None of the -8008 error fixes working!

I was able to download tv show purchases two weeks ago, but tonight i've gotten the dreaded 8008 error on 6 different files...only songs downloads are successfull.
I've tried the delete the .tmp fixes to no avail...got a long flight tomorrow and no new iTunes TV shows to help pass the time.
I'm using XP, but nothing has changed on my end so I am confused as to what it going wrong now?

Since the iPhone should not be opened or repaired by the user or another 3rd party without loosing the warranty or the Out-Of-Warranty Service option, we can only speculate, that one of the repair steps you took is the reason for the problems.
The only solution would be seeking help from a 3rd party repair shop and hope that they will be able to solve the issue.

"Resource not found" simply means that either the URL is wrong (case counts!) or that the resource is actually not there. I.e. not compiled, not deployed, not loaded, etcetera. Reading the appserver's startup logs might also help.

No such thing. All Firefox windows and tabs run in a single '''firefox.exe''' process, unlike IE which has a separate process for each window, or Chrome which opens a new process for each tab.
As far as the Firefox SafeMode, you can't open it when Firefox is running ''(unless you open a separate Profile purposely)'', if you try all you will get is another window in the "regular mode".
You're not going to be able to discover the cause of your problem if you're unwilling to follow established troubleshooting procedures, regardless of how intermittent the fault occurs. I wouldn't be surprised of you have an add-on installed which is causing that problem.
Another course of action would be to create a new Profile, which is like starting from scratch with a completely new Firefox installation. <br />

Why are none of the effects I apply working? Every effect I've tried causes the program to "Not Respond", and then shows the program applying the "Gaussian Blur" when I have not applied it. The program applied "Gaussian Blur" also does not take effect, even though it shows the program applying it.

Create a blank document , and draw a circle and apply a drop shadow does that work?
If that does work you may have a problme document. Guassian blur will show on a document with drop shadows, if Illustrator is struggling to prcoess the drop shadow.
If taht does not work reset your prefences.

Only the carrier the phone is locked to can authorize the unlock. You will need to contact Vodafone to see if you qualify for an unlock.

NiDMM IVI Error Converter Fails at launch after changing from PXI Chassis PXI-1042Q to PXI-1031. None of the congiguration setup parameters work so the VI won't work

I have changed a PXI system from the development system with a contoller PXI-1042Q to a PXI-1031 chasis using MMI-4 comunications with a XP based commputer. When I try to run my application none of the configutation files for niDMM load. the error I obtain is: "LabView Load error code 3 could not load front panel" Also niDMM IVI Error Converter.vi for Powerline Frequecny, auto zero, ADC calibration,Measurement Digits, offset comp Ohms, multi point, Meas complete dest, Meas complete slope, and fetch multipoint won't load.
Does anyone know what my problem is. I have made sure that the handles I am using in the software match the PXI chassis handles. When I search for the niDMM IVI Error Converter.vi I can't find it on either system.

One thing to make sure is that the driver version on the new system is not older than the driver on the old system. Make sure you have at least the same versions between the two and all should load just fine.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 none of the blending modes are working.

For example if I set a lens flare with a black background and set it to screen it will not work. None of the blending modes work. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I am fairly new to photoshop and really need some help.

Firefox shows blurry images (and none of the best-known solutions work)

No matter
* if I run Firefox under safe mode (plugins disabled),
* if I update my graphics drivers,
* or if I disable Harware Rendering under Advanced Options,
Firefox keeps showing blurry images.

This has been happening for a long time, even through several Firefox updates. None of the solutions I've found on the web (listed above) will fix this problem.
The image blur is tiring on the eyes, not being able to see images correctly is so annoying, and I hope someone can help me fix this issue.

Changing Firefox's zoom behavior so you can enlarge just the text but not the images can lead to site layouts breaking. If you want to take a look:
View menu > Zoom > ''check'' Zoom Text Only
(If you do not normally display the classic menu bar, tap the Alt key to display it temporarily.)
Firefox 22 was the first to tie your Firefox content zoom level to your Windows DPI setting. You can break the connection and set Firefox to use 100% resolution (the classic 96dpi resolution) if you like. Here's how:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the filter box, type or paste '''pix''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click '''layout.css.devPixelsPerPx''' and change its value to '''1.0''' for Firefox 21-sized fonts.

I just bought a new PC laptop and installed Lightroom 5.7 on the new one but none of the photos that are in Lightroom on my old PC computer are on the new one.
I have several photos that I am working on in the old computer which is dying and not very reliable any more.
How do I find the photos on my old computer and get them into Lightroom on my new computer?

You would need the catalog and the images from the old computer if you want your work that you have done previously. You will have to copy the images and the catalog from your old computer to the new one. Don't you know where you imported images to?

None of the print functions is working in "NM Pro" application itself.

None of the functions "print detail" in Network Magic pro are working. Neither the "print network settings" in the file menu of NM.
Nothing happens at all when clicked. This phenomena is happening on both my PC's.
All other features of Network Magic pro are working fine. Set-up of the program went smoothly.
Other applications on my desktop PC or laptop PC don't have problems with print instructions.
Does anyone has any idea what is wrong.

Today I tried with an uninstall of NM, a registry cleaning and reinstalling of NM (new version from the download site) , if the printing problem would be solved. - No solution. Still not possible to generate any printing from out the Network Magic apllication.
Very ennoying problem. The only way I can gather the" details of all installed network equipments" is taking a capture screen. of the details pages. If printing "details" and "network settings" is not possible, NM is for me a worthless application. Especially since none of my other applications is showing this kind of problem with pinting.

None of the exterior buttons are working...

I recently replaced my screen and digitizer. Everything was still functioning well, even with the cracked screen. I opted to replace both screen and digitizer, since it appears to be quite the process to transfer the old digitizer to the new glass only. I also at this time, since I have one of the first waves of iPhone 5 (had it from day 1 of its release) decided to replace the wi-fi antenna, since I was already pulling the phone apart anyways. After performing what I feel to be a very successful replacement of both the wi-fi antenna and the screen/digitizer, none the side buttons work anymore! I have triple checked to make sure all ribbons are in place and everything appears to be in good order. I was very careful with the whole process, so can't imagine that anything was damaged. But now, the sleep/wake button, the mute slider button and neither of the volume buttons ( + or - ) work. I am assuming that all these function via different cables and/or contact points...? What could be the issue here?

I think you're using a Lion developer version. Open  > About this Mac > More Info, and copy Software here. Did you purchase Lion in the App Store?

Stopped saving websites and passwords, none of the existing forums fix this problem (Firefox 8)

Firefox 8 (both laptop and desktop) have stopped asking and/or saving websites and passwords.
Forums refer to earlier versions but none of the solutions have made any difference. This is very frustrating as this is an important feature.

Before you go to the store, make an appointment with the resident "Genius." There is no charge. In the meantime...
If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are some standard repair procedures:
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, read this.

How to disable the touch pad on the HP 6730b laptop? None of the prev sugg have worked

An associate of mine is working on an HP 6730b and her wrist or sleeve keeps brushing against the touch pad, making the pointer jump around. Since she doesn't use it anyway, she wants to disable it, but none of the suggestions I've found have worked. There is no on/off button near it on this model; nor a Device Settings tab in the touch pad's Properties, so she can't go the simple route. When requesting assistance, please provide the complete product number of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes thousands of models of computers that are all different. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving your issue.
