You may try to follow the steps below:
1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
3.Delete the opm.db file.
4.Launch Creative Cloud.

I've checked your account (using the email address that you've used here in the forums), and all I see is an ExportPDF subscription that was canceled in June of last year. I don't see any subscriptions started in January. Did you purchase the subscription via Adobe Reader for mobile? If so, those subscriptions are handled by the various App Stores (Apple's App Store, Google Play), and Adobe doesn't have record of them.
You may want to Come contattare l'assistenza client to discuss these charges with an agent.

C. Så för att få en QuickTime film - Dela som QuickTime. Vill du göra en DVD så Dela till Media Bläddraren och som Stor (inte HD eller andra upplösningar). Jag använder ALDRIG "Share to iDVD" då det inte ger mig bästa kvaliteén på slutresultatet DVDn.

B. By Sharing it a QuckTime movie is created in various resolutions and sizes
C. So if You just want a movie - then Share/Export as a QuickTime movie. If You want a DVD then "Share to Media Browser" and as Large (not HD or other res.) - I do NEVER use "Share to iDVD" function as it set's down the quality of the final result.

Ho il tuo stesso problema. Pensavo inizialmente non fosse un problema di operatore telefonico. Ma poi li ho provati tutti. Adesso uso definitivamente la Tre perche ho notato che ti consente di navigare molto più velocemente. Veniamo al problema, che comunque persiste:
Per ovviare al problema metto in "modalità aereo" per un minuto buono e poi riattivo la connessione internet. Talvolta il rimedio funziona. Altre volte devo addirittura spegnere riavviare il dispositivo. Molto dipende anche dalla rete realmente disponibile. anche se il segnale 3G è al massimo della ricezione non è indice al tempo stesso di una banda ad alta velocità fruibile.
