Nokia Transport Failed

Not installing on my phone....  even from UK.. really Nokia??? don't announce it even in beta if you can't even get this right...
Application not available
This might be because your phone software needs to be updated, the application is exclusive to a different mobile provider or the app is not available in your region..
Really??? I just updated to 8107 build. and am on vodafone... thanks... I didn't know there's a discriminatory practice here...
Don't announce it if you can't get it right..

Sorry for the trouble in finding the Nokia Transport application at Marketplace. The app will soon be added in the Nokia collection at marketplace after which it should be easier to find. Until that, If you have trouble finding Nokia Transport (or Nokia Transit in US), you can open the Nokia collection and then e.g. Nokia Maps and tap the link more from Nokia Corporation. Nokia Transport should be available in this list.
For more details of Nokia Transport, you can check the web page below:
http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/support/product/nokia-transport/
On the above page you'll find also a link to the FAQ listing the cities where Nokia Transport can currently be used.

  • SSRS: Failure sending mail: The transport failed to connect to the server.

I run SSRS and email reports using SMTP service on a Windows Server 2008 R2 box. This has been working for months and stopped today around noon.
I have checked all SMTP settings and verified they are correct. I can send an email from SQL Server Management Studio, using SMTP service with no trouble.
Now in SSRS I am getting this message:
Failure sending mail: The transport failed to connect to the server.
I have read every link when I google this message or type it into bing.com; yet cannot find a reason why SSRS has suddenly stopped emailing my reports.
I have restarted the server in question, I have changed account names, I have changed passwords, yet nothing is working.
I even approached our senior dba about it and he has never seen this happen.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
    Thank you,
    Jessica

    Thank you JJordheim.
IDS is not an issue. Neither is the Windows Firewall on the server. I actually turned it off while troubleshooting to make sure it was not causing the issue.
SSRS and my SMTP Virtual service are on the same server. I am running the SMTP service through IIS. I even created a new SMTP Service to test with. No luck.
My rsreportserver.config file looks fine, or at least it does to me. Posted below:

Please let us know if anyone has come across similar kind of issue.
    Regards,
    Monalisa Mohanty

Issue seems to be with the aggregates maintained in the cube.
Is your aggregates were properly maintained in your Dev system when you have collected it in your transport?
Check the same and also use overwrite option when you are trying to import the transport in the target systems.
If the aggregates are properly maintained then check the import once again and see if that works fine with the overwrite mode. If not then you need to collect your objects again in a new transport.
    Hope this helps.

  • Transport Fail -com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.ResourceException:Import

    Hi Experts,
My Transports through Solution Manager is failing in Production PI. Transports are imported, deployed successfully in Test and Regression environments and working fine. Transport requests are of type Workbench and we are attaching '.tpz' files as Non abap objects. All contain ESR objects, no ID components. Import and Check version steps are good but failing at Deployment step in Production PI.
Please find the log which I can see in SE10. All the transports failed with the same below error description.

    Hi,
I have already informed Basis about these. But do we have any way to check the exact reason for this failure?
All the above points can ensure the successful transport to Production or not, I am not sure.
    Thanks,
    Nabendu.

  • SCSI Transport Failed

Hello Guys, I'm trying to figure out if my harddrive is going bad in my system. I'm seeing a lot of SCSI transport error messages in the /var/adm/messages file. This only happens when our backups are running at night. We back up all our servers through the firewall using veritas's netbackup. Can someone help me sift thought this information in the messages file and let me know what all this means. Thanks

Hello, data is not being backed up locally. This server is our firewall. We have multiple dmz zones on our firewall. One of our dmz's host's the veritas master server which backs up other web servers in other dmz zones. When the backups kick off at night, these messages appear in the /var/adm/messages file. Does this mean the firewall cannot handle the load of traffic??

    Thanks.

it means that when the sun tried to send or recive data to the drive it could not. this could be cable or scsi controler. but the most likely proublem is your drive. i would get the data off and try a new drive be fore it fails.

Hmm, if this was the first and last occourance of this message its probably safe to ignore it. If you have had it many times its about time that you start trouble shooting your SCSI chain; checking the cables, if possible move the disks to another controller/box etc.
The message basicly tells you that the system tried to communicate with the disks, but for some reason the command it sent to the disks was aborted.

    Hi Ychinnari,
According to your description, the subscription is failed to send an email with error “Failure sending mail: The transport failed to connect to the server.”.
In your scenario, though you have mentioned you have configured the SMTP and E-mail delivery correctly, please also check those settings according to official documents below to avoid small mistakes:
How to: Configure a Report Server for E-mail Delivery (Reporting Services Configuration)
How to Use Telnet to Test SMTP Communication
Also please check if you have specified the correct E-mail Settings in Report Server Configuration Manager refer to this article:
E-mail Settings - Configuration Manager (SSRS Native Mode).
Finally, please check if you have installed an antivirus on the SSRS server. And check if any firewall role blocks the connection between report server and SMTP.
    Reference:
Failure sending mail: The transport failed to connect to the server
SCOM: Report Subscription “Failure sending mail: The transport failed to connect to the server”
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
    Best regards,

  • Nokia Transport - Bristol (UK) stopped working

I have a Lumia 710 and Nokia Transport 3.3.411.0 installed.  Some weeks back, my home city (Bristol, UK) was available for doing journey planning in.  I was delighted as I'd been waiting for ages for this.
A couple of days ago I tried it again, and it seems to have an issue.  Whilst in "Transport nearby" I can see locations where I could board various forms of transport, they all say "Line info not available" no matter where I am in Bristol.  As a result, I cannot plan any journies now.  Looks like something has broken somewhere.

Yes, location is enabled.  I had previously mentioned that when "transport nearby" is selected, it correctly lists a number of bus stops etc, but ALL of them also say "Line info not available" - essentially some error message to denote that the service has not retrieved data from the sources of the timetables (in this case it should be TravelLine for the South West).  Note that other applications that use the same source, such as "BusChecker UK" on Windows 8 (PC not phone) use that same source and are working fine at the same time so it looks like there is some issue with the Transport application, or possibly with some mid-tier servers that Nokia are using to access the source of the timetables (possibly an issue consuming web services?)

  • Transport fails with return code 12 for 0CHANOTASSIGNED Characteristics

    Dear Experts,
I am transporting the 0CHANOTASSIGNED characteristics from BI Dev to BI QA.
In BI Dev, I use the option Necessary Object.
While importing request into BI QA, it fails with a return code 12. Some of the errors are:
Start of the after-import method RS_IOBJ_AFTER_IMPORT for object type(s) IOBJ (Activation Mode)
    System error in lock management
Error AD 025 during after import handling of objects with type(s) IOBJ
Start of the after-import method RS_IOBC_AFTER_IMPORT for object type(s) IOBC (Activation Mode)
Error when checking the InfoObjectCatalog 0CHANOTASSIGNED
InfoObject 0ABCINDIC is not available in active version
InfoObject 0ABCPRC_TYP is not available in active version
InfoObject 0ABCPROCESS is not available in active version
InfoObject 0ACCT_TYPE is not available in active version
InfoObject 0ACTIONREAS is not available in active version
This goes on for lot of infoobjects. If I were to goto RSA1 of BI QA and check any of the above objects, they are 'INACTIVE'.
But they are 'ACTIVE' in BI Dev.
Please help me in resolving this issue.
    Thanks and BR,
    Raj Jain

    Hi I.R.K,
I recreated a trasnport for just one Infoobject (0ABCINDIC) which was one of the objects not active as shown in the logs of BI QA while transport.
I did not make any changes or delete any data etc. I then just transported these request from BI Dev to BI QA.
The transport was successful with return code 0. I then checked this object in RSD1 of BI QA and it was activated.
Any ideas what may be the cause???
    Thanks,
    Raj Jain

  • Transport fails during import

    Hello
While importing communication strcture & infosource ZMM_0CUST_SALES_ATTR
we got error 8 saying "There is no DataSource with these attributes
Reference to transfer structure 80CUST_SALESM_AA not available.
    No activation possible."
Then we have included the data source and again tried to import it
but got the same error. Following are objects in transport.
    Communication structure : ZMM_0CUST_SALES_ATTR
    InfoSource transaction data : ZMM_0CUST_SALES_ATTR
    Transfer structure : 80CUST_SALESM_AA
    DataSource (Active Version) : 80CUST_SALESM
    Thanks
    Sundar

    Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply. Yes, I had successfully imported a request in BQ2 containing the characteristic 0Cust_sales. Only after importing this characteristic I tried the in problem request which was meant to Activate the the Transfer structure of the infoobject which uses 0cust_sales as datasource.
I found a SAP note suggesting a program which fixes the after import issues(RSDG_AFTER_IMPORT_FOR_CORR) but I am not sure it will work.
I dont want the request to fail again when I move it into production.
All your help is highly appreciated.
    Many Thanks
    Sundar
