Nokia n8: Tunewiki can't show/play video.

Hi guys,
i have tried almost everything but i just cant play the video from youtube in tunewiki. It shows the lyrics, but not the video any solution?

i dont think its tunewiki's problem as i cant play videos from web browser (standaard video player instead of flash video player)

The Magic Mouse and YouTube videos don't have anything to do with each other. I switch between my Magic Mouse and my track pad all day, and it has no effect on YouTube.
YouTube playback is browser and Flash Player related.
Check your Safari Security preferences to be sure that Plugins are allowed.

To add a side-by-side clip:
Make sure Advanced Tools are turned on.
Open the project you want to add the side-by-side clip to so that it’s showing in the Project browser.

You have two choices to try & fix this: 1. Backup your phone, then restore as a new device, then restore from the backup you first created, or 2. Follow the advise from this poster:
I had the same problem with the black blocks after upgrading to iOS4 on my iPhone. The reason for the black blocks is that the thumbnail images for those particular images have not been created when the Photo Library has been updated to iOS4. I followed the advice on a couple of blogs and fixed the problem.
1. I downloaded iPhone Explorer free software (http://www.macroplant.com/iphoneexplorer/) so I could view the photo data folders on my phone. I could see that the thumbnail images were missing.
2. I followed a slight variation on the instructions on this blog. (http://blog.mbentley.net/2010/06/iphone-ios-4-upgrade-restore-lost-pictures-in-c amera-roll/)
3. First I copied the Photo Data folder by dragging it from the iPhone Explorer window to my Mac desktop.
4. Through iPhone Explorer I deleted the info.plist file in the Media/PhotoData/MISC folder.
5. I also deleted the Photos.sqlite and PhotosAux.sqlite files in Media/PhotoData.
6. I then rebooted the phone and launched the Photo Library.
7. The Library rebuilt it's self again and recreated the thumbnails.
8. The problem was fixed!!! Thank you M Bentley!

I have embedded video in my powerpoint using Office 365 on my desktop.
The video plays fine on my desktop but it does not play on my phone. It

Did you use Windows Phone? Iphone? or Andriod?
Remember to click Insert(rather than link to a file) when you try to insert a video.
Convert the format of your video to avi to check the issue.

Why can't I play videos on utube anymore?

I have always been able to play videos on tube when reading news etc.For the last few weeks the screen is blank and the search button just goes around and around! Why can't I watch videos anymore?

If you are using the Youtube app, I would suggest following the troubleshooting in this article:

If you are watching Youtube in the Safari app, then I would suggest these troubleshooting steps from our iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant found here: http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/assistant/phone/. If you get to step 3, close all the apps that are running and try again. Here is step 1 to get you started:
Restart iPhone
To restart iPhone, first turn iPhone off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and iPhone will turn off after a few moments.
Next, turn iPhone on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Is iPhone not responding? To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If your device does not turn on or displays a red battery icon, try recharging next.

Why can't I play videos? what's wrong?

I have windows vista home premium, using internet explorer, downloaded adobe flash player 11 activeX, am not getting any error messages, all tests say it's working properly, but can not play videos. I am not computer smart, and don't know what to do. Please help if you can. Thank you.
One other question: In the programs and features window where you can uninstall programs, why is there 0 kb/mb in the size column when describing AFP?

Went to the site you gave.
I ran the auto detect since I use Internet Explorer.
The results said that I have the latest driver verson for my system.
This what I have:
ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics
Driver: ATI Technologies Inc.
Date: 05/08/08
Version: 8.479.1.1000
I do not know what values to select if I was to follow the steps 1 - 4.
I also got an AMD auto dectect window that said:
error graphics hardware - 0x1002-0x9612 unknown
I don't know if that's important or not.

Can Apple TV play videos on TV from NAS Drive?

I have a problem playing transferred home movies on a flat screen tv through the “TV Out” feature of my Iphone 4.
I have captured about a TB worth of various home movie videos from VHS tape to my PC hard drive. I then converted these AVI files to M4V to play on Iphone & Itunes. I then copied these M4V video files to a Western Digital “My Book Live” NAS Drive which allows me to view any video using my Iphone, via a WD app, without using Iphone internal memory.
The problem is that I cannot play these videos through “TV Out” on my Iphone when connected to a flat screen TV. Apple techs told me that TV Out is only good with videos recorded from Iphone and stored in the internal memory of Iphone.
So my questions are:
1- Can I access my NAS drive (which has all videos stored) and play those videos on flat screen TV using Apple TV and Air Play?
2- Does Apple TV only play videos stored on the internal memory of Apple products (Iphone, Ipad, Itunes) or will Apple TV mirrior my NAS Drive videos, via Iphone app, onto the TV?
Any advice is greatly appreciated .

Good news; you can access Movie files directly from a NAS without using iTunes.
Well, at least I can...
I have a WD MyBook Live Duo NAS. I also have an iPad/iPhone app for to access this NAS (WD 2go Pro).
From my iPad I connect with the NAS, select a movie to play, and stream it to my Apple TV (I think the WD app uses the standard iOS videoplayer, so streaming to AppleTV is supported).
That's all there is to it.
The movies stored on the WD Nas are in .m4v format (MP4) and placed in a share that is capable of streaming (DLNA). Most modern NAS devices let you set up one or more 'shares' for streaming.
I keep my iTunes Library only for music and apps, and is not stored on my NAS.
So I play movies without iTunes and from my NAS.
I don't know how all this technically works, but it works. I can even use the Apple TV remote-control to pause and play the movie, without using the iPad again.
Maybe you should check if your NAS has an accompanying App for smartphone and/or tablet, and trie it out.
p.s.: In my situation it only works with my iPad. I've tried my iPhone, but the WD App crashes as soon as I try to play a movie.

Yes.
Stack the 3 clips above each other in the timeline, select one and reduce its size.
Do the same with the others and reposition them on the screen.

I would like to show a youtube video as part of a presentation. How do we do that?

If the video is a QuickTime movie and you have the QT Pro licence, you can right click on it after it has finished and save it.
Most Flash movies such as in YouTube are not as forth coming.
However every thing that you see on the Web is a process which you can get at by calling up the Activity monitor in Safari:
+Menu > Window > Activity+
Look for the name of window you are in shown in bold. Under that is a list of everything that goes to make up your screen, images, css pages, javascript and flash movies which is easy to spot as it is by far the biggest item even if it has an obscure name. Double click on the name and it will start downloading.
You may need to amend the file type in the extension and get something like VLC to play it.
When you get that far I'll take you the rest of the way.

Can no longer play video from Canon PowerShot with QT Pro

Don't know what's changed. I have played these videos many times before. They were taken by my son who is active duty Navy overseas, so they are important to me. The "Movie Info" from QT says the format is: 8-bit Unsigned Integer, Mono, 11.024 kHz/MJPG, 320 x 240, Millions. QT "Movie Properties" list MVI_0025.mov, but the Audio Settings and Presentation choices are greyed out. The Video Trach is shown as MJPG as you would expect. I can't "save as" or "export" so re-encoding is out. I'm at a loss here. Why they played before and not now is beyond me. They were added to my Hard Drive via Iomega's Floppy plus 7-in-1 card reader. The actual video was taken with a Canon PowerShot A510 and recorded to a SanDisk 512MB SD Card which I copied to my hard drive through the card reader with no problems. My G4 runs great with no problems. These videos were added to two logins which both fail to play now. Sound is fine. Anyone have any ideas how this could have happened or what to do?

Fortunately I can boot to OS9.2. The problem is that the OS goes so far back in time that I'm not sure I could figure out where to install a codec that would work. And I'm afraid the bigger problem is, where would I download the right codec? (In OS9 that would be a QuickTime plug-in, right?) I tried Classic, using QuickTime 5.0.2. No good. I get the standard message "Some necessary QuickTime software is missing. It may be available on the QuickTime Web site." I guess when I saw MJPG I was really thinking MJPEG and couldn't se why it wouldn't work. I see now that these are very different codecs. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I did some digging and I believe the codec needed came with QuickTime 2.5. Also, if it makes any difference, I neglected to say that I use Flip4Mac WMV. I don't see how that would adversely effect a video file with a MJPG format but I thought I should mention it. Thanks for responding!

Upgraded my iPad to IOS 7 and can no longer play videos and podcasts

Can anyone offer any advice?

The videos are standard tv shows and movies from iTunes. In the older IOS when I opened the 'movie' icon all I saw were the videos that I had downloaded to my iPad. Now I get routed to something that looks like the 'purchased' section of the iTunes storeand it seems that I have to load every video from the cloud. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, but I would like to be able to watch video when I am NOT connected to wifi, like on a plane and such.
