Nokia N9 pictures dont save in gallery anymore
Hi recently my Nokia N9 has not been saving the pictures I saved from the web (using 'save to gallery' option) to the gallery. It used to be fine but until 2 days ago it doesnt work anymore.
The pictures I take with the camera are fine and appear in the gallery however the pictures I saved from the web dont appear there.
I downloaded Filebox and found those pictures that I saved from the web that didnt appear in the gallery in the /home/user folder rather than the standard pictures folder like before. I checked my memory on the phone and noticed there is still over 1 GB of space left on this 8GB model.
Has anyone had this issue before and can anyone help me fix this issue so I can save pictures into the gallery from the web again.

I just installed last versión of iphoto and it erased my iPhoto events. Now i dont have iphoto library anymore and i only have my events in iPhone and in MobileMe gallery. How can i download and migrate events in MobileMe gallery to events in iPhoto ?
O also installed lion before and as i had filevault activated y lost my user information in timemachine. So, i have a useless backup. I only have events in iPhone ( due i didnt sync photos) and in MobileMe gallery, and i already migrate to iCloud. So?

will photos in my folder called photostream on a windows computer remain there or do they go away in 30 days if i dont save them to another windows folde?
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486 looks like 30 days for icloud.
But as a precaution, you should save it again on your computer. -
Record actions bug. does not execute the dont save action even though it acknowledges in action list
i am using macbook pro running Lion
so i am trying to save a series of actions that i want applied to a batch of images. i do all the actions correctly (i've done this before in earlier version of photoshop). stop recording my actions, and open the same image to make sure the automation process works properly and i get the same image through automation that i got when building my actions. one
of the actions is cutting and pasting a portion of the image in a different location, yet during the automation it always ends up somewhere else, and not in the same place, which makes no sense. another issue is during the recording of my actions i close out of all the files b4 i stop recording and click dont save. so this should be automated, but when i run the automation it prompts me to click dont save which it shouldnt do. i cant sit at the cpu and click dont save for thousands of images. whts the point of automation if i have to actually do something. stupid program. and i can clearly see in the list of actions tht it recorded me clicking dont save yet it still prompts me every time. i really do hate cs6. i wld install my old photoshop but b/c i have lion it doesnt support it... of course.. *rolls eyes*@conroy - one of the actions means one task in an action (see screen shot).
@noel - i am able to run my action properly when i "play selection", but when i try to run a batch of images through the "automate" function is when the issues begin to arise. at least most of the issues.

so in detail what i am trying to do is:
record an action of the edits i make to a raw image so i can then run that same action on a batch of thousands of images via "automate." the specific tasks i am trying to complete during my action should be visble in the link i provided. to explain in detail what is occuring that is being recorded as an action:
1)- i press begin record
2)- I am open a raw image
3)- there is a time stamp in the image and i select and copy the time stamp from the corner of the image
4)- i then open a new document and past the time stamp into the new document
5)- i then increase the size of the pasted time stamp by about 3x by changing the resolution
6)- i then go back to original image
7)- i crop the original image to exclude the time stamp and other superflous things on the edges of the image
8)- i then rotate the original image 90 degrees CCW
9)- i then go back to the new document w/ the time stamp and select the time stamp with the marquee tool, so I can copy the time stamp to the original image
10)- i copy and paste the time stamp to the original image, i use the "move tool" and move the time stamp to the top of the original image.
11)- i then flatten the original image (i thought when this was done this is essentially combining layers, so there should be no possibility of the edited time stamp moving around as it has been flattened onto the original image)
12)- i then save the original image (that was flattened w/ the edited time stamp) as a .jpeg As part of the save process i also select the resolution.
***issue***
so i am now having an issue on this section as well. as you can see in the link i provided i have told adobe to do all this, yet now at this section it prompts me to make a decision about the resolution (i.e. press "ok").
13) -after this step i then select "close all" from the file menu which closes the original image that i just saved and prompts me if i want to save the new document i created for the time stamp i edited
14) - i select "dont save"
15) -i press stop record
16) - i then go to the folder where i saved the file i just edited in photoshop and change the name.
17) - i start the action process to see if i can replicate the manual actions i just completed through automation. i have no issues replicating this when i manually start the action, except for my issue w/ the time stamp detailed below.
***issue*****
when i do this the time stamp that i edited and pasted back into the image is not in the same place. i have only gotten it to be in the same place once, and the only thing i did differently was continually re-create the above action in the same manner. each time i recreated the action the time stamp was in a different place and one time it was finally in the place i moved it to.
18) - after checking that the action works, i then attempt to automate a batch of files
19) - i select file -> automate -> batch
20) - in batch i choose the folder with the original raw images that i now want to run the action on and also select the folder where to place the altered images
21) - in the batch menu i do not have any of the boxes checked (i.e. suppress color profile warnings, etc.)
22) - i select "ok" and the automation process starts
this is where i run into issues. originally i would get prompted @ step 14 (above) instead of the automation process just reading the task in the action that says select "dont save". somehow i do not get prompted there anymore. now i get prompted at step 12. it saves its as jpeg, but instead of completing the save process, at the resolution screen it prompts me to select "ok" instead of reading the task in the action that says select "ok"
i have created new actions for the images i collect since CS4 and CS5 and i have never run into any of the issues i have described above. i appreciate any and all help you can provide, as it currently stands i am pretty upset b/c i have wasted an entire day or productivity messing w/ what appears to be a buggy program. -
Where does "Save to Gallery" put images when there is no Gallery app?
My phone is an Xperia SP with Android 4.3 ICS. Sony removed Gallery and It looks like it was replaced with Album.I can't find a file with a name like the name of the project I saved on either the internal storage or the SD card.
Does anyone know the actual location in the Android files system where Photoshop will place "Save to Gallery" files?

they do not get saved under the project name, Photoshop touch uses Unix time to generate a name.
1425330776057.jpg for example would be the name for a file saved on March 2nd 2015 at 09:12PM UTC. -
Nokia e6 belle:cant save maps on phone

After hard reset of my nokia e6 belle, when I try to download maps NSuite shows that maps are downloaded, but after I disconnect and reconect phone, NSuite show that I dont have maps on phone and offer me to install thhem again. Maploader on phone doesnt recognise my wifi, even before. I tryed to reinstal phone belle software, maps application are updated, tryed different computers.. It seems like NSuite dont save maps on mass memory. help needed, thanks

Go to Solution.Did you confirm by launching the Maps on your phone that the Maps are not installed ? In an earlier version of Maps this was the case on my Nokia 5800xm. Though the Maps were downloaded and installed on the phone Nokia Suite showed there aren't any..but in fact they were and I could use them without any issues...This was however corrected in the later updates..

but this problem is not from the start, it just started a month before.That option has been there since day one. Nothing new. You just noticed it is all. Not everyone needs to worry about others accessing the computer, and that option just makes things a little easier. Also, the access is not open permanently.

I recently got an iphone5. Ever since I have downloaded my iphone pictures to my photo gallery on my PC, my computer crashes when i'm in photo gallery. Any suggestions? I also downloaded itunes as well as icloud when I got my iphone5.
No, your iPhone and your iPad should not appear in the finder.
I'm not sure what you mean about downloading photos with iPhoto being double handling, but you can download direct to a folder with Image Capture. Image Capture can also be used to delete photos from the Camera Roll on the iPhone or iPad (preferrably after they are downloaded).
You can remove the photos you synced from your phone with iTunes by syncing again with an empty folder, That will delete all the photos that were previously synced that way, replacing them with the contents of the empty folder (that is, nothing). This will not effect photos takes with the camera on your iPhone. -

Choce "config networking" when put into manual mode.

When i try to print default report about Network config.
Print 2 pages. And all table in page is "null".
In fill " Number IPv4" - "null"

Need some help in saving video message from viber to my Iphone 5S with new ios 8's program . I disabled the thing that would save photos and videos automatically then, there comes a video I want to save. After loading and watching it, I press the "save to gallery" thing but it doesn't save in gallery. I tried all, restarting my phone, rebooting then turning on the save automatically thing and when I watch it again, it still wouldn't save.
Probably a good question to ask Viber or look at their support site.

BNN, even though I understand what KT is saying, your thought resonates with mine. When it comes to building and maintaining my website, I see myself more as a photographer than as a web designer. Hence, even though Apple may not be actively developing (and we are guessing on this one, arent we) iWeb, the existing functionality should do plenty of good to me for next couple years at least.
That said, they released a point update a few days back and with the whole cloud thing building momentum and mobile me going for free, why would Apple want to pull the plug on such a fantastic product? -
I Cannot View Pictures in Windows Photo Gallery Viewer
When I open Windows Photo Gallery, all my pictures will be shown in the gallery but as soon as i click on a picture to actually view it, a message pops up saying that an error is preventing the Windows Photo Gallery Viewer from starting. If I click on a

im making a photo slide show using imovie. how will i make a dvd copy that can play in both pc and dvd player. i dont have an idvd anymore. m using a mbp early 2011 osx 10.8.5.
after making the photo slide show, i clicked share>export movie. after which i burned using toast. the file became a .mov. i tried playing it in my mac and it worked. my fear now is will it also play in a regular dvd?... i read from google that mov files won't run in dvd players. what format should i convert it to so it'll play in a dvd player. can you suggest a faster way i can burn my projects for it takes me almost an hour to export. im going to make 28 slideshows for my kids in school. *=( if i need to do this process 28 times, i may not be able to finish it on time. please suggest a software or an alternative as to how i should do this... m more comfortable using imovie than iphoto. thanks and i hope to hear from someone soon *=jThank you QuickTimeKirk...used toast to burn project... my project was in .mov, i tried to play it a dvd player, it did play... will try again tomorrow using another dvd player just to be sure it'll will really work with dvd players. thank you again for your reply *=)

When I close the cover - it really does take a picture and saves a photo. Luckly, it make a click, and pictures are seen in the photo album, and it does not appear to be forwarding. It is just gobbling memory and annoying as I can only delete these pictures one at a time.
It seems to take a picture of the counter top = I do not see the keyboard.
I am wondering ....It may be a kids game app that takes pictures of the screen or out the back camera. I am starting to think it may just be a sound effect when placing the iPad on its screen. So many things that may be unrelated but coincedental. It started in May (the sound) and so did the multiple pictures - starting to think they are not related.
