None of my apps are working - all say trial and some won't work at all! Why am I paying a monthly fee for this? Service stinks. Somebody needs to respond.
None of my Creative Cloud apps are working. I have tried all online suggestions with no luck. I have client projects due, and can't complete them without these apps - that I PAY for! I need someone to respond. Is your support really so horrible?

can I delete an album from my computer and re-download from my purchases? I bought an album and some of the songs only play partof the way through and some won't play at all. One of them says this computer is not authorized to play this trac.
Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks only from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If you don't see them straight away it may help to restart iTunes. While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

I have purchased the "Sky Sports TV" app but since my satellite subscription have been cancelled I cant view the channels anymore. I am unsure why I am paying a monthly fee of £4.99 if this does not entitle me to watch Sky Sports, as there is no other functionality in the app other than watching tv channels ( which I cant do currently)

I'd recommend doing a SMC reset. I'd also HIGHLY recommend completing your profile. Without a completed profile it makes it difficult to help you out.
To reset the SMC:
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord and all peripherals.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer. -
When I did updates last night about videos. Now non of my apps are working. When I click on them the screen blicks on and off. Everything else see fine.

Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

How to explain. OK 1st all photos are visible in my iPhoto library; however, some are stored on hard drive and some are stored on external. All can be marked or unmarked in itunes, but none of the photos stored on the external drive will sync to my iPad. Anybody know what's up with that?
What really cheeses me off here is that Apple isn't allowing users enough customization. With each update of iTunes (and the OS and iOS) we're forced to give up something that worked well for the way we want to use the app and make do with fewer (and lamer) options. If Apple keeps this up, they're going to start losing customers fast. I mean if this isn't fixed soon, I'm pretty sure I'm going to give up on iTunes, and then I'll probably go ahead and get a Galaxy when I need to replace my iPhone.
What I don't understand about how they won't let users delete the list of available podcasts now is why? How is this making it a better program? I can understand that not all users are capable enough to right-click on a feed and select "Show all available episodes", so I can see why they want the complete list to be the default (and, surprise, it already was). But to not give users the option to delete that list? It's inconsiderate because it makes navigating feeds with a large back catalogue really frustrating. I'm flabbergasted that no one at Apple considered all the podcast feeds that keep hundreds of episodes available when they removed this feature. It smacks of rank incompetence.
What improvement were they trying to make here anyway? There was nothing wrong to my mind about how podcasts were managed in previous versions. Whatever improvement they were trying to make here, they should have realized that many users would at least want the option to keep things the way they were.
And reverting to a previous version is no solution. I can't sync my iPhone with the new iOS without this update, and (while I do have some issues--specifically how you can't play podcasts in the Music app anymore) I do like the new iOS. -
None of the apps are worked once the music from iTunes was synced to the ipad
Try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.

The update takes a LONG time... but with the new system, you can keep using your phone during the update, so it doesnt FEEL like it is updating...
you have probably interrupted the update, just like I did
plug your phone in... "continue the update" or hit the sync button to psh it in... and leave it there
unless you have enabled sync over wifi (which still only works when you are plugged in)
just be patient... and there shouldbe a flashing "synching" symbol at the top of your phone screen -
Iv downloaded the 0845 wizard from the App Store. Registered my details and it has been working. But for some reason it won't let me log in and keep saying failed every time I try to use it. Iv deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still says the same?
I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well. -
I have recently updated the new apps via creative cloud now photoshop and bridge no longer work, they open then say they have encountered a problem and close, I also tried opening the old version of photo shop but getting the same result
What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?

I'm in the process of transferring files fm pc to mac, all connections verified and migration asst is working. HW, my outlook contacts nor email are listed as an option for transfer. Any1 else have such a plm? If so, how did you resolve?
I used O2M from http://www.littlemachines.com to move from Outlook to Apple Mail.

I upgraded to iOS 7 yesterday on my iphone and now none of my apps shows me any new message and when i open the apps it says "Connect to itunes for push notifications". Please help!!!
Same here. I don't know how to solve the problem, but I figured out a way to close the app without re-starting or resetting the phone. If you click ok and then press the home button twice really fast before the dialog box shows back up, you can put the phone in multi-tasking mode and close the app without having the shut the phone off or reset it. Anxiously awaiting the fix for this since I have several apps I use that I can access at the moment.
