Nokia Messaging Not Synching all message ?

Hi -
I have been synching my googlemail account with my Nokia E63 without any problems for some time.  However, when I look now - none of my messages are there from  between the 16th June and 23rd June?
I have messages from 9, 10th, 11th, 12, 13, 16th June - but not the ones from 20th, 21st, and 22nd.  Then they are there again for 23rd, 24th etc.
Why would this be?
The settings are to sync all mail - and to hold for 1 month ?
Thanks, Elisa.

Check the first message that didn't sync - is there anything unusual about it?  I'd just delete it from GMail and then try a sync again.  Might have to delete one or two messages via the GMail web interface to give it a greater chance of success.

  • My Ipod touch will not synch all songs in my library - on my windows 8 laptop. Doesn't matter if the songs are checked or not - only some songs will synch to the IPOD. I have multiple devices and two accounts.

My IPOD touch will not synch all songs in my library. Library is on a windows 8 laptop. Checking the songs does not matter. I have multiple devices (ipod, IPhone 4 and 5, IPad 2) and two ITunes accounts.

All songs play on the laptop windows 8. The second Ipod touch we have - all songs synch to it and play.
But the first Ipod touch we bought - only half (or so) of the songs synch. So I assume there is an issue with the newer Ipod touch. The songs not synching are songs I added to the library from CD's.

  • HT1386 i've already synced my itunes on my laptop with my iphone but it's not synching all of the albums/songs.  Everything was purchase through itunes so i'm not sure what the issue is.

What settings do you have in iTunes? Is it set to sync all music, it is set to sync only checked songs? Is there anything different about the songs that it is not syncing. Is it possible they were they purchased with a different Apple ID?

  • Ipod nano does not synch all contacts

ipod nano does not synch all contacts.  When it synchs, it only transfers 7 of 2000+ contacts

My point in the original posting that this is a bug seems to have been answered affirmatively by the notations of the quirkiness of the action. The argument that it must not be a bug because it would have been solved by now is totally disingenuous. Apparently Apple programmers (or their management) are not any superior to Microsoft programmers in that they focus on adding new bells and whistles while allowing longstanding problems in the core code to continue to fester.

  • IPhone not synching all photos.

I am having a strange issue with synching my iPhoto library with my iPhone. For some reason, only about half my photos get synched onto the phone. I had first noticed this when trying to dig up some photos of my son and noticing that I only had the ones from right after he was born about a year and a half ago. Even more curious, when I tried to reset photo synching by turning it off, the phone retained the pictures.  Even stranger, I could not delete them from the iPhone by going to Settings>General>Usage.
My iPhoto library is on my Mac Mini running OS 10.6.8.  My iPhoto version is 9.2.3 (can't upgrade further without upgrading to Lion). I knew this was not an issue with insufficient space on my iPhone because the status bar at the bottom in iTunes indicates that even with the entire iPhoto library synching, 6 GB is left over.
I had seen a similar issue on someone's iPad, and the solution was to back it up through iTunes, restore the OS onto the iPad, and let the restored backup re-populate with data. Unfortunately, this did not work for my iPhone.  I even turned off photo synching before the restore to confirm that there were no photos on the phone after the iOS restore.  I then turned photo synching back on, and once again, only half of my iPhoto library synched.  I got an error message on my phone that "3,268 photos could not be synched to your iPhone because of a problem. Check iTunes for details." However, there was no message in iTunes to indicate what the error was.  The photos just did not synch.
Next, I tried emptying the iPod Photo Cache inside the iPhoto library and synched again.  iTunes rebuilt the cache, but still did not synch the photos.  I got the same error message on my phone, and no indication of a problem in iTunes.
The next thing I was going to try was to rebuild the iPhoto library, but if anyone out there has seen this issue and resolved it, please let me know, as it would save me a lot of time.

  • IPhoto not synching all photos to iPhone 4S

When I try to sync iPhoto to my iPhone 4S it will not sync all the photos it says see iTunes for more information, but on my iPad 4th Gen it syncs all photos no problem any help will be appreciated

Accidently posted in wrong forum please move to correct one

  • ACR will not synch "all"

I posted this in the Photoshop forum, but then I saw this would be a better place for it:
When I go to Adobe Camera Raw to work on my RAW files, I adjust one file and crop it like I want it.  I then click on Synchronize and select "All".
It used to check mark everything, but since my last update, it check marks everything EXCEPT "crop".  This sounds like a minor thing, but in the scope of working on files all day long, it bugs me.
I am using CS Photoshop/Bridge 6 (Version 12.0.4) 64 bit version.  My old Photoshop versions still synch everything (including crop) when I click "all".
    Lightroom has no problem either.
Is there a way to go backwards and get the older version, or can this be fixed?
    Thank you,
    Monte

Thanks, purging the cache for Bridge and Camera raw worked for the new images I processed so far; I did not have to go to the 2nd and third step.
I hope this will continue to work, because as I mentioned originally the problem with "synchronizing all" was intermittent.
For the 3rd step - "CommandOptionShift" - will this reset my preferences? If so, for everything in Photoshop or just Bridge and Camera Raw? Do I need to save my preferences somewhere?
Thank you again, you have been a great help.

  • IPhone not synching all selected albums

With the iPhone connected to the computer and the music tab selected on the iTunes/iPhone page, "Sync music" is checked and the radio button for "Selected playlists" is selected. In the window containing my playlists, several playlists are checked. If I click on "Apply," only some of the playlists are transferred to the iPhone.
Also, if I uncheck "Sync music," I get a warning that all music will be erased from the iPhone, but that doesn't happen either.
    Any suggestions?

Sorry Ralph, not answering your Q but I have the opposite problem. For years I happily downloaded checked playlists on to my Nano. I'm now the proud owner of an iPhone and when I check playlists and synch many, but not all albums are downloaded to my iphone too. I cannot find how to stop this.

  • I have a new Mac PC but my IPod touch ITunes account was on my old desk top, how do I get all my music on my new MAC? It appears I might have 2 ITunes accounts which is why my IPod is not synching all the songs, please help.

I have a new MAC PC with an old IPod Touch that was synch to my old desktop, how do I get the new music on my new MAC if I might have had an old account?

The article in my previous reply said:
    - Transfer iTunes purchases from iPod to computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
    - For non-Tunes purchases you need to use a third-party program. Several are discussed in the link in my previous reply
    - Then to sync with the new computer after getting all synced media like apps and music on the new computer yo have to backup the iPod to iTunes and restore from that backup
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

  • ITunes will not synch all lossless files

I am using Easy CDDA Extractor to rerip my CD's into Apple Lossless format.  Unfortunately I am finding that many, (very many) will no longer synch to my iPod Classic 160.  I can't find any official limitation that would explain this.  Is there one?

Here is the Apple Support Article on iPod Compatible song format.
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1334?viewlocale=en_US
As for Apple Lossless, you have to update your iPod Classic firmware to version 2 series, if your iPod classic model is after 2009. Your iPod Classic software vesion is shown in the iTunes summary page. You would be out of luck if, it is version 1.1.2, as the hardware is not compatible with iPod software version 2 series.
    Have a nice day!

  • Msync not synching all data

I am working through the "mobile filed service" (task)
tutorial in the 9i lite docs.
Msync is running successfully and when I first use it
    everything looks ok.
I did an update on the client db and ran msync, that was
    replicated on the server.
Next I tried an update and then an insert on the server
db. Neither one was replicated onto the client by the
    msync.
Also, subsequent updates on the client db are not
    replicated but inserts are.
So basically after the initial sync, nothing comes
down from the server to the client and only inserts
go up to the server from the client.
I've checked most of the settings and everything looks
ok. I suspect some sort of privilege or access problem
    but I'm not certain.
    What/where should I start looking next ?
Windows XP (server & client). Ora 8.1.7 SE on server.
    Thanks,
    Peter

Thanks, I don't know how I missed that important step.
I don't find the documentation particularly clear in a
    lot of areas.

  • IPhone/Entourage not synching all calendar entries

I have been using my iPhone with Entourage for over a year. Recently, I've developed two problems:
    1) when I enter a new appointment on my iPhone, it does not sync onto Entourage
    2) some Entourage calendar entries do not sync onto my iPhone.
These missing entries do not show up in iCal either.
I have checked my Entourage Preferences to make sure the syncing function was on.
Any other ideas of what I should do?

    Hi Andrew,
Make sure you have installed the updates for Mac OS and Entourage. To install the Mac OS updates click the Apple in the top left corner of the screen, then click Software Update..
Try Resetting the Sync History from the iSync applications preference screen.
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=iSync/2.0/en/isc39.html
If the issue persists you can try Resetting the SyncServices folder.

What exactly happens when you try to sync?
    Does iTunes see the iPod?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
