Non transparent corners on volume pop up icon after reducing transparency, why?

Hi,
I have reduced transparency (System Preferences>Accessibility>Reduce Transparency) due to Adobe Illustrator CS5 issues. Now for example volume pop up icon is black cornered. I believe it might be a Yosemite fault which must be fixed by apple. Or not?
Any ideas on this matter?

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

RESPONSES:
1)   When I set up my iMac, I did not transfer any data directly from my windows PC. I simply used the same iTunes login and account. I have access to all of the files via the "Purchased" section of the iTunes store. If I click "Download Previous Purchases" text, I can download ALL of the purchases I have ever made.
2)   I have the Apple TV 2, so good news, question answered. I thought maybe it was the Apple TV 1, but it is the Black model, so bam. Good response for you. Well the whole damned reply is an awesome response, just pointing out that one piece of awesome. I stated that it was an Apple TV 2, and yet you were still good enough to figure I could be mistaken, and provide me with knowleedge just incase.
QUESTIONS:
3)   So can my iMac not stream the data directly from itunes, without download? Apple TV can, but perhaps that is something among many things that maker it unique, and awesome.

I work in the computer support section for the Military. The only problem is we use Windows , lol. Well that and i've been gone for nearly 6 months on recover. I go back next month though I hope. Select the Top Most Entry for that drive, it will be the drive model # and have the size listed, then go to the Partition tab and select One Partition from the Partition Layout area drop down. Then select Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as the format, if that is the format you want to format it AS. Then click the Options button near the bottom of that windows and select GUID as the Partition Table. Close the options screen and clcik the Apply button.

How do i remove transparent corners left by a vector mask?

Hi i'm new to photoshop but i've managed to create a logo that i'm quite pleased with. Mainly by fluke i think. I have created a vector mask for the background that has a gradient fill in it. The vector mask is a rectangle with curved corners. When i did image>trim most of the transparent stuff was trimmed leaving only the corners around the curved corners of the vector mask. ie i have a curved corner rectangle that has extra, square corners of transparent stuff. Hope that makes sense!
I have been advised to export the logo as a tif file but when i do the transparent corners show up white, ruining the effect of the curved edged border. Hope someone can help.

My Crafting Action Package has a sample action that can add Watermarks to any size image with layers containing transparent areas the actions uses three types of layers. A vector shape later, a text layer and a custom logo layer is place on to the image. The custom Logo layer is a file that contains transparency could be a gif file, Png file or PSD file. I used a PSD file . If you use a PSD file the Custom color logo layer itself can be edited by opening the smart object layer in Photoshop to make changes to it.

Questo il nocciolo si lascia prendere dal panico è quasi certamente dovuto la RAM errata o poco costosa di qualità che è installata. Potrebbero anche essere collegati con il iMac che si surriscalda se il centro di servizio non ristabilisse correttamente la colla termica.
Potreste provare a lavorare attraverso questa guida di risoluzione per il nocciolo vi lasciate prendere dal panico ma penso che il centro di servizio debba essere del loro mess.

These Kernel Panics are almost certainly due to incorrect or cheap quality RAM having been installed. They could also be related to the iMac overheating if the service centre did not restore the thermal paste correctly.
You could try working through this resolution guide for kernel panics but I think the service centre must take responsibility for their mess.

Hiding and Disabling pop up icon

Hi all,
I have two options on my page. First is "Select from pop up lov" and other is "type in". if user selects "typein", I want to hide popup lov icon (which i am able to do in javascript.) but if user uses keyboard tab then focus goes on pop up icon (which is right now hidden), which is kind of abusrd on interface.
Can anybody suggest something on this ?

Hi，
So switch a LAN card fix this issue...seems a compatibility issue or maybe some packs or programs you installed recently cause this issue.
Have you manually check the network adapter driver from the PC's manufacture website? sometimes, it will be a time delay before Microsoft push out the driver update.
Check if issue exists in safemode with network, this mode will launch Windows with limited sets of files and drivers.
if you have a restore point, restore the pc to a previous point at which the pc is functioning fine.

What you are seeing is how Safari works now in iOS 5. There is no way to get that icon in Safari now. There other much better browsers available in the App Store. Look at iCab Mobile, Mercury, Atomic, ....

Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac. There is a third party version of Firefox 4 that runs on OS X 10.4/10.5 and PPC Macs, for details see http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox

It's sad that women are a target demographic? Why?
As part of that demographic, I can't say that I get the feeling that Apple is trying to appeal to me. It seems to me that they are assuming that ALL of their users are fairly clueless, not just the female users.
I hardly think the interface changes are due to a desire to market to women. They certainly aren't impressing me, whatever the intent. I don't hate the look of Yosemite, but I don't like it, either. The translucency is a bizarre touch, pointless in terms of function and at odds with the generally joyless flat aesthetic.

When I change size of icons, or icon vs list display, why does it affect the whole computer? In some folders I want to see a list and others I want to see an icon and I don't need a large icon in all folders. I used to be able to set each folder separately in the old OS. How do I fix this?

I can hilight an item, go to the finder/file/getinfo but there is no box next to icon view.
I can go to view/options and adjust the icon size etc, but this applies to every folder in the whole computer. I need varied options in different folders, i.e., I want to view images as icons and text as text. I have to change it every time I open a folder. I used to be able to set it per folder in the old OS.
