Hi nokia,
I am facing the problem in nokia music.
I am using lumia 520 that have unlimited songs download subscription but when I am tring to download song song cannt download.
And show the pop-up masseg "this phone have already anlimited subscription" kindly help me to resolve this problem

When did you start getting this particular error in the MixRadio app (updated version of Nokia Music)? Are there any phone settings that have been changed in your phone prior to this? Do you immediately get the error upon launching the app, or does it only appear when trying to download songs use specific features of the app? Lumia 720 !! nokia music problem!!! please

i bought my new lumia 720 on 5/7/13 ....i created nokia accounts ... where i could download musics from nokia music ... due to some problem i reset my phone and created new nokia account... i wasnt able to download musics... by mistake i had terminated the first nokia account .... how can i regain the first nokia account and how can i regain my nokia unlimited downloads .... please help me out!!!! its only been a month for today i bought my lumia 720!! :/:/

If you actually cancelled the original Nokia Account you lost everything associated with it. This is very clearly stated when you perform this action. The only place where you maybe will be able to find any help is with Nokia Care but to my knowledge once the account is discontinued all data that was linked to it is removed as well.

Nokia 5800 ans Nokia Music Problems

Hi, i recently got the nokia 5800 but the thing is it doesnt work with Nokia Music. I had trouble the first time so i jus unplugged it then put it back in then i coudl see it on the nokia music to drag songs into but now the program doesnt see it. I have it in PC Suite mode, the computer see's it, Ovi suite see's it, Noke pc suite see's it but nokia music just doesn't, What is going on here? Thanks

@emmrecs - transferring files could be almost twice as fast in mass storage when compared to pc suite mode. Also mass storage can work on any computer, macs for example.

Windows 7, nokia music problem

Hi everyone,
i have used "nokia music" before, but since i installed Windows 7 in my laptop, i havent been able to make the program to recognize my phone. i have already tried to update driver, but it says i have the latest driver available. Still when i open nokia music and i select the phone icon on the left, the only thing i can see is the watermark with the usb cablethat asks me to connect a device......
any help will be appretiated

Windows 7 is not yet officially supported by Nokia Music, so if it has worked it is more by good luck than judgement.
PC Suite has recently become 7-compatible, so I expect other Nokia apps will follow suit, but remember that the OS is still very new - once a new WIndows is launched, all companies that produce software need to catch up.

Problem with Nokia Music Manager 2.0 converting mp...

Hi everyone!
I have a problem using the Nokia Music Manager 2.0. I want to convert some mp3-files into "Mobile Optimized Format". If a start conversion it fails and says Track cannot be converted because it is already in the target format or file format is not supported. However, the files worked on my previous computer with WinXP. Now I'm using Vista Business. The conversion will always proceed to 50% and break then. I have the feelng it's a problem with the rights to write the new file. Running it with administrative rights or in compatibility mode did not either.
Can anyone provide help?

i'm having the same problem... ever since nokia upgraded pc suite a few months ago, and i had to get a new version due to a problem with my computer, i can't put music onto my phone using the music manager 2.0. so i've been just copying them in their mp3 formats but of course it's alot more space that could be saved if i could have them in the AAC+ pr M4A formats.
i checked out download.com (they offer alot of free to try and free in general programs) and i searched for mp3 to m4a
i found this program " Abcc Free Music to MP3 AMR AAC OGG Converter 3 "
I downloaded it, which only took maybe 5 minutes, and then installed it (another maybe 2-3 minutes)
I'm trying the program now and.... IT WORKS.
i just converted about 6 pm3's to m4a's and it took about 3-4 minutes. try it !

Nokia Music conversion problem!

As we all know, the newest PC Suite doesn't include Music Manager,being replaced with Nokia Music.
I have a major problem: how do I convert (and then copy to my phone) songs from my PC to eACC+ format??...I searched all the menus and i don't see any option.
I use Nokia Music 1.3 and I have Nokia 5130 Express Music.

What is your phone model? Are you having the same concern when downloading an app from the store? Have you tried to restart the phone? Can you check if your phone is already updated to the latest version?

Lumia 520 nokia music activation problem

When i try to download song in nokia music it says-this phone is already registered with a nokia music unlimited subscription. I don't know how to fix this problem.

Nokia Music - Lumia 920 problems

Hello everyone!
I got the Lumia 920 (AT&T) and a Lumia 820. For some reason when I first opened Nokia Music it worked fine. But a short time later, it no longer shows the mixed radio.
Why is that?
As far as I know it is available in the US.

im having the same problem im signed into my nokia as well as microsoft acount n i did played the mixes once but now after some time i dnt have that option only 2 option my music n settings
i uninstalled n reintalled a couple of times including restarting the phone n still cant get it to work it is working on Lumia 521 but im having serious problem with nokia music on my lumia 920 at&t

Nokia music subscription problem

my nokia music was working fine but from last 3 days whenever i try to download music it shows a message that there is problem with your nokia music subscription try again latter...
what to do now???

"If you have an active Nokia MixRadio unlimited downloads subscription, this error is most likely due to connectivity issues. Please try to exit the app by pressing the Back key until the device Home screen is displayed. Then re-open the application and try again. If the problem persists, try using a faster network connection, e.g. WiFi."
If above will not help, let us know. You may also contact your local Nokia Support providing the device's IMEI and your Nokia Music username/ID.

Connection problem of Nokia 6151 with Nokia Music

I have a Nokia 6151 (RM-200), Firmwareversion 4.1.0 (which is the latest available), and the Nokia Music program (v. 1.3.20722.01). The USB connection cable type for connecting to my PC (Windows XP Home SP 2) is CA-53. In the past, when the music manager was integrated into the Nokia PC Suite, I had no problem with connecting the phone to the PC, and copying music to and from the mobile device. But since Nokia Music is a separate program, I am unable to connect the phone to it (note: this only refers to Nokia Music; the connection to Nokia PC Suite works fine). Whenever I try to connect, I get the error message that the device is connected in the wrong mode, and that I should select either "Media-Player", or "Printing & Media", or "Media-Data-Transfer" mode. But none of these modes is availableon my device. The modes actually available there are rather "Default Mode", "Printing", or "Data Storage".
Just as a further note: I have already un-installed the connectivity cable drivers, and re-installed the latest modules. To no avail. Can anything be done here? Is my device model (6151) at all suitable to be connected to Nokia Music?

I have contacted Nokia support directly, and I have been told than indeed the 6151 does not work with the newest version of Nokia Music. Only thing what helps is to re-install an older version of Nokia PC Suite, where Nokia Music is still integrated.

You likely owned another Nokia phone before which was used with your Nokia Music Unlimited subscription. You will have to contact Nokia Care by phone, mail or chat (where available) to have the license transferred to your Lumia. Please be aware that after this is done it may take 5 working days for the transfer to propagate through the system.
