Nokia store problems.

Sir i have a problem with my nokia 603. I bought it 6 months ago. Now for the last 3 months i m nt able to install apps from nokia store. I formatted the mass memory n the memory card. Still nothing.
Now i dont have any apps. Plz help. Error msg is- installation error plz download again.
Cnt install the new nokia store,nokia music n social app wich i m getting in sw update after i got da nokia belle fp2.

Please try download Store QML from Betalabs and try log in.
If this does not work please visit the Nokia Website or call your local Nokia care line and try reset your password and try relog in.

Problem with nokia store in asha 501

hi everyone
i've had this phone for several months now and as hard as i've tried, i have not been able to access the nokia store and i've tried EVERYTHING. i don't know what the problem is. i can't install any apps on my phone because they can't be downloaded from the pc. not that there is much app for this phone. but it's driving me up the wall. i tried to use a proxy but it was not supported. i can't even update my internet explorer. all i face when i try is a big **bleep** access restriced.
is it just me or anyone else is having the same problem with the nokia store?
plz help if you have any idea what is causing me so much grief.

Asha 501 isn't supporter by Nokia suite, so you can't install apps from PC like any other Nokia phone.
You aren't able to access Nokia store via Wifi as well?. I would suggest a phone settings reset, you *will* lose data stored on the phone so backup before you decide to reset it.

Nokia 301 app store problems

I have a problem with the Nokia Store app in my Nokia 301 (single SIM) RM-841 v.8.02 S40 phone. It's an unlocked phone.
I opened the store app and it said there was a required update. I said yes and it updated. However, after that, the Nokia Store app doesn't work properly and hangs, and it also displays the icon with a key over it. The Nokia internet doesn't work properly either after the store app update.
I tried to use the recovery tool wich I downloaded from Microsoft. I installed it, connected the phone with the appropiate USB cable, followed the instructions. The recovery tool detected my phone but after that, it just doesn't seem to work and it says installation failed and gets stuck at 10%.
What can I do to solve and/or fix the issue to be able to use the Nokia Store app again and the Nokia internet browser.
I have Windows 7 of 64bit.
Can anyone help me?

If you do not keep the data, you start all over – except for apps which store your data online, like the Nokia Store. If you start over, you make sure, you do not have RMS with unexpected settings. This is important, if you used an already updated app, which FOTA downgrades. Because you do not know, if FOTA downgraded an app, NO is the safe way. We saw that with Nokia Xpress on some models. Anyway, again, a software-bug because apps can be designed to handle unknown/future settings easily. Botching.

Nokia's Muisc Store Problems

So here it is, I downloaded about 7 Albums from the nokia Music Center which were A-OK, but since then I haven't been able to download any music at all, all it does is cancel's the track when it's about to complete.
Anybody having this problem and got it solved ?
I have emailed the Nokia Care but they don't seem to have any answers all they do is email me back with some other questions about the problems.

Gameloft's, Nokia Store "Developer Page" problem.

Hi, I have a little issue… for months, after I bought my Nokia 700, I experienced a problem viewing Gameloft’s page on Nokia Store. For example, I open the Store, open any Gameloft’s app and the scroll down and press “Gameloft SE”, but all I get “There was a problem opening this page. It could be a lost connection or a slow network. Check your connection or try again later.” I’ve tried many thing, like clearing browser data, software reset (I’ve done this not for fixing this issue of course, not so crazy ), reinstalling the store, nothing helped. This happens only with Gameloft.

Problems with NOKIA STORE on N8

i have problems with nokia store on my nokia n8...some applicaton i can instal, but some of then i can't...i start to download and then when it is downloaded, start to instal and sad: "UNABLE TO COMPLETE INSTALLATION. DOWNLOAD FILE AGAIN." then again,again and again..i tried to hard reset, update software, everything..and there is still the problem...plz, help

Is there any particular app you are trying to install?
I downloaded Fmobi last night after using a free copy for ages.
It wouldn't install due to me having the 'old' installer still there.
Kept giving me the same notification you stated.
I found it by using the 'App Manager', deleted and the install went in straight away.

N8 problem when installing apps from Nokia Store

Hey guys! I have problem with my Nokia N8. Most of the time, when I try to install app on it using Nokia Suite on my PC, Suite says that app has just been installed correctly, but on the phone says "Downloading error" and the app doesn't exist. Same thing happened today when I tried to install Viber. Help please

I would suggest you try and update to the latest Ovi Store, now called Nokia Store.
With your phone's browser go to the following address:
http://lr.ovi.mobi/store/new-symbian-3
you should then get the option to install the latest Nokia Store client, and this should include new QT files. Corrupt QT files are usually the problem when installations from the Nokia/Ovi Store fails.

Nokia 306 and problems with Nokia Store

I used to download apps from Nokia Store via SMS, but as you know that has now been cancelled, so I have tried to connect via my cable link through my PC, but although Nokia Suite recognises the phone, the Store acts as though it's not there and the buttons to "Download Via PC" and "Download Via Phone" are just grey and inoperable, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, am I just having a thick moment or is there something I need contact Nokia about

Which browser are you using? The Nokia Suite needs to install a plugin to your browser to push the app to the Nokia Suite. Try using firefox.

Nokia 5233(symbian s60v5) nokia store app problem

You must login your Nokia account credentials onto the Nokia Store App in order to download files and applications. Also you can try to browse http://store.ovi.com on the default browser instead.

i used to sign in n download application from ovi store but after 6 months i.e now may 2013 when i select a file, download option not working whereas sending option works:-)
May i've the solution to get back days of downloading from ovi store..please

sonujee - Try to uninstall and re-install the Nokia Store application. Go to Nokia Store web site http://store.nokia.com and re-download the Nokia Store application.
hiren1612 - Make sure that your phone has the latest software version. Refer to this link: http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/belle-asha-symbian-software-update/ on how to perform the software update

Welcome to the forum!
You can try restoring the settings back to original values. Rest assured that your files won't be deleted, but make sure to end all calls and connections before doing this. On your phone, go to Settings > Restore factory settings > Settings only. Enter the security code. The default code is 12345 unless you changed it before.
If the above steps didn't work, try to re-install the phone software by using the Nokia Suite. If you don't have the Nokia Suite installed on your computer, you can download it from this link:

To re-install the software, you can proceed to the following steps:
1. Open the Nokia Suite.
2. Connect your phone to your computer.
3. Log in to your Nokia account.
4. Go to the software update icon.

Nokia store client is not working on my nokia 603

a few days ago nokia store client was working properly, there was no problem with client. But suddenly it stoped working and is unable to display any page from the nokia store. It is not displaying applications page and when I try to give feed back or want to sign in, it says, connection error. Although other sites are opening in web browser, there id no connection error. When I load the client it displays, 'There was a problem opening this page. It could be a lost connection or a slow network. Check your connection or try again later'. All sites are opening in web browser, then why it says, connection error? Can anyone help me!?

Try the latest version of the Store client from Here ... To download, you need to log-in using the SAME credentials used on this Forum ...

Nokia n8 nokia store wont open

hey guys. after hard resetting the N8, nokia store wont open. i also did a restore and it still wont open. also ninja fruit wont open also but angry birds opens. and not all applications are backed up. i am missing 4 applications and one of them is opera. anyone knows a solution? my main problem now is nokia store so i can download the other applications. thank you in advance.

at last!!! i did it. i will share the steps i took to fix it so other users that they have the same problem can fix it. i went to this site http://www.swf2go.com/downloads/qt/ and i downloaded all 5 files and i installed them on my phone by numbering order starting from the 1st one. (note all applications must be closed during the installations). when i finished with the installations i followed the link that JudaZ told me ( http://lr.ovi.mobi/store/new-symbian-3 ) from my browsers phone and nokia store started the installation. and thats it. its all working now. thanks JudaZ for the link
