GUWAHATI ASSAM AND SEND A DRAFT OF RS 990/- FOR THE FREE GIFT I.E. 8 MEGA PIXEL KPDAK DIGITAL CAMERA. MY REDEMPTION CODE IS DNTGXP9KZH. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY FREE GIFT. THE NO OF THE DRAFT IS 453646 ISSUED BY INDIAN BANK GUWAHAI CODE NO 00498 AND PAYABLE AT SERVICE BRANCH DELHI. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST SINCE I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED DUE TO LAPSE OF SUCH A LONG PERIOD BECAUSE I WAS ASSURED THAT WITHIN WITHINN 45 DAYS IT WIIL BE SENT TO ME ON THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS.

Moving average price in case of goods receipt with free of charge

Need some inputs......
Sometimes we receive materials from suppliers free of charge (e.g. warranty replacement) u2013 moving average goes down u2013 worst case 0,01 EUR/piece. This causes problems in government reporting and export documentation EX1 and clearance/pro-forma invoice) for deliveries to field engineers (Order type ZIS1, ZIS3 u2013 item cat. ZICA), because moving average price is used for the values in government reporting and on the invoices. In government reporting and on invoices we need to state a true value of the part.On the other hand, the value warehouse stock is depending on the moving average cost as well.Could you please let me know, how to handle such receipts from the supplier to have a correct stock value and correct values on invoices and government reporting?

Hello Deepthi,
It depends on your company policy. If you want to valuate the material along with the material purchased handled in moving average price, free consignment will bring down the MAP for the material.
In that case, you can revaluate the material to the original price in MR21 transaction.
If you are not going to handle the materials received free of charge along with the purchased material, you can go with another material code, with non valuated material type.
But i guess, no company will be asking for another material code. So go for revaluation after the receipt of free consignment.

How to name the Check Box as "Want Free Gift" using PARAMETERS statements

Hi all,
I am new to check boxes. I have a existing report where I have to add a check box to the selection screen.
So i said
PARAMETERS: p_cncldc AS CHECKBOX.
everythibng is fine and I get the check box on the selection screen. when i execute the report i get the name of check box as p_cncldc. but i want the name of the check box as "Want Free Gift".
How to name the check box as "Want Free Gift".
if i am saying
PARAMTERS: Want Free Gift AS CHECKBOX. it says a syntax error saying it canot be more that 8 chars.
Some one please help. I am new to Check boxes

The 12 days of christmas app which is suppose to give us a free gift every day has to be paid for on the 2nd day? What is going on?

After spending all of this money for for my macbook air and know you get a free gift card with it, I feel like I should apply for that promo. My only point is that sometimes, manufacturers start deals or promotions after some previous customers have made purchases. That should be the manufacturers' right. It's not like the folks who made purchases prior were cheated in any way. They got what they thought they were buying.

Registration and Free Gift

Hello,
I registered my Contribute CS4 after I installed it. I have contacted Customer Support here and they said to call the Support phone number. I have done this three times, spending hours waiting and explaining that I have not received an email instructing me how to access my free gift that came with my purchase.
Can someone here help me get my gift?

You are not alone. I am having the same problem. I have called several times and each time have been told I would be e-mailed in an hour. No e-mails. I spend over an hour on the chat with a CSR, and never got an answer. He wouldn't or couldn't pass me onto his manager. He gave me a link that didn't work. He started asking questions pertaining to another customer while on my chat. He repeated asked me questioned which he already should have had, and which I had already given him. They are incompetent.

Non receipt of students redemption offer, returned cheque after 11 months.

I had purchased HP Envy M6 Notebook Sr.No. [Edited for Personal Information]With windows8 under student offer in July 2013 for my dughter & completed all the necessary farmalities and all documents alongwith cheque of difference for Rs.900/- were been sent to redemption cell at New Delhi.
In between I contacted & send the email to Mrs. Renuka Chaudhary & M/s Balgo P. Ltd. Nagpur, regarding non receipt of Inkjet Printer under student offer.
In first reply Mrs. Renuka Chaudhary asked me to send redemption no. In another communicaiton she reply that she has not got registration of the above product. Whenever the Redemption No. is generated after the registration of the product detailed online is made. After passing the 11 months I have received a letter without sign & date alongwith cheque of Rs.900/- mentioning the reason "Online Registration Not received" .
In this regard it shows the negligencies & deleberately created the problems with consumer while providing the redemption offer. Moreover the many complaints are lodged on complaint forum that many of students / consumers, are not receiving the product under redemption offer. That means the HP Company is cheating with consumers.
With due respect to hp redemption cell, I may please be granted a permission to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum / Crime police (Financial).

No any solution has sent to me till now or nobody replied that they are enquirying why this is happening with consumers? It is a part & partial duty of HP & it is not of a part of customer to waste their time in chating with hp help forum. I think it is only a solution to go to "Consumer Forum"/Consumer Court for justice.

Non receipt of BTinternet (and Talk21) emails - u...

We’re having major issues with emails to BTinternet (and Talk21). It appears BT have changed their filters in some way and none of our customers with the above email addresses can receive our business emails.
This is resulting in loss of service we provide for our client. Since 23/3 we have had 100 customer complaints so far notifying us of non receipt of the emails.
We believe BT may need to make a change to whitelist our sending email prossible or is it you need some IP information to allow this through your servers.
Please can someone advise what and when this can be resolved?
Note this is not affecting any of the customers with NON BTInternet email addresses.

I suggest you raise your problem as a separate thread.
The failure 5.4.7 554 5.4.7 means that COMMUNITY.LSOFT.COM. has tried several times to send your message but it has been rejected so many times that it has given up.
A possible solution is to ask your subscribers to put you on their safe senders list.
If possible you need to find out what is causing the initial rejection of the message.
I shall not respond unless you raise as a separate thread.

Receipts for free apps

Is there any way to get iTunes to stop emailing me receipts for free applications that I've downloaded through the app store? It's not like I'll need a refund!

Nope but you can make a special mailbox so that all iTunes store receipts are placed inside of it. That is what I do.

Yet to received Free gift of Printer from HP.

Please note that we had purchase one HP Computer with free gift of printer as on 12.12.2008 & was told that HP will be sending a free gift of printer, but till date we have not receive the same .
We have tried to contact HP company many times on telephone but we are not getting any reply from the company.
Product no is :- FK802AA#ACJ & Serial No is INA83807GR.
Please look into the mater on priority & send us the printer.

Free gifts with new Sprout purchase

I just bought the HP Sprout computer. Inside the box was an insert saying there was a couple of free gifts you could get. (desktop organizer, touch mat cover). The insert directs you to a website sprout.hp.com/gift. When you go to the named website it does show both of these 2 items as free gifts and to call an agent at a posted phone number. It states to tell the agent your redeeming your free gifts and to have your product serial number handy. I called the specified phone number as instructed..person on phone had never done one of these before..they only asked me for my email address no other information. Then they proceeded to tell me that the offer ended in March! They never asked for the serial number and I'm not so sure they even knew what the free gifts are. I told them I was looking at their website and it does not state anywhere that it expired or is only for a limited time. Anybody know if this offer is still good? I think they should honor it because nowhere on insert or website is there any dates of participation or expiration time.Thanks
