Nokia Music subscription error

I have purchase lumia710 from resale market. I m facing problem in Nokia music subscription. It is showing message 'This phone already registered with unlimited subscription' but I m able to download free music. Also I don't know any details of previous owner. Please suggest me.....

Please use the search function when you have a question as it will often give you your answer straight away.
In short, the phone was registered for the service by the previous owner and you need to contact Nokia Care to get this resolved. There is nothing anyone here can do about this.

    "If you have an active Nokia MixRadio unlimited downloads subscription, this error is most likely due to connectivity issues. Please try to exit the app by pressing the Back key until the device Home screen is displayed. Then re-open the application and try again. If the problem persists, try using a faster network connection, e.g. WiFi."
    If above will not help, let us know. You may also contact your local Nokia Support providing the device's IMEI and your Nokia Music username/ID.

    Hi, dipeshbasnet3. Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions! Just to verify, this is for Nokia Music Unlimited renewal voucher, correct? If yes, the service is only exclusive to India and China. Even if you are able to purchase renewal vouchers from Oxicash, you have to be within the supported countries to use it.

    Previuosly I used to regularly purchase Nokia Music vouchrers for renewal of Nokia Music subscription  in my phone. From June 2014, I am not able to buy the vouchers for renewal and I am no more able to enjoy the Nokia Music facility. In India only "oxicash" used to give this service and they have discontinued the service offlate. Please help in suggesting alternate ways to renew my subscription

    Hi, i just purchased a nokia Lumia 520 a few days back. Registered my nokia account, nd everything was flawless. But yesterday, i had to do a factory reset, nd ever since then nokia music app shows errors. Even after signing my Nokia ID, it keeps showing"this account is already activated" or some txt like that every time i try the download link of a song. Help.

    You must contact Nokia Care to get this resolved. They are the only party who can. That is the Nokia support line, not a Nokia Care Point!

  • Unable to Cancel BBM Music Subscription: Error Id: 31600

    I have tried to cancel my BBM Music subscription through both App World and the application and get an error in both areas.  In App World, it just stated there was an error and could not cancel the subscription.  In BBM Music, i get the error Id: 31600. 
    When I submit a support ticket by selecting "Get Support" in App World, it won't submit saying my PIN in invalid.

    I have bought 2nd hand Lumia 920. This is why I could not use Nokia music Services .Because I have not passwords and user name.  But today it’s completed more than one year and its subscription has been expired. Can I subscribe with new session and I will pay for new subscription and Nokia music voucher. If yes then let me know. Or tell me another solution because I love Nokia music apps.and i do not want to sell my phone and dont want to buy new phone due to problem of  money. Thanks in advance

    Sad to say, it is not possible to have a music subscription in your phone since you have mentioned that it's a second hand. The only way to use this service is to use the same Nokia account on the phone that was created by the previous owner.

  • Activating Nokia Music Vouchers - Error Code says ...

    Could anyone from Nokia help?  I have already phoned your careline seven times and emailed 4 times, the only person who could understand my query was on the Afrikaans service (in English I should add, nobody on the English service could speak English or understand my query).
    Here's the query.  I purchased two R100 Nokia music vouchers at a local record shop (Musica) and in anticipation of downloading some quality tunes logged into Nokia music, clicked on redeem voucher and typed in the voucher numbers.  That's when it all went pear shaped, both vouchers gave an error saying that the promotion had finished.  Considering I bought the vouchers on the 10th December 2011 and tried to redeem them on 12th December 2011, I find it a little hard to understand how they can expire in between.  They were also till generated vouchers which listed Nokia music as the supplier so it wasn't a case of old stock that had been sitting around.
    I have had other problems with Nokia music previously (vanishing credit mainly) and nothing was resolved then.  Could someone from Nokia help?

    Nokia Music vouchers are valid from the time they are printed, they are not activated when you buy them. It is probably that the vouchers have been in the shop for a long time.
    The person with whom you spoke at the Nokia Care line should have asked you tro send a copy of the proof of purchase for the vouchers, and as long as the purchase date is before the expiry date shown in the Nokia Music systems your credit can be added to your account.
    If you are able to send your Nokia Music username and a scan or phorograph of the proof of purchase for the vouchers to support.discussions@nokia,.com, we'll ask Nokia Care to deal with this immediately for you.
