Sir I have brought brand Nokia lumia610 every thing runs ok but the problem is here in music whn. I download Nokia music from market place n tried to login my Nokia mail it seems can't this time plz try after some time..plz n plz vil any 1 reply me vil b most kindness..

Welcome to Nokia Support Discussions!
You should be able to log in using your own Nokia account (the same one you used when you logged in to post this message). If you have problems with the application, make sure that you are using your local version of the software. Check that your country settings are set correctly at settings > region + language and that the Microsoft account you used to download Nokia Music is set to the correct region as well.

i dont think u can....just let it lapse and probably ur data will be removed on a server cleanup after a certain period of inactivity?
but there isnt an option that i can see to remove/delete the account on a user's end

Nokia Music purchase/download problem

Guys
Need some help as scratching my head over this
Just purchased a track via music.nokia.com via my mobile as had password problems via my desktop
I've tried to purchase a track via my mobile but it said payment failed so re-added my c/card details to payment options again in case first one I typed in was wrong and attempted payment again - payment failed a second time
Just checked by c/card statement and the 2 purchases have gone through
Ok, so I log back into my music.nokia.com account via desktop to check my purchase history and its says there is none!!!
So basically I need to problems addressing - double payment and the fact that I am unable to download the 1 track I've paid twice for.
Anyone any ideas or can point me in the right direction to get this sorted out?
I've got the Lumia 820 with amber o/s btw

Nokia Music Unlimited licenses are activated by signing in with a Nokia Account, and once activated personal to the Nokia Account holder. If the same Nokia Account is used to activate a second or third device, the Nokia Music Unlimited licenses are accumulated on that account and only the most recently activated device can be used to access Nokia Music and download music for free. You will be able to play already downloaded music on previously registered devices.
Therefore, if the device is bought second hand, and the license is still in use by the first owner the second owner is not entitled to the Nokia Music license.

Nokia Music - Lumia 920 problems

Hello everyone!
I got the Lumia 920 (AT&T) and a Lumia 820. For some reason when I first opened Nokia Music it worked fine. But a short time later, it no longer shows the mixed radio.
Why is that?
As far as I know it is available in the US.

im having the same problem im signed into my nokia as well as microsoft acount n i did played the mixes once but now after some time i dnt have that option only 2 option my music n settings
i uninstalled n reintalled a couple of times including restarting the phone n still cant get it to work it is working on Lumia 521 but im having serious problem with nokia music on my lumia 920 at&t

Hello to all, I have an existing account registered with Nokia music I have terminated that account and created a new account,but now when itty to download song using Nokia music lam getting an Activation issue This phone is already register with a Nokia music unlimited subscriptions

Nokia Music Xpress 5800 Problems!

I have had the Nokia XpressMusic for almost a year now. I have been experiencing several problemswith it recently; the first problem shown was that it would call my contactswithout my intention to do so and also without me touching the phone.
Often it will send a text half way through me typing it and recentlyit has been switching off by itself.
I have also been experiencing the fuzzy screen due to the coldand this morning the phone’s touch screen buttons would not respond however thetoolbar with the music, gallery, connectivity etc… on the right hand side of thescreen would pull down instead.
Is there any way I can fix these problems?
The phone has been dropped a few times, however I do not thinkthis contributes to the faults. Could the phone be repaired as it is still underwarranty or will they not accept it?

dropping the phone would result in hardware damage and hardware damage would be obvious. cracked screen, phone constantly rebooting, etc etc.
What i have problem with is this, let's suppose dropping the phone NEVER caused the underlying issue, nokia care can turn around and say, you dropped it, it's your fault, but what if it was not? how exactly does nokia prove otherwise, part of the testing of the phones is to test stuff like being dropped, why else do they have machines which simulate this? the fact is phones are supposed to take a little punishemnet, just because the phone shows signs of it being dropped should not auto matically qualifiy it to being void, plenty of other eletronics out there, torches, mp3, phones can take a beating much more than she did and anyone else and warrenty not be void, this is just a cheap excuse to make more money and not repair the phone.

Problems with nokia music

I got it just 3 days before...n now it is showing connecting problem wid my Lumia 720 ...i hav cheqd all settings....

Just few days back got my lumia 720 but not able to connect nokia music. Some problem with nokia account. Not able to run fm radio. No amber update received yet. Very disappointed. No access to mix radio.

Activating nokia music voucher.

I have nokia lumia 510 and from february it started showing that activation problem : this mobile is already registered with a nokia music unlimited subscription. So I got a voucher from oxicash for 3 months. Now when i am trying to redeem it ots saying there's a problem. Help me with this pls.

If you have logged into your Nokia Music account with any other phones or if you have logged into this phone with any other account, this might have affected your music licence on the phone. In such a case, you may need to contact the national Nokia Care line on +918030303838 to check this.

Nokia Music wont download any songs

i have a nokia music account for 4 months now and have the unlimited music thing and over the last few days it will not let me download any song and was wondering if anyone has this problem and how they resolved it

I had the same problem, it was driving me crazy! Iv'e tried this and it seems to have sorted itself out. hope it helps.

Will Nokia Music eventually be rebranded Ovi Music...

Hi! My first post here, I have been a lurker for a while but recent got the 5800 XM/CWM and thought I would register on here as I have a few questions about various stuff.
Anyway...I currently have a Nokia Music account which has my CWM license on it. I also have a Ovi account which is different. I notice at along the navigation bar at the top there is a music icon however when you click it it sends you to Nokia Music and prompts you to download the software which is fine. My question is will it eventually be linked to your Ovi account? Otherwise I will have to log in once with Ovi to check emails etc and then log out and sign in to access my music related stuff.
Hopefully that makes sense...can anyone shed some light on it?

Start>Run>eventvwr
Look at errors – I found 1 for MSi Installer (not important) and another for Nokia software installer (relevant). Check the Nokia one, this is what I found:

just go to nokia music account and change the imei of Registered Nokia Music Unlimited devices

when you click on it u will get many options and details for ur nokia music account
like nokia account / music subscriptions/ Registered Nokia Music Unlimited devices
so all u need to go is in Registered Nokia Music Unlimited devices and click on Change my registered mobile
once u enter and give ur imei no on that tab then whAT NOTHING ENJOY UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD GUYS.

OVI Music and Nokia Music store login issues

Hi,
Yesterday Nokia rebranded Nokia Music store to OVI Music in India. Earlier I had Nokia Music Store account as OVI login was not supported in Nokia Music store.
So my Nokia Music account and OVI login were different.
Now when login to music.ovi.com and select India as country , I am asked to login.
I can login with my OVI id but then dont see remaining tracks and download history.
I login with my older Nokia Music account and I can see remaining tracks and History.
Some of my friends report that in their case , their Nokia Music and OVI account are merged and tracks and history details are still there.But this has not happened in my case.
Please let me know when Nokia will be able to merge 2 accounts for me. or is there any way I can do it myself? I know that similar thing happened for OVI share and Sports Tracker accounts but they were eventually merged with single OVI account.

I have replied this in other thread too-
"Me too having same issue, i got an email from nokia music that our older usernames have been changed with OVI at the end of old username and password remaining the same. As soon as you receive this email u can see your download history of earlier . and i tried to login by my friends account too by putting OVI at the end of username, the balance of tracks was there but download history is not there. So i think we all have to wait for that email to come from nokia music care to confirm about our account being updated with download history."
