Hi i am using nokia 303 with nokia music unlimited edition but now when i sign in it appears that it is not yor unlimitd edition mobile pls help me how to make it my unlimited addition mobile again.........

You can't use this mobile for Nokia Music Unlimite...

I have just purchased a Nokia 5130 XpressMusic mobile phone which came with music. I have previously had a similar phone which came with music which for the last year I have been using. That unlimited downloads has now expired.
So I have plugged in my new phone, which I have not used to purcahse any music with through my old unlimited downloads, and it is saying:
You can't use this mobile for Nokia Music Unlimited edition mobile.
Can someone please tell me why not? The phone is capable of playing music (it is an XpressMusic mobile). I have specifically gone and purchased this phone for the unlimited downloads and will not be very happy if I am unable to activate it.

Hi Tania,
Like @petrib mentioned you should be able find local Nokia Care details behind that Contact us -link up right in this page (or if you tell which country you are in I can check the details for you).
You could also update to latest Nokia Music Player which has just become available e.g. here http://europe.nokia.com/support/product-support/nokia-music-support and see if activation would work with that.

Hi,I have got my Nokia lumia 610 but whenever I try to download any song from Nokia music there is a popoup which says that U R already subscribed to Nokia music unlimited pack and thus it doesn't allows me download any of the songs from Nokia music.....so I want to deactivate Nokia unlimited music subscription pack .....please help me out

Welcome to the forum!
Is your phone purchased second hand? If yes, Nokia Music Unlimited (NMU) licenses are activated by signing in with a Nokia Account. If the same Nokia Account is used to activate a second or third device, the NMU licenses are accumulated on that account. It's only the most recently activated device can be used to access Nokia Music and download music for free. You will be able to play already downloaded music on previously registered devices.
Therefore, if the device is bought second hand, and the license is still in use by the first owner, the second owner is not entitled to the Nokia Music license.
Otherwise, can you check the following question:
Aside from you, someone else logged in and activated the license before you purchased your phone first hand,
Or did you allow someone else to log in with your Nokia account on your device?

Nokia Lumia 800 & Nokia music unlimited

Does Nokia Lumia work with Nokia Music Unlimited? Lumia appears in my Nokia music player ok and I changed
my account to Lumia (registere new imei code). But when I try to move music to Lumia, it says my phone is not registered Nokia Music Unlimited device.

It is that simple. When you log in to Nokia Music from the Lumia, you are logging into the version of Nokia Music where you buy tracks/albums invididually with credit you've purchased.
Even if you with some other phone model with the Nokia/Ovi Music Unlimited (or Comes With Music) might have been able to log into to the store with free/unlimited music.
If you have downloaded music to your PC from the "unlimited" Nokia Music store and it is now on your PC, you can burn it to a CD and then "rip" the music back to the PC and then copy it to the Lumia. You can also keep playing it on that PC, or keep copying it to the original "unlimited" phone model (if you still have it, and it is still working). If you change your PC, you might even be able to re-license it for the new PC.
You probably won't be able to copy it directly (re-license it) to your Lumia.
Check with (call) Nokia Care (Nokia's customer support) to be sure.

Nokia Music purchase/download problem

Guys
Need some help as scratching my head over this
Just purchased a track via music.nokia.com via my mobile as had password problems via my desktop
I've tried to purchase a track via my mobile but it said payment failed so re-added my c/card details to payment options again in case first one I typed in was wrong and attempted payment again - payment failed a second time
Just checked by c/card statement and the 2 purchases have gone through
Ok, so I log back into my music.nokia.com account via desktop to check my purchase history and its says there is none!!!
So basically I need to problems addressing - double payment and the fact that I am unable to download the 1 track I've paid twice for.
Anyone any ideas or can point me in the right direction to get this sorted out?
I've got the Lumia 820 with amber o/s btw

Nokia music unlimited subscription issue

Hi..I bought nokia lumia 720 around 4 month back in india.Now i am in sweden.That time i had unlimited music subscription.But when i tried to download music here it is showing your mobile is already registered with unlimited subsciption .So i terminated my accounts and login with facebook account but instaed of unlimited it is showing you have subsrciption till 7th feb 2014.So let me k now the procedure to solve this issue asap.

Firstly, Nokia Music Unlimited offers unlimited downloads for a fixed period, in the case of your Lumia 720 this is six months. It is not indefinite.
The error must have occurred because your phone detected that you are now in Sweden. All Nokia Music (now known as MixRadio) services are restricted to specific countries according to the licensing arrangements with the record companies. Nokia Music Unlimited India is not available outside India.
Even if that were not true, unfortunately it was not good to terminate your Nokia Account. When you first activate Nokia Music Unlimited, your phone's factory-provisioned NMU licence is linked to your Nokia Account. You cannot subsequently use that same phone with the NMU service on a different Nokia Account.
Now that you are in Sweden, however, you do have access to all of the services that MixRadio Sweden has to offer, including free streaming of music mixes, and downloading music from the MixRadio Sweden catalogue,

N8 OVI Music Unlimited Downloads

Hi everyone
I am trying to activate my OVI Music unlimited subscription on an N8 (had not done this before upgrading to belle) and I get the following message:
You can't use this mobile for Nokia Music Unlimited edition mobile.
This is because this isn't a Nokia Music Unlimited edition mobile.
Strange thing is this mobile came with the music guide and this activation PIN in the sales package (from South Africa). Now it is telling me that it cannot be used with this service.
Can anyone help with what could be the problem and how to go about solving it?

In regards to your concern, the Nokia Music Unlimited subscription can only be used by the original owner of the Comes with music phone. This is because of the one (1) Subscription - 1 IMEI - 1 Nokia Account policy which means that the phone can only recognize the very first Nokia Account activated for the Nokia Music Unlimited subscription.

Tell us the model of your phone so we can better assist you. Make sure that your device has correct GPRS/3G connection settings in place. Also, check with your mobile network operator that the accesspoint (AP) that the phone is using to access GPRS/3G services, is capable of accessing the Nokia Music store. As some AP's defined in the handset as a default connectivity method are for Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) services and email only.

Can we have the exact error message so we can check the cause of the error? Furthermore, where did you purchase the phone and where are you currently located? Did you use a new Nokia account or your old Nokia account to activate the service?

Nokia music unlimited subscription merged

so, I got a new Lumia 920
and unknowingly registered with my old nokia account that was already in use with my previous lumia
now, when I opened nokia music app, it merged my nokia music unlimited subscription with my previous one, and now I've got only 60 days of nokia music unlimited instead of the 1yr subscription I should've got.
Is there any way I could get it right now?

Is there anyway to get better downland quality in Nokia music India? A paid subscription or something? From what I can see, I already have a 3 month subscription of the paid service . So do I have to upgrade to a better plan? Or is there no support for higher quality music in India. If that's the case,then its kind of an insult.

Unlimited is only during the applicable period. Some phones come with a one year subsciption..and some of the current models have it for 6 or 3 months. During this period you may download unlimited no. of songs for free. After that you need to buy a Subscription Voucher to extend the period.
