Not a significant problem, but has anyone noticed iTunes opening itself, or suddenly playing when dormant?

Found the solution to the problem. Probably not the best fix, but it works.
I have upgraded to Snow Leopard, but I don't think it changes anything...
There is ONLY 1 WAY to configure the AX to make it work as we expect.
You must check the option "Create a new WiFi network", even if what seems natural is to check "Connect to an existing network".
Then, name your network, like for instance "MatFromParisse Network", select the security level you want and password.
If required, you select "Connection via Ethernet", EVEN IF NO ETHERNET PLUG connected.
IPv4 configuration: "Via DHCP".
This all look like you are going straight in the wall and doesn't seem natural...
Then on the computer you are using iTunes on, select the network you just created (like "MatFromParisse Network"), instead of your usual network.
AirTunes will play, but it seems you no more access the internet. When you want to surf the internet again, switch back to your normal WiFi network. It seems that it's not possible to listen to music and surf at the same time.
Not professional, but it works.
I have spent 50 hours in total to make this work, the equivalent of 5 working days. I sell my working days 2,000€/day, so I value my lost time to 10,000€ to make this stupid thing work. I wish not to thank Apple for the complete lack of support (hotline doesn't even know what means error -6710).

I've read some of the common problems, but has anyone had this?
The day I bought it, the "home" key was hard to press. I put it down to it being fresh out the factory and therefore assumed it'd loosen up a bit. It then became inconsistant with when it would or wouldn't work and how hard I'd have to press it to work. It now doesn't work at all. I have to switch my phone off and back on again to change applications.
Another thing, and definitely, the most important basic feature of this phone...is that I can't hear anything during calls. Whether I make them, or receive them...even to voicemail, I can't hear anything. I've been told by people at the other end that they can't hear anything either. It's off silent, full volume, at least 3 bars of signal - have gone through the settings several times to no avail. Have updated the software just in case it was a software issue.
I've looked after it - never dropped it, no water damage (and have checked the indicators just in case the humidity of Texas got to them), it has a snap on case that covers the back and sides of the phone (ifrogz).
Am bringing it to Apple tomorrow and not leaving until I'm certain that the next one works for sure! Wish me luck in finding one that works! There seems to be SO many problems with these.Did you remove the protective plastic film off of the front of the iPhone? Just asking...because sometimes people do leave it on, and that would be the cause of some of your problems if that plastic protective film is still on.

Adobe is great software but has anyone else noticed that Corel has a better line drawing tool? I end up doing all my line drawing in Corel because it is so simple and then importing it into adobe. You would think, with all these updates that they are constantly doing Adobe would think to simplify it's pen tool. I'm talking about the pen tool in illustrator. Don't even get me started on the bloody rubbish pen tool they've got in photoshop. It makes deep etching something properly a really agonising task.
I'm not sure that I followed everything, but you got a replacement phone and continue to experience problems? It sounds like a logical move would be to have AT&T replace your SIM card. I would doubt that the size/fit is an issue, these things are a standard size, but replacing the SIM will have an impact on the network set-up that might be the root cause.

It sounds like you are constantly needing to restore your phone because it keeps going into recovery mode. Usually putting a device into recovery mode and restoring it can help isolate an issue to your iPhone hardware if an issue persists afterwards. I would try manually putting it into recovery mode and restoring it 1 more time:

If that does not resolve it the symptoms indicate to me that it is a hardware issue causing this to happen and would seek service for it:

I just update to iOS 7 on my iPhone 4s. The calendars on my iPhone are not keeping the information on the days that should be marked. The info is there in my iCloud on my computer, just not on my phone. Has anyone else had the same problem and what can I do about it? Is it at bug in the iOS 7 update?
What do you mean by "on the days that should be marked"? Are you calendar events displayed on the wrong days?

When I phone people can hear me without any problem, but I hear very very bad. The sounds is metallic and it is very difficult to understand. Have anyone idea of what is it about. I guess is not a software problem but I am not an expert. Thanks in advance
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

Glitchs like that sometimes happen
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If sit still reocurrs a lot, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

No, it's not. Tap an hold on the message you want to forward. Tap on "More" in the pop up box. Tap on the foward arrow in the lower right. Edit as neccessary.

Oh no, Robinbird18! This is not what we like to hear about your cell phone. It makes it pretty hard to have a conversation with someone when you can't hear them. If you make a phone call out are you able to have a conversation with someone without any issues? How long has this been going on? Has anyone noticed 9 Horizontal black lines in Nikon V3 NEF files in the shadows?
Has anyone noticed horizontal black lines in Nikon V3 NEF files, as shown in the image. I have opened the image in Aperture and there are no lines, also tried 2 different computers.
The lines are there in the raw data, and not something Adobe is doing.
Here is a screenshot of the central area in RAWDigger raw-analysis software, with things set to stretch the channels much as a high-ISO image would have:
What I can't tell from the images is if these lines are in optical path, like streaks on the sensor, or if they are added by the process that reads the raw data--read pattern noise. It is possible that Aperture would have access to "dust delete data" if such a capability exists for the camera and is interpolating around the artifacts or if there is some other reason Nikon software doesn't show them. I don't know. You may be able to find information online but rest assured it is a camera issue and not an Adobe issue unless you're asking why Adobe software isn't fixing the problems automatically like Aperture must be doing, and I would guess Adobe doesn't have any way to fix sensor anomalies that aren't more than 1 pixel in size--single hot or dead pixels.
Unless Nikon can replace or service the camera to remove such things, I don't know what else to suggest. -

How many photos do you have in your iPhoto library? As your library grows, it will take more time to load when the app launches.Personally, I have not noticed any slowdown.
And my question was meant to find out whether you import process had gotten slower than...a year ago, a month ago, compared to other photo apps? Running Mountain Lion..since you upgraded? In the end..what? Hence, I asked.

Correction - I HAVE reported the fault to Apple and to my network provider who have informed me that they have received numerous complaints from their customers and are sending out replacements to them and to me. As I hadn't stated what steps I had taken in my original post you shouldn't be so fast to assume what I have or have not done.
