None of my Ipod's are being picked up by my computer

My son received a new I-pod touch and when I went to sync it up, my computer is no longer picking up any of our I-pod products. I have checked the Apple Mobile Device Support and gone through the process of restarting it. My daughter's I touch shows up as a camera but nothing else is working. Any ideas?

Been through all of that already. Whenever I plug in one of the the I-touch's, I get this from my computer:
"Found New Hardware Wizard" and it takes me through the process of adding software to dowload photos. Still no I-touch's show up though.

Quit iTunes on your PC, switch your iPhone on and make sure it's not locked, before connecting it to your computer. Then wait a minute or two until the "Download Photos" dialogue box pops up. When that happens, launch iTunes and wait a minute or two until iPhone shows up as a connected device.

None of the cross tabs are being exported to Excel

Hi All,
I am experiencing a strange problem of export failing when any of the cross tab is exported. It comes out with a message,
"An error occurred while trying to export the Worksheet.
(Export failed.) "
This is occuring in Plus and Viewer.
But All the tables are being exported without any problem.
Any Idea ???

Only iTunes purchases may copy over via File > Transfer Purchases - otherwise syncing is one way, from the computer to the device. To get the rest of your music/films etc onto the new computer you can copy the backup from your old computer onto the new one and then load them into iTunes

None of Blue tooth devices are being detected by my iPad

My iPad won't detect any bluetooth device. It keeps on looking and looking but will not detecte while the same device will be detected by my iPhone 4 and iPhone3.
I have tried 3 Hands free blue tooth devices but none is being detected. iPad won't even detect the iPhone 4 sitting next to it.

Many headsets use the Hands Free Profile (HFP) which is not supported by the iPad but is supported by the iPhone. On the iPad you can connect to devices that uses the A@DP profile which support stereo headphones and some headsets and speakers, keyboards via the HID profiles and some other devises for gaming. Low battery ipod is not being read by my new computer

I got a new computer recently and I hadn't thought of seeing if it could read my iPod or not. Today, I tried to charge it since it ran completely out of battery and I plugged it into my computer and nothing showed up. I read the pages on Windows not recognizing iPod, low battery, etc. but none of them has anything on Windows not reading the iPod software when the iPod's not working because there's no battery left.
Please help me?

The iPod will not be read by your computer if there is no battery power. Leaving it connected for a while (sometimes quite a long while!) usually cures this.
However, sometimes if the battery gets completely discharged, simply connecting to a USB port on the computer doesn't supply enough power to "kick start" the charging process. In theory it should do, but yours seems to be a common problem.
Do you have access to a wall charger?

i have an HP- i use windows home as my software, and i have a 20gb ipod... it's less than a year old...
for some reason suddenly when i go to import songs/music from my computer to my ipod my computer is not recognizing my ipod- i can import the music fine to the computer- but the ipod itself never "shows up"... do i need to update it? will this erase all my music? i have like 5000 songs on my ipod and would hate to have to reload it-

No Delta entries being picked up in RSA7 for Application Component 11

Hi Gurus,
I am facing the below delta issue from last couple of weeks only. Earlier it was working fine.
The systems we are using is BI 7.0 [SAP NW 2004s] & SAP ECC 6.0
The issue here is:
Delta queues not being picked up into RSA7 for Appl comp 11 i.e for Datasources
2LIS_11_VASCL
2LIS_11_VAHDR
2LIS_11_VAITM after successful Initialisation @ BW side.
I am able to find the entries in SMQ1 (qRFC monitor - Outbound Queue) against the Queue Name: MCEX11, Destination as NONE & Entries as: 1459.
But the same were not getting updated into Delta Queue RSA7.
The Init also has been done properly in BI side. This problem occured only for Appl component '11' & other Appl components '12' & '13' are absolutely working fine.
Checked for V3 Jobs also, but the V3 jobs (of program RMBWV311) were scheduled to run frequently but the same pertaining to Appl comp 11 are getting terminated with a runtime error as mentioned below:

Thanks Everyone for giving the valuable replies. I have some doubts regarding the Queue MCEX11.
I was able to follow ur guidelines & repeated the statistical setup by clearing the queues in ECC side.
With this I m able to get the delta entries in RSA7 against these 3 ds 2LIS_11_VASCL, ITM & HDR.
I followed the below steps for clearing the queues & for rerunning the statistical step, please correct me If i have done anything wrong (the whole process was successful and also I m getting the entries into delta queue, but the issue here is - I have deleted the queues in MCEX11, want to know the Impact):
Step 1: LBWG: I have deleted the setup tables
Step 2: SMQ1: deleted the entries in SMQ1 of the Queue MCEX11 --> Can anyone tell me whether this step was right or wrong which I did as a process of clearing Appl component '11' queues?????
Step 3: Deleted the Init in BI Side, which has refreshed the RSA7 delta queue entries (no entries existed in rsa7 for these datasources)
After the above steps,
Step 4: filled the Setup tables by running the statistical setup using OLI7BW (for Sales Orders) & then
Step 5: did the INIT in BI Side which has enabled delta for these 11-Appl comp data sources & the traffic light appeared as green in RSA7 against these ds.
Next day I have checked & found that delta entries are being picked up in RSA7 against these ds.
But the issue here is: while clearing the queues, I have cleared the MCEX11 queues from TCODE SMQ1 assuming that these are the delta entries of the datasources 2LIS_11_VASCL, ITM & HDR, Could you please clarify whether my assumption is right or wrong.
Because now I am able to find the queues in both like in MCEX11 & 2LIS_11_VASCL, ITM & HDR in Tcode SMQ1 but the numbers are different anyway.
Could anyone explain what exactly is stored in MCEX11 queue in T-code SMQ1 (Outbound queue).

Delivery quantity changed while delivery was being picked .

Hi Friends .
I have a big problem, because the delivery quantity changes while the delivery was being picked.
This is the positively the 3rd time that we have seen this, possibly the 4th, recently.
Delivery was created this morning for 800pc. Batch determination was telling the picker to pick from perticular storage location SLOC 112. (all 800pc) (25pc =1 pallet)
The picker knew that he was picking 32 pallets from that row.
After he picked 32 pallets, the system was telling him that he needed to pick 2 more pallets.
At that point, I saw delivery .The quantity in the delivery had, at this point, increased to 850.
Delivery shows that 32 pallets that had been picked up to this point.
again it is calling to pick 2 more pallets.
at this point of time delivery is for 850 (not the original 800)
I have not changed the quantity in delivery or in order . how come delivery quantity has changed while materials are being picked .

Hi jayapala
The delivery qty can change while you pick the quantity if the stock is less than the stock that is to be actually you are going to deliver. As the stock is changing , check the stock in MMBE for that material.
Example :
Say you have created a sales order for 100pcs but when you are doing delivery material is taking only 75pcs because there are only 75pcs of stock in the storage location

Agreements Not Being Picked For SFTP Protocol in Oracle 11G

Agreements are not being picked for SFTP protocol even though From TP , To TP , Document Type and Revision are picked correctly .
We are running on MLR11 , Version : 11.1.1.4.0 . Also we have set b2b.useCPAid to false in EM Properties so that Agreement is picked based on DocType Name , Revision and Partner Id's .
Also when we used File Protocol its working Fine . The problem exists for SFTP Protocol .
Error Code : B2B-50547
Error Description Machine Info: (gwl09072appg084) Description: Agreement not found for trading partners: FromTP TestEbxml, ToTP BTGS with document type rqRequestServiceRequest-1.0-INBOUND.
Patch Level : 14114625

Yes we are setting the Filename Format explicitly in the LC . As far as we have understood , naming convention FromTP_MSGID.xml
is used to identify the TP and also MSGID is used to avoid duplicates and identification xpath is set to identify the Action .
When we are using %FROM_PARTY%_%TO_PARTY%_%DOCTYPE_NAME%_%DOCTYPE_REVISION%_%TIMESTAMP%.xml , All parameters are identified as expected and Agreements are also being picked when we are using File Protocol . Only when we are trying with SFTP Prtocol , even though all values are being picked correctly , only agreement is not being picked . Could you please help ?

Ipod cannot restore"because files are being used by another application"

Hello all,
I hope someone can help me. I think I mad a big mistake. I did a favor for my father who bought the newest IPod clip on shuffle for my mom. I agreed to get it up and running using my laptop, (which has Itunes for my Ipod w/video) would this create a conflict. Unfortunately I didn't think of asking BEFORE i tried to get the shuffle up and running. The shuffle works fine now but my 30GB Ipod is not able to sync any songs and has requested me to restore to the default settings. Which I tried but when I do it states that I can't because "files are being used by another application" So I tried to use the chat help on this website and when I logged in it picked my product type as a SHUFFLE. Can someone give me any advice. Thanks
