Please provide a note of the error message that you are receiving during download of apps. Have you recently updated your version of the Cloud app? Has anything else changed?

Hi, I knew that all apps after buying them could be downoad to other Apple's devices. The last week I bought Keynote for the iPad and I need for my Mac too, but I don't know why I can't download it. Shoul I buy Keynote for the Mac too? Is the same with other apps?
Applications are designed for either iOS or OSX. You must buy a version for each type of OS. But you can share that app among all like devices (iPad/iPhone and iMac/MBP/Macmini)

The app I want to download from the cloud will not finish downloading and keeps restarting.
I tried to update the I Am T-Pain 2.0 app, but the update failed. I tried starting the download process over and over again, but it would not download. I had experienced a similar issue before so I deleted the app and the temporary files from the download and tried downloading the app from iCloud. It didn't work. The download will start all over when it is about to finish. Really annoying.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to resume the download.
And you did try rebooting like this? Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons -

Why are there no CC Apps in my Creative Cloud Folder? Just finished cramming Adobe Creative Cloud Flash Professional info. Tried to use it and found that it wasn't in my Apps Folder, nor anywhere else. During my search I discovered that none of the other CC apps were there either. All CS6 Pro apps are there, but no CC.
IMac 21.5" desktop; OSX 10.8.5; 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5: 1333 MHz; 4 GB DDR3; 500 GB HD + 500 GB external HDCould you try to scroll down a bit and look into the "Find New Apps" section. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
In case you still do not see any CC applications, login to https://creative.adobe.com/products and try to download any CC app and then check if it gets installed and you see it under the "Your apps" section of CC desktop app. -

I keep getting this error when trying to use Adobe Creative Cloud. I only downloaded it today and I keep getting this download error. I have tried a few of the other solutions found and none seem to work. Sorry if there is an obvious fix but other solutions haven't worked for me
I also keep getting this error. "Unable to reach Adobe Servers. Please check your internet connectivity, firewall settings, and then try again."
Although I have no firewall enabled so...

Apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop helper constantly displays "Download error. press retry or contact customer support". As well as reloading, I've also quit CC desktop helper, restarted computer, checked network settings, relogged in. Cannot download any new apps or updates. please help.
