Norton password manager does not work on 8. How do I return to a previous version?
when I updated to firefox 8, Norton password manager does not work. How can I return to a previous version. I am surprised that you introduced an update missing this.

You have to download and run the upgrader then launch iPhoto. Go to the utilities folder in Applications and launch the iPhoto upgrader. Then launch iPhoto and it will upgrade the library

I can't get my password manager working. It remembers passwords for websites but when I enter in a new password (because this had to be changed) or when I have a new username + PW that I wish to save, the password manager does not appear.
If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPhone by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad.
If you created a new account then you can log out of the old account and in with the new one as above, but any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can re-download its content and download updates to its apps. -
Switching browser using IE tab plus - the Norton Identity Safe does not work
Using Firefox 4.0.1 and Norton 360 5.1.0.29 - which has recently been "fixed" to work together (by Norton).
When using IE Tab Plus to switch rendering engines (Firefox to IE) the Norton Identity Safe does not work by not pre filling user names and passwords to sites that are registered in the Norton Safe and also for any new sites does not offer the option to add a new site to the Norton safe . . . . . is this a Norton or Firefox or IE Tab issue? And has anyone else had this problem?Symantec need to update their Firefox add-ons so that they are compatible with Firefox 4. I do not know about the time scale for updates for other Norton products. Pending the update by Symantec, if you want to use the Norton add-ons you will need to downgrade to Firefox 3.6.
To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

Just re-installed a fresh copy of CS6 Photoshop on my Yosemite Mac Book Pro and somehow the Adobe Application Manager does not work and therefore cannot verify my copy. What should I do?
I get a message saying that Adobe Application Manager may be damaged and that I should install a new version of AAM. But after downloading a fresh copy of AAM and doing the install, the program (AAM) still will not install. It is like an infinite loop!

I'm sorry but I am not on Creative Cloud. I'm still on CS6 and it was the Adobe Application Manager that wasn't working and I could not install the update to this application. My AAM version is: 8.0.0160
The link you provided was the update that I wanted to install but it does not work. A window shows up during that install that says:
We've encountered the following issues.
Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.
and then the link to the Adobe Support Advisor which leads to a "Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued" page.

Itunes is not working on my mac. I'm trying to redeem a gift card and everytime I enter my password it does not work. Also, when I try and browse songs, everything is blankIt's been a while but it should work on a Mac because Macs can read Windows formatted devices. Otherwise, you can perform a restore operation to return it to the Mac format. If you go to support.apple.com/manuals/ you can find a copy of the user manual for the model you have in which this is all explained.

My Norton Identity Safe does not work since installing FF4.0.1
After installing FF4.0.1 my Norton Identity Safe does not work. Also, I have been getting a few pop-up windows which my Norton would normally have blocked. Norton is not showing any issues. FF is set to block Pop ups.
Symantec have made an update for their add-ons to work in Firefox 4, but they only listed them as compatible with Firefox 4.0, they need to update them to let them work in Firefox 4.0.1. Password manager does not recognize windows password
My password manager does not recognize windows password and I get a 'verification failed' after I swipe my finger.
My finger print is recognized just fine, its the windows password that does not sync with the password manager since I had to change my windows password.
What do I do?

Have the program installed on only one computer.Download the Adobe Licensing Repair Tool.
Run the License Service Update.
Mac OS X 10.7 and above:
a. Double-click the LicenseRecovery111.dmg It will extract the folder. Open the folder.
b. Double-click your Hard Drive.
c. Double-click Applications.
d. Double-click Utilities.
e. Double-click Terminal.
f. Type sudo python
Note: There is a space following “python”. Do not press Return.
g. Drag LicenseRecover.py from the LicenseRecovery111 folder onto the Terminal Window and press Return.
It should look like this:
h. Enter your administrator user name and password when prompted and click OK.
(Note: the cursor will not move and you will not see stars or dots, just enter your password anyway.
i. Let the script run, it will tell you when it is finished. Quit terminal and restart Photoshop

FIX:
1. You need Time Machine
2. Go to folder /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/
3. Copy AppleCamera.plugin to good place (usb memory stick is the best place).
4. Go to Time machine in date that skype work fine.
5. Change AppleCamera.plugin with file from Time Machine
6. Restart system, Now skype need to work with camera.

The only way to clear off the passcode is to restore the device. You could always try the restore process on another computer that has iTunes just to get the iPod working again, then you could plug it back into your comptuer to sync all of his content back on the iPod.

Directory Naming with OFM 11g - Identity Management Does Not Work.
I tried to find document about how to setup/implement Directory Naming with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g- Identity Management, but without luck. We implement Directory Naming with IM 10.1.4.3 on Linux that is 32-bit only and doesn't coexist very well with OEM GC (64-bit). So we are very eager to try 64-bit of IM 11.1.1. Any information is highly appreciated. Thanks huge.

But Directory Naming does not work. Dbs client could not log into any dbs server through this 11g OID. Our 10.1.4 OID works fine.

I have a question regarding mail server administration and behavior On CF8 i was able to set my mail server to 127.0.0.1. When i did this, the mail would simply go to my undelivr folder since CF is actually not an SMTP server. I am trying to do the
