difference in situations. The issue I got only when Flex client interact with server via https.

And again - when used non-secure protocol everything ok - session cookie sevt to server in login operation as expected.
I have a little experience in Flex development and didn't find any method to set session cookie when triggered channel login request. Could you help to resolve this issue, please?

Finnaly resolved it. I meet similar questions in the web, so I hope this solution will be helpfull for somebody.
The cause of DuplicateSessionDetected exception has been a Network Monitor tool of Flash Builder. After switching it off no any exception has been occurred. I think there issues when Monitor acting as proxy when used with secure protocol.

Cant sign into twitter except when using a new privacy window

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
*check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

*Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
