NoSuchMethodError when using EJB3

Question

Hi
I am using Servlets and EJB in my application with Hibernate as persistence Technique .
I am setting Data inside Hibernate POJO annotated class an sending it to EJB Layer to do persistence . This is my code .
My EJB Interface :
public interface HelloEjb
     public void printHello(Employee emp);
}*// My EJB Class*
public class HelloEjbBean implements HelloEjb
         public void printHello(Employee employee)
// After creation of sessionfactory
            Session session = sessionFactory.openSession();
           session.save(employee);
This is my servlet where i am setting Data and directly sending the POJO class to EJB
HelloEjb  ejbinstance = (HelloEjb)ctx.lookup("HelloEjb#ejb3.HelloEjb");// specific to weblogic container
               Employee emp = new Employee();
               emp.setId(new Long(10));
               emp.setName("SaiKiran");
                   ejbinstance .printHello(emp);I am getting this Exception
