Hi, I have a Problem In My mobile Nokai N78-1 Software version : 21.002 After i make update for my Nokia n78, my phone shutdown & can't start up any more,..it's just give me flash screen (turn on & off). I used Nokia software update from the official website of 'Nokia' and apply all things correct, but after the update complete my phone shutdown & can't start up any more,..it's just give me flash screen (turn on & off). ========================================================
I want any one help me ! why all these in my phone ? Please help me to fix this problem.

Ebay is not an official reseller. Return it if you can for a refund.
Basic troubleshooting from the Users Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

First off, try triple clicking the home button.
To scroll use three fingers and I think you have to double tap to get into something.
Go to Settings>General>Accessability>Voiceover and then turn that off.

What operating system are you using on your PC and what version of the software updater?

Nokia 7370 "Updating Software Failed"

Hi,
I tried several times to update the software of my 7370 but after the NSU tells me that there is new software available and after its download the NSU starts updating but after a while it says "Updating Software failed" and asks me if I want to retry but with no results.
Can anyone help me please?
I tried with the phone in charge and I had no internet connection problems.

did u follow all the steps as mentioned in the guide? (phone on general profile, sim card inserted etc)
if it still didnt work, maybe there is some installed software interfering with the update? reset your phone to original state (*#7370#) which will delete all contacts etc and restore to factory settings and then try the update again
if it still refuses to work, take it to your nearest nokia service center

If you've installed the language pack after purchase and your phone is made in Finland then the update will erase the language pack as Arabic language is not a default language for Finland. So you may have to take it Nokia care after update to reinstall the language pack.

I am using nokia n80 V4.0632.0.47.already tried 100 times to update my phone with NSU to make 4.0632.0.38.my Nsu is decacting avalible verison and downloading but while installing to my phone it restarts phone and then saying remove battry and then click try again this repites all the time.

I'm using a 30-GB iPod with Video, bought May 06 in Japan. It can't be updated for 1 month so far. I still can update songs into my iTunes properly, while songs in iTunes can't get into my iPod. I've tried to reset iTunes and iPods in my PCs for several times, but the problem can't be solved. Error message is "The iPod cannot be updated. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable". Oh, I don't think my iPod's being not updatable due to iTunes 7.0 on Windows XP. The error message "Your iPod cannot be updated. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable" also appears with my at-home PC which runs original iTunes 6.1 (the Apple running disk went with my iPod). I've come to realize that Folder "Photos" in the iPod may be the reason? I deleted pictures in it once, and since then, I can't add new photos, together with new songs from my iTunes library into iPod. When I double-click the Photos folder, the message "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable" also appears. How can I fix it? I've reset my iPod but failed to fix the problem. the problem is that when i hook my ipod up to my PC, itunes isnt popping up automatically like it should, and i cant update songs onto my ipod! also, when i open up itunes while my ipod is hooked up to my comp, a window pops up that says itunes cant interact with the pod becuz someone else is using an ipod on my computer, but no one else in my family has an ipod!! plz help me ASAP!

N78 Crashed SOftware Please HELP!!!

My N78 software was crashed.
it does switch on
but hangs after "Nokia" LOGO apears..
after that WHITE SCREEN/....
i tried formating it with "*" + "3" + " Red Key"
but it doesnt format

You are doing the reset method wrong, it's the green key not the red key.
It's not possible to update firmware if it can't boot into the general profile.
Hard reset:
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.
3. While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone.
4. Release when the phone shows the nokia hands logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen.
It may take a few attempts and very flexible fingers!
If the hard reset fails to work take it to a nokia care point for repair.

Please help! I am trying to update firmware of my nokia n96 from 10... to 11... version. It is so strange but everything starts just fine then it stops at 9.2 mb of 124 mb to download. It says the connection is lost, busy. Can anybody help me out with this please? It is making me crazy,1 month of trying... EVERYTHING STOPS AT 9.2 mb exactly everytime... Please help

It's most likely a software conflict on your PC. Make sure that you close all other running programs and ensure that your PC is fully up to date. Also try re-installing the NSU.
If it still won't work then you need to try the update on another PC. If that is not an option then you can get your phone updated at a nokia care point.

2nd Gen Itouch Update Software Issue - Help Required.

I've a second gen Itouch that I'm trying to update its software from 3.1.3 to 4.0 as my itouch keeps telling me to. However I plug it into itunes and press "Check for software update" and it says that 3.1.3 is the current version. Anyone help? I'd really appreciate if someone could come to my rescue as I just bought it second hand today after ages of saving and I'm so bummed that it wont let me download anything. So if anyone can help please do!

You have a 1st generation iPod touch then, not a second one. 1st gen iPod can only update to 3.1.3.
To confirm, go to Settings > General > About > Serial Number.
Then enter the serial number on this page: http://support.apple.com/specs/

Airport Express, update software? help?

When I turn my computer on, Airport Utility opens up and it has the internet world symbols and a green circle.
The problem part is, the airport extreme symbol has a 1 in a red circle and an amber flashing circle next to it.

Click it. AirPort Utility will tell you the reason for its need of attention. It may be that a firmware update is available or some other reason that you may elect to ignore.
