Nokia Music purchase/download problem

Guys
Need some help as scratching my head over this
Just purchased a track via music.nokia.com via my mobile as had password problems via my desktop
I've tried to purchase a track via my mobile but it said payment failed so re-added my c/card details to payment options again in case first one I typed in was wrong and attempted payment again - payment failed a second time
Just checked by c/card statement and the 2 purchases have gone through
Ok, so I log back into my music.nokia.com account via desktop to check my purchase history and its says there is none!!!
So basically I need to problems addressing - double payment and the fact that I am unable to download the 1 track I've paid twice for.
Anyone any ideas or can point me in the right direction to get this sorted out?
I've got the Lumia 820 with amber o/s btw

Thank you for posting and welcome to Nokia Support Discussions! 
Nokia Music Unlimited licenses are activated by signing in with a Nokia Account,  and once activated personal to the Nokia Account holder. If the same Nokia Account is used to activate a second or third device, the Nokia Music Unlimited licenses are accumulated on that account and only the most recently activated device can be used to access Nokia Music and download music for free. You will be able to play already downloaded music on previously registered devices.
Therefore, if the device is bought second hand, and the license is still in use by the first owner the second owner is not entitled to the Nokia Music license.

  • Problem in using 2 IDs for iTunes music purchase downloads and using iTunes Match for 1 ID

    Dear support managers,
    We are using 1 macbook pro and 2 apple ID for purchasing iTunes music together (Me and my wife).
    Actually, I have bought 1 year service of iTunes match on my apple ID and have been using well the service after download the purchased musics under the apple ID I am using.
    But once my wife associated the macbook pro with her apple ID to download the musics she purchased,
    I have not been able to use the iTunes Match service I have subscribed already.
    The message said
       "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can use iTunes Match on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 90 days"
    I can neither purchase another computer for solving this situation nor want to purchase another iTunes Match service on my wife's apple ID.
    Please help me out to solve this issue.

    You can only use one Apple ID with iTunes match. Purchasing another match subscription using wife's Apple ID is not a solution. I can only suggest that you use your ID for match and all iTunes music purchases.

  • Nokia Music wont download whole album

    I am having a little issue....
    Seems no matter what album i select for download, there is always 2 or 3 tracks that just don't download? Anyone else have this and is there a fix or a reason?

    I had the same problem, it was driving me crazy! Iv'e tried this and it seems to have sorted itself out. hope it helps.

  • Nokia Music Appl Download to PC

    I recently bought a 5800XpressMusic and I'm downloading the OV1software from the CD which came with it. All applications are installed except Nokia Music. That status says failed. I have also downloaded it from the web and same thing happens. Status failed. I have Windows XP on my computer. Suggestions anyone?

    i faced the same problem and i sort it the same way, but with windows vista, i right click the installation file and i choose to run compatible with windows xp service pack 2, and apply, then i right click and choose to run as administrator,

    i have a nokia music account for 4 months now and have the unlimited music thing and over the last few days it will not let me download any song and was wondering if anyone has this problem and how they resolved it

  • Nokia Music purchase receipts

    I have a monthly subscription to Nokia Music+ but my purchase receipts are going to an email address that is no longer associated with my Nokia account. This old address appears nowhere in my account details and the new email address is firmly checked as the address to send payment receipts to, but still I get the receipts coming through to this old work address which will soon be killed off. Any suggestions?

    I have a problem similar to yours.
    I purchased music online from the Nokia Music store (RSA) via my 5800 XMusic.
    I copied the music to my pc (via windows explorer).
    When I try to play the files via Media Player I get the same messages about rights and logging on as described and same result as described (that I do not have playback rights)

    Welcome to Nokia Support Discussions!
    You should be able to log in using your own Nokia account (the same one you used when you logged in to post this message). If you have problems with the application, make sure that you are using your local version of the software. Check that your country settings are set correctly at settings > region + language and that the Microsoft account you used to download Nokia Music is set to the correct region as well.

    I got the Lumia 920 (AT&T) and a Lumia 820. For some reason when I first opened Nokia Music it worked fine. But a short time later, it no longer shows the mixed radio. 
    Why is that?

  • HT201272 Music Purchase Download Error

    Hello,
    I purchased and downloaded an mp3 file, and it did not correctly download (I dont know why not) and the last minute of the song is missing. When I log into my itunes account and review purchased inventory, the song is listed as already downloaded. I do not know how to override this setting so that I can "re-download" it. If anyone has any suggestions that would be wonderful. I don't want to purchase it again when I alreayd legally own the file as is.

    Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes - if you have the incomplete listed in the Music part of your iTunes library (i.e. where you click on it to play it) then iTunes will see that and show it as 'downloaded' on the Purchased link ; deleting it from your library should change it to have a cloud symbol for re-downloading.
    If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

  • Icloud movie purchase download problem

    Trying to download and watch an itunes movie I previously purchased on my iphone but it isn't showing in my itunes. It is only showing as an icloud option on my iphone but I don't have the space anymore to download and watch it there. How can I watch my movie on my laptop? Even better if I can dowload it as I have plenty of room on my laptop for this and rather it not have to stream on internet.

    It sounds like you want to download a past purchase on your computer but aren't seeing the option. This might happen if you're using more than one Apple ID or the file is already in your iTunes library. Take a look at the article linked below for more information and the steps for downloading past purchases.

    Click the Download icon next to the item you want to download.
    If an item is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.

    I recently purchased an album from itunes store and most of the tracks stop a few seconds after they have started. Any advice?

    Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.
    If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

    About a month ago, my phone basically died. I called support and after "bringing it back to life" by going through a process and syncing it to my computer, my phone was working again, however, all of my music downloads were gone.
