Not able to accept invite to creative cloud

I am a student at the Centre For Distance Education (Graphic Design) and I have been provided with an invitation to join the creative cloud, as it is included in the course.
I plan on completing my education while at work, as it is for my current job and we have a subscription to the creative cloud which only includes service for two of our computers, which I will not have access to.
When I hit "accept" on the invitation sent by the school, it brings me to a login page which requires a password.  I need to be able to accept the invitation and setup my own account, because as I mentioned, I cannot use the work account.
My name is Jolene Dwyer and my place of work is Fast Signs Victoria - I believe the account is under Ron Ballard, the owner's name.
We share the business email, so it probably has to do with that.
Please help!  I need to be able to accept my own account!

Firstly i think what you need to do is to tell Ron about the  misplaced account  and see if you get any luck with that.
If that does not work contact the administrator from  your place of education and see if they know what to do.

  • C7 Mail for exchange not able to accept invitation...

    I am not able to accept invitations via mail for exchange.
    I see the icons in the incoming emails that it is a invitation but I am not able to accept it.
    I can answer the email but not like on my 61i or N97 that I a accept/deny may emails.
    In the product description the functionality is available but he button does not show up.

    Thank you for looking at this forum. I will answer you question below, please let me give you the full picture first.
    I am a business user and need the MfE urgently and so far I refused to buy a Apple or Google phone (data leaks). Based on Nokia's long experience, I don't understand is why the status of the MfE is so poor. Let me give you some examples:
    1) Security Password
    After activating MfE I was forced to set security password, including a letter. I thought it is a company rule, but IT department told me they are not requesting this. My colleague is using iPhone, he is not forced to use a letter.
    2) Meeting Invitations can't be responded
    I have seen you response and I am looking forward to see the next release very soon(?).
    3) Hook-off
    When the phone is locked by security password (default) and I receive a call I can't access telephony application, e.b. to mute the microphone or to turn on the speakers. I need to enter security password first which is painful.
    Here is my wish list for enhacements:
    a) Longer standby time. It seems that the phone is consuming a lot of energy in idle mode. I switched off all features, no screen saver, black screen, lowest screen brightness, GPRS only, manual sync only .... and max 3 days between recharging. Maybe not a MfE issue.
    b) Simple switch for scheduled/manuel mode (due to a) - maybe via profiles? I think the profile concept has good potential.
    c) Top level access to synchronisation command. Due to a) I use manual sync and it would improve usability to have direct access to the sync command. Today I need to open the Options menue and select Sync.Just as an idea, clicking 'Mail for Exchange' at the top could trigger sync.
    d) Configurable character size in Mail. In most cases the displayed number of characters of the Email subject does not allow me to understand it. If I could choose a smaller character size of the subject only, I would not need to open the email.

    your cc subscription is not linked to a computer.  it's linked to the adobe id used for your cc subscription.
    using any computer navigate to https://creative.adobe.com/, sign in with your adobe id and start your downloads.

  • Client cannot accept invitation to Creative Cloud

    Issue:
    An invitation was sent to a client on our Creative Cloud team.  When they open the invitation and click the link, they get a page cannot be displayed.  Products download and install, but are on a 30 day trial rather than our one year subscription
    Platform:
    Windows 7, 64 bit, Chrome and IE 11
    Client has local admin privledges
    Troubleshooting:
    Deleted and resent the invitation through https://creative.adobe.com/team/admin
    Ran Creative Cloud Cleaner on client's machine (several times, with reboots)
    Reinstalled CC app on client's machine as admin (right click -> run as admin)
    Removed all Adobe Products (Creative Cloud and CS6)
    Tried invitation on other machines where another client was able to accept the invitation and get the same result

  • I am not able to sign in to Creative Cloud.

    I get a message that I have signed out when I try to sign in to Creative Cloud.  I ran IMSLibReplacer.exe but that did not help. I am running Windows 64.

    Ok, I talked with Adobe Technical Support and here's what they told me, it works for me. FINALLY! Do it :
    1. AAM Updates Notifier, Adobe ARM, Creative Cloud, coresync, CEF Service Helper, CEPservicemanager, Creative Cloud helper, AdobeCrash Deamon
    2. End above process in Task Manger.
    3. Now open Run window by clicking on Windows key + R
    4. Type %localappdata% and click enter.
    5. Navigate to Adobe and OOBE folder.
    6. Please delete Opm file in OOBE folder.
    7. Launch CC desktop app and see if you can sign in.
    If you can't see the Apps, do this :
    1. Click on Gear icon at the top right of Internet Explorer browser. (even if don't use Internet Explorer as your browser)
    2. Select Internet Options.
    3. In the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings.
    4. Once you click on 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the Local area network settings box.
    5. In the LAN settings box, check the box 'Automatically detect settings'.
    6. Then "uncheck" all the other check boxes like 'Use automatic configuration script', 'Use a proxy server' , Bypass proxy server'
    Save it and then try to sign in CC desktop app.

  • Not able to "Accept" ical meetings

    I am having an issue with my ical not sending meeting responses, to accept or decline after clicking on the responce buttons in ical.
    Instead nothing happens, the person who sets the meeting gets no response.

    After a bit of stuffing around, I was able to accept invitations by setting up the email that the invitations where being sent to as a secondary email adress in my mac account you can log in here and set up a secondary email https://appleid.apple.com
    Note: this may not allow you to accept events posted in the past, only new events. so make sure you test by post events from another user.
    I have since setup  remote calendars, icloud calendars and google calendars and everthing appears to be working as expected.

    You will not receive any feedback from them, but they do read the submissions and act upon them. It can take a while, and more than one iTunes update before the issue is resolved.

    I don't think there is any upgrade that you can purchase for CS2.  If you need to reinstall CS2 then see the following...
