Non US Billing Address!!
I don't have a US Billing Address as I'm resident of Nepal. I do have Master Card issued by US Bank at my country address. I need to purchase some iPad Apps. Since I don't have US Based Billing Address, how can i resolve my problem? Please help!

Can you ship to a non-billing address?
I am going to pre-order the iPhone (like many others) on the 3rd and was wondering if you think we will be able to have the phone shipped to a non-billing address (ie work, friend's house, etc.)?
I may have just answered my own question as best it can be for now... I went through the droid x order process... Definitely allowed for you to enter in an alternate shipping address (as opposed to the assumption that they will only ship to the billing address). Sidenote, there's been discussion of the process of using a family member's upgrade to get a phone for yourself... if the iphone order is going to go like the droid x order (which i'm guessing it will), there is indeed no option to simple "transfer" upgrades during the order process. It'll just have to be done the old fashioned was by switching phones during activation process once received.

I recently moved out of the US to another country and changed my billing address at my credit card company to my new country. Now iTunes won't let me edit my credit card billing information because the "edit" option on the billing address only lets you change states, not countries. There is a non-spendable balance on my iTunes account because it's an odd amount, and iTunes won't let me change my iTunes store to my new country as long as there is a balance showing in my US iTunes store account. So I'm stuck. I can't spend my balance in my account. I can't change the balance to a spendable amount because iTunes no longer accepts my credit card because my credit card's new zip code billing address doesn't match my iTunes account. I can't change my iTunes account to my new country as long as there is a balance in my US iTunes store. How can I change my iTunes account information to my new country under these circumstances?
I am stuck with a similar problem. I moved from Ireland to the UK but for some reason, iTunes would not let me change the country in my payment information, it remains Ireland. I do not have any credit to spend and I still cannot change it. I even set up a new iTunes account and the country still remains uncangable. Hence, I cannot add the details of my UK card as iTunes believes it is set in Ireland. Have you managed to solve your problem?

Verizon refuses to ship to a different address than our billing address?
My girlfriend and I decided to go on a share plan. She is on AT&T and I am on Verizon Wireless. *I* persuaded *her* that we should choose VZW, since I've been on Verizon for almost a decade, and did not want to change. Ever since then, Verizon's done everything it can to persuade us we made the wrong decision. After spending hours on the phone and the website -- most recently nearly an hour and a half on the phone -- with nothing to show for it, I'm hoping someone here has a recommendation.
First, Verizon refused to honor a loyalty discount I had been offered before. Of course, it had expired -- apparently it's a *bad* thing that they've been getting free money from me for over a year while I've been eligible for an upgrade? The rep I spoke with was very friendly, but said there was absolutely nothing she could do about it; the best she could do was offer me a slightly less-worse downgrade from my current unlimited data plan. (Note that she only mentioned this after I had been on the phone with her for a long time.)
Second, despite being pretty savvy about this sort of thing, neither of us could find a way to navigate the website such that we could bring her over from AT&T and upgrade my phone at the same time -- even though we *have* to do it at the same time for us to both get the contract price on our on new phones.
FInally, the last straw: after spending over an hour on the phone -- both my girlfriend and I had to be there according to the rep we spoke with, since she was porting her number from AT&T -- the second rep we spoke with walked my girlfriend through the entire credit check, plan, phone order, etc., and got to *shipping*, when he then insisted the phone could *ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS.* We can't get FedEx shipments at home because WE WORK. Our building has no secure place for packages. The FedEx "depot" is far away and we don't have a car. This is common in New York City. Verizon has always shipped phones to my work address before. She and I argued with him for as long as we could stand it, but he utterly refused. After ten minutes or so more of this, he admitted that we could to go to a store; they could order it there and we could pick it up. He couldn't ship the order we had just spent over an hour on to a store; we had to basically start over.
As my girlfriend said, getting married will be simpler and faster than it has been for us to join our cell phone plans.
Can it possibly be true that Verizon will no longer ship to a work address?! What have other people done in this situation? I am so incredibly frustrated, and the idea of now having to find a time when both of us can go to a store (we work in different boroughs, that'll be fun), after having spent hours on the phone and the website, makes me irrationally angry. I am this close to giving up and joining my girlfriend on AT&T.Update: my girlfriend went to an official Verizon store because the sales rep on the phone had told her if she did that, the store could order the phone and she could pick it up there. Turns out the sales rep was wrong. Even if you order in the store, Verizon will ship it to your billing address.
This is beyond ridiculous. What "fraud" is Verizon protecting against by not allowing my girlfriend to pick up her phone *in person*, with *photo identification*? Answer: none. This is a policy for policy's sake, not for anyone's best interests; a side of Verizon I was familiar with, but which this time has caused so much aggravation (and wasted time) that it's about to be a deal-breaker.
Has *anyone* else in this situation been able to talk to someone with sufficient authority to override this idiotic policy? I'd rather not switch to AT&T, but my girlfriend is already sick to death of Verizon, and I don't blame her. More to the point, we seem to have no reasonable way of getting her a Verizon iPhone. -

Could you please tell me why as a Brit resident in Japan therefore having a billing address that is Japanese is forced to only get service from the Japanese online store? Is there not some way of allowing me to select movies and music to buy and download from other stores. Why do am i forced to try to nread Japanese when I have selected English as my language. The price for Downloads is no different and even if it was I am happy to pay. This also applies to Movie rental which is crazy and extremely restrictive. I a supposed GLOBAL community why does Apple do this.
You can buy ONLY from the itunes store of your country of residence (As proven by valid billing address of credit card) and ONLY while inside the borders of that country.

It is possible but no more than 3 different Apple IDs for the same credit card. If you need more than three (more members of the family or a small business with 4 or more people who need individual Apple IDs) you can use one or more iTunes gift cards instead of a regular credit or debit card.

Expanding on what RG said, you need a credit card issued by a bank in the country in which you are and that has its billing address there. Since your credit card was issued by a US bank but has a Polish billing address, that card will not be usable in either the US or Polish iTunes Store. If you reside now in Poland, then as RG said you will need to get a card issued by a Polish bank with a Polish billing address. Or, if Apple offers prepaid iTunes cards in Poland (you cannot use cards issued in another country), you could use those.

I know that you can use two credit cards to pay an item but the problem is that i can only put the billing address of just one of the credit cards, and since the two cards are from different people (my parents) i can't do it. They live in the same place so i don't know if i should just put one of the billing address.

Can I have 2 different countries billing address under one Apple ID? I mean 2 countries credit card info for payments at the same time under one Apple ID.
I do travel very often to overseas. I'm having problem with few apps that can not be updated when I'm using another countries store. I do have 2 countries billing address. So when there is an update I need to switch my county & billing address for few selected apps. I was wondering if I have option to add both countries as my billing address that would be great under same Apple ID. I registered my apple ID and Icloud with a US address, and live in Switzerland. I do not own a US credit card. Now that I need to buy more storage with my swiss credit card, I can't change the country's billing address from the US to my swiss one. HELP PLS?
Did you actually watch the movie? You get 30 days in which to view it and if you didn't watch it, that could be why you are getting that message. If you have watched the movie and you're sure that is has expired by now, contact iTunes Store Support and seek their help.

Why is shipping to an address other than the billing address such a pain?
On 11/6, I placed an order for an iPad mini 3 (on Edge). I could not change the shipping address on the order, because I did not have either of the 2 phones on me that are on my account at the time, so I could not receive the "authorization code" via text message.
After placing the order, I immediately called to see if I could change the shipping address. No problem, they said.
On Saturday, 11/8, I received an email that they had to "further review" my order, and that I needed to call them within 7 days. I called immediately, accepted the terms and conditions, and again asked her to check (and change) the shipping address, since I knew the device had not shipped. No problem, she said.
Today, 11/10, I received tracking information. iPad being sent to my old address.
It's not the end of the world. Annoying, but it's my parents address, not some random old address. However, it's about 100 miles away. I left my billing address there because that's where my bank and credit card billing addresses are as well, since I'm planning on buying a house in the next year or two, I want to wait for that permanent residence before I change my mailing address for important things.
Today, I ordered a Droid Turbo on my main line. This time, I DID have my phone on me, and I was able to get the authorization code texted to me in order to authorize the address change BEFORE even placing the order. I changed the address to my work address. The "Ship To" address in my email confirmation shows my work address.
I received tracking information this evening. Phone being sent to my old address.
***, Verizon???! I called, and they said they could put in a "redirect request" on both orders, but that it would delay shipping. Well I guess there's no point, because if it's going to delay shipping until next week or longer, I'll get them faster by just going and picking them up this weekend.
For the iPad, it's whatever - I had to change it after ordering, so even though 2 reps confirmed it would be changed, I wasn't really surprised. But I don't understand why the Droid isn't shipping to the correct address when I changed it prior to completing the order AND it shows the correct "Ship To" address in my email confirmation.
