Not a trial version its the full version

Hope someone can help me , I down loaded the trial version of Elements 12 then within the 30 days time I bought the full version then I deleted my trial and installed the full version I registered the software on line but when I run Elements 12 full version I get a pop up telling me that my software will expire in 30 days can some one tell me what is going on here

Hi Brian,
Do you get the option to “licence this product” or “I have a serial; number”
If so enter your 24 digit code commencing 1057 then activate using your Adobe ID (email & password)
You should only need to do this once.

This is not a trial version. This is paid for by my company. EDMC AIO All I want is the new vesrions of Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 and I get these folders full of gibberish I cannot even begin to decipher and I cannot even begin to figure out how to get them out and on my computer. When all I want and need are the latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop. I need somewone to talk to who can tell me how to get the latest versions of Illustrator and Photshop CS6. Is this how Adobe treats paying customers? No one to talk to, no one to help them.

Can not access trial version of indesign cs5

hello everyone.
i currently own a version of indesign cs3, and downloaded the cs5 trial version...
when i install, it asks "would you like to install as trial?"
i say "yes"
it then installs, but when I try to launch, its picking up some serial number somewhere and telling me that i need to deactivate the products on other machines before i can proceed.
i own photoshop cs5,   and dreamweaver from that same suite,, but thats it..
how can i activate my trial of indesign CS5? i tried a complete uninstall and reinstall.. but it keeps picking up that phantom serial number that i dont recognize.
very frustrating..
btw, i am mac...   intell   os 10.65

so i did a complete uninstall again from the application manager,   downloaded the correct trial version from the adobe site, and did a complete reinstall,
and i keep getting the same message when i try to launch. its seeing some serial number that i dont own.... and does not give me the option to run as a trial..
super frustrating,   i run a photoshop retouching company and own 20 or so photoshops,, and i just need this stupid indesign for an FPO.....
i have a thousand versions of indesign cs3.. but dont want to pop for the new version over one job....

i guess i am going to have to call the client and ask them to resave as a pdf or something..sort of embarrassing..

Codecs not installed; trial version

After having 64 bit Win OS installed: When my students open Premiere Pro they get the error message, "Additional codecs that are not included in the trial version of Premiere Pro must be installed."
After exiting this dialog box I get the message, "Installation was unsuccessful. Restarting Premiere will trigger the codec installer again. Contact Adobe Technical Support if this problem persists."
I installed Adobe CS4 Master Collection from a disc, put in the license code info, and registered the software so don't know why it is saying I have the trial version.
Any suggestions?

Oops, I must have gotten the idea that you did have the trial version from the title of the post.
Now, if you have the full-paid version, and have upgraded to only find that you now have nothing MPEG, then the "revert to trial" Bug has bitten. This happened with some regularity in CS4, but has just surfaced with the last update, or so, in CS5.
Look to see if you have Project Presets for MPEG, or look in the Export Presets. If the MPEG Presets are now gone, you have been bitten.
The sequence of actions would be:
Deactivate, if possible
Uninstall PrPro
Download and run Adobe Clean Script CS5 (regardless of whether you have CS4, or CS5) several times, rebooting between each run
Install PrPro
Immediately update PrPro, prior to even launching it
That fixes the Bug.

If you will download the trial, then you will only get Captivate 6.0.1.240
Captivate 6.1.0.319 is only available for subscription (monthly and annual) users and ASA (Adobe Software Assurance) users.
Once you will purchase the subscription or Full version with ASA, then you can update Captivate 6.0.1.240 to 6.1.0.319

License Key not registering - trial version notification reoccurs

Hi Everyone,
I've installed Xcelsius 2008 and I've entered a valid keycode in the trial version notification. It accepts the keycode, but everytime I start Xcelsius again it has the same prompt.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I've tried.
Completely uninstalled all Business Objects software (removed orphan files/folders and cleaned registry of all Business Objects entries)
Tried using the license manager within Xcelsius to register the license key
As you can imagine it is pretty frustrating having to enter the keycode everytime i start Xcelsius.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you go to Registry under->Hkey-Local Machine->Software->suite12.0->Xcelsius and check if the keycode string is present there and has the same keycode which you enter?

How can I get my trial to last the full 30 days?

I downloaded the iWork 08 trial on August 10th, 2007 and today, August 24th, I tried to use it, but iWork says, "Your 30-day trial is over."
I love it, so I went to order it online, but I would like the family pack, which is not available for download, and I would like to use iWork while I wait.
Is there anything that I can do to get the trial to run its full 30-day course while I wait for my family pack?

iWork writes some preference files in your "/Library/Preferences" folder on Your Startup Disk and in the "~/Library/Preferences" folder in Your user folder. If you delete the preference files (look for files which begin with "com. apple.iwork...") the applications should work again.

Good credit card not accepted even tho its the one i've always used

I recently tried to download a free app via my iPhone. After entering ID and password, I had to verify billing. I entered the same card info I have always used, but was told iTunes would not accept it. I thought perhaps they were no longer taking AmExp. So I entered my Visa number. I was told that my security number had the wrong number of digits, which was wrong. I tried checking with Apple Care, but all I got so far was to make sure all info was exactly as it is with my crds billing info. It is. I am still waiting after 4 days of letting Apple Care know. During that time I tried to buy a song from my computer from the iTunes Store. Same problem. How do I go about getting my store "privileges" back?
I should add that I had to replace my iPhone a few weeks ago. After that I went thru a period where I kept having to redo my password. Not sure if the issues are related.

The credit card needs to have been issued by a bank in the country where you are - so if you are in Hong Kong then you can only use a credit card that was issued by a Hong Kong bank and which is registered to your Hong Kong address. Why it is like that I'm not sure.
As far as I know gift cards aren't available in Hong Kong, and as they are country-specific you won't be able to use cards from other countries.

Where do I download a trial version of Lightrom 6 (not the CC version, but LR6)?

Where do I download a trial version of Lightroom 6?
I have found where to download and start a CC trial, but for security reasons, that isn't going to happen. Before I recommend to LR6 to the companies I advise I want to be able to test LR6 (especially after the LR4 and LR5 initial release fiascos).
If there is not a trial version of Lightroom 6, what is the refund policy?
I'd be willing to upgrade one of our licenses, but if we discover problems (like when we installed LR4 and LR5) we will want a full refund as we will be abandoning Adobe products completely at that point.

My guess is the 30-day trial period has expired but you didn't remove the trial before installing the full version. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.
