Nokia N8 housing cover replacement

Hello everyone I've recently bought a Nokia N8 silver version from vodafone RO.Anyway I've dropped it a few times and I've wanted to ask if there's any hope in replacing the housing cover?Of course I will pay for it as it's most likely not under guaranty.Anyway is it possible?Also can I get a black color case even if I had silver before?Also what would be the price if I went to Nokia Care Center for a replacement? Thanks for understanding

i didnt replace it but i will if it gets more scratches they asked for 100 euros anyway bought a silicon case for 10 euros

A genuine E71 cover should come with the USB/MicroSD covers attached to the cover.
Did the Nokia Center fit the cover or did they sell you the part to fit yourself??

Nokia c3 housing in other colors than slate grey

I don't know if its the correct place to ask, but is the c3 hot pink or white full housing availabe?

Thank you for taking the time to answer my query. When I tap the bookmark at the bottom of the screen, it opens a screen with Allowed Sites and History when I tap either of them there is no option to delete, also there is no Favourites to tap after tapping the bookmark icon. Each time I tap the Safari app, and try to type something into the address bar, the app closes and I am unable to access the internet although connected. Any suggestions, would resetting phone help?

Does anyone know where I can buy Nokia Xpress-on cover for Lumia 710 in Australia? Or anywhere overseas that will ship to Australia. Nokia lists them on their website but not how/where to purchase.

I have a new 5610 and I want to keep it that way!
Has anyone with one, been able to buy a case or cover for it that allows the phone still to work as normal?
I know I could get one of those sock things but would then need to take phone in and out the sock all the time.

Nokia 6070 front cover removal

Well, I have extreme troubles with getting my PC and Nokia 6070 connected via irda. So my mobile has been repaired in Nokia services twice already. It didn't help. But never mind.
What irritates me now is that after those reparations the screen under the front cover got dirty and have now even a nice fingerprint. These are great proofs that when you work in a service you can remove the front cover of 6070 to make it dirty. But I have no idea how to remove it in a mobile-friendly way to make it clean again. I want to replace it after I'm done with cleaning and it would be great if it looked then as good as it did before.

If you attempt to remove the cover yourself you will void your 2 year warranty, it's best to take it back the Nokia Service Centre.

Cover replaces cover (bug ?) iTunes 7.6.1. (9)

After last update iTunes 7.6.1. (9) the old album-cover is REPLACED by the new added cover instead of adding it !! Enoying, because I sometimes like to add 2 or more images to the mp3 file like front and back-cover.

This can be a tricky problem to figure out since iTunes doesn't specify what file name is "invalid or too long" and there's no documentation on what determines if a file name is "invalid or too long".
We had one user report that he was able to use his/her keen eyesight to note the last file that appeared before the error message appeared and it turned out that file was the cause of his/her trouble.
If your eyesight isn't that keen, I'd suggest concentrating on the file name being too long possibility.
The entire directory path leading to the file is considered part of the file name so, as an example, iTunes' default settings might place a particular file at C:\Documents and Settings\ user name \My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\artist folder\album folder\whatever.m4a.
Is the directory path leading to your consolidated location much longer than that?
polydorus has suggested a way to look over your file names: Assuming your music is currently in the default location, make your way there with Windows Explorer and select List in the View menu menu and see if anything stands out as being unusual.

NOKIA E75 usb cover problem for me

I can't seem to know how to open the usb cover to connect the data cable.I mean I NEARLY BOKE MY PREVIOUS PHONE N85s cover as in the E75 case I don't know from where to pull the cover as it is not written in the user guide and I don't want to take chances as after my past experience I am very suspicious.I know it is a silly inquiry but if someone can help me I reaaly would appreciate it. if a link or pic to show how please.Thanks

I am having the exact same issue.
The Ovi store was installed first via the N8 built in software, then uninstalled and reinstalled using the latest Ovi version from Nokia's webinstaller download, but still no success with the Ovi connection.
The other file transfer modes work fine 'media transfer & 'mass storage' but the Ovi store is still unable to run due to Windows VISTA not being able to locate the drivers for the N8 software. (despite being installed!)
After accepting the prompt for Windows to locate the drivers... The same error as RayMond_021 screen shot appears.
"COMPUTER SAYS.... NO!"
Super frustrating! A brand new $800 phone and I can't even access the promised software (Ovi maps) that encouraged me to buy it!?
PLEASE HELP US!!!!!
