Forse trovata soluzione, provate così:
Fate il Backup di tutto
Fate triplo-click sulla linea sottostante per selezionarla per intero:
~/Library/Application Support/SyncServices/
Click destro o control-click sulla linea selezionata
Selezionare "Mostra nel Finder" dal menu contestuale.
Verrà individuata la cartella della riga sopra contenente un solo file.
Chiudete iTunes.
Spostate nel cestino il file contenuto nella cartella.
Riaprite iTunes e provate la sincronizzazione.

What version of iPhoto and OS X are you using? That message means that iPhoto can't find the original file that was imported. It often arises when files have been deleted from the iPhoto library from the Finder and not by using iPhoto.
Or it can mean that you are running a "referenced" library and the source files have been moved or deleted in the Finder.
Check iPhoto's Advanced preference pane on both machines to see which checkbox is checked.

Macafee security center is may be the culprit.
Open Macafee then: select;
Internet & Network > configure
Firewall > Advanced
Programm Permissions > scroll down to Itunes
Highlight (click on)
Then Grant full access to Itunes.
APPLY then OK
When you select store from Itunes you will need to register with Itunes.
Try that or:
Disable your firewall.

iPhone has been set up to wirelessly sync when on charge yet I get this error when the iPhone is not even charging!
I work for a mobile network operator and although this isn't something we support anyway, we would usually stumble across something like this when customers call us for advice prior to contacting the manufacturer for support, yet this hasn't been a call driver so I'd imagine this is isolated... (either that or not many people have updated their device and set up the wireless sync lol)...

This message keeps coming up everytime I try and log in on iTunes:

I have have looked at my proxy and unclicked the box.
I have enabled iTunes on my firewall.
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled the update.
I'm at a loss, can anyone help me know where I have gone wrong?

If like me you have concluded that this is not a connectivity issue.
In my case it is a problem with Webkit2 and they way it handles SSL certificates.
To test if this is the case install Safari for windows 5.1.7(if not already installed) and try to access a secure site, like facebook or your banking, if you receive a certificate dialog box saying
"Safari can't verify the identity of the website"
If you hit "Continue" and the page loads but does not render correctly ........
Then try using another browser (IE/FF/Chrome) and see if you are able to access the site without prompts and the page renders correctly.
From Safari 4.04 onwards (as well as iTunes) it uses the windows root certificate store, to test uninstall Safari 5.1.7 and go back as far as Safar 3.2.3 (oldapps.com) and then try to access a secure site, if it renders correctly (back then Safari handled it's own certificates) you have the same problem as me
If you also look in the logs for itunes when you're accessing (attempting) the store if you find a reference to webkit2 and certificates that should further help clarify the problem. btw - don't bother with windows root certificate updates if your other browsers work ok

Please, kindly assist me with following challenges. I use iphone 3GS. I have used the phone for almost a year now. My iphone 3GS cannot connect to the itunes store. Each time I connect my phone to my Laptop through itunes. A message will automatically come up which states that "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknoown error occured (306)". It also make a footnote which states "make sure that your network connection ia active and try again". When I click the button labeled OK just below the messages, another message will come up which reads, "A new iphone software version (5.1) is available for the iphone software. Would you like to download it and update your iphone now?". It gives me the option buttons such as CANCEL or DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE or DOWNLOAD ONLY. If I click on DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE or DOWNLOAD ONLY. The above challenge has continued for more that 3 months now. This challenge has hindered me from installing some applications like Facebook Application for iphone, LinkedIn application for iphone and a lot of other applications. Each time I try to get these applications my iphone 3GS while inform that my current ios version 4.1 cannot work with the application, that they requires at least ios version 5.1 or above.

Whenever I connect my iphone 3GS to my PC through a USB. My itunes software comes up automatically.
1. After that a message appears from the itunes that states that 'itunes could not connect to the itunes store, an unknown error cccured (306).
2. After the above, an alert message comes up which states that A new iphone software version 5.1 is availlable for my iphone. It then states would you like to download it and update your iphone now? With the options buttons as Cancel or Download and Update or Download Only. Whenever I clicked on Download and Update or Download Only, the next message that comes up is that The iphone Software Update Server Could not be Contacted and suggest make sure your network setting are correct and active or try again later.
The above is the challenges I am facing now.
