Not able to acess BIOS setting in G580

I have a G580 Model Lenovo Laptop. I wanted to Dual-Boot it with Linux/Ubuntu. I have learnt that it is not possible due to UEFI Mode in BIOS. I Searched it everwhere, and every solution sums up to changing UEFI to Legacy Mode in Boot Menu. Thing is I cant get to BIOS menu. I Tried every method But failed. Tried clicking Fuctions Key while Startup and Trouble Setting->Advance Setting->Change UEFI Setting.But it just restart and opens up as usual. Can I get a Solution for this? This is really getting into my Nerve.

BIOS is a hardware and the corresponding issue is not related to Windows, as Rick Dee says. Therefore, note that you can't delete BIOS settings or anything through Windows. Also, if there is any issue with the BIOS, the PC will not work and so Windows won't
be working.
And so, I guess, you've deleted the correct partition only as Windows works good.
Regarding the BIOS issue, you can try resetting the BIOS. In the case of desktop, there is a jumper on the motherboard that can be removed/changed to reset BIOS. Another option (more suitable in laptop, also works in desktop) is that turn off the PC, disconnect
the power and remove CMOS battery, wait for a minute or two and then insert the battery back, turn on the power and the PC and then check.
Note: Removing CMOS battery requires removal of the casing. Refer the laptop user manual on replacing CMOS battery or contact Acer support for assistance.

Not able to acess forms server

I installed the Weblogic server 10.3 & froms & reports 11g sucessfully,
I able to run http://Forms11g:7001/console & http://Forms11g:8888/forms/formservlet
after restarting i am not able to start any of them so i do the following things

It quite simple.
It is missing with weblogic.jar with in classpath.
Try to set weblogic.jar with in pre-classpath in setdomainEnv.sh file and restart the server
You will find the weblogic.jar with in %WLS_Home% / server / lib

Not able to update bios.

My product number is showing up as "Product Number: PPPPPPP-CCC#MMMMMMMM" so when I try to update bios it states that it is not applicable. HP auto detect is also not able to identify my PC. I have a HP A6750F Vista 64. Any help on how to fix this or atleast be able to update bios? Thanks for any help.

I had exactly the same problem with the new BIOS flash and couldn't seem to install it either. A 'Google' search threw up these forums and I noticed the issue seemed to be fairly recent.
So I did what the others suggested - downloaded the BIOS update 'exe' file and restarted my S10-3c and it failed to run!
Spoiler (Highlight to read)
Then I downloaded the same file and (erroneously I must add) I saved into the same folder as the earlier BIOS update file, which had similar problems.
I didn't restart, just double clicked on the 'exe' file and voila! It WORKS!!!!
The solution is to download the earlier "amifldrv32.sys" file, and follow the same instructions. The instructions are:
1) Download the "amifldrv32.sys" file (a quick Google search will help you locate the file)
2) Save the file into a specially named folder (ex. BIOS Flash)
3) Download the BIOS update 'exe' file from the lenovo site and save it in the same folder as the "amifldrv32.sys" file.
4) Follow the appropriate instructions on the download site to prep your machine for a BIOS flash
5) Double click the 'exe' file and wait a moment or two - you'll see the utility pop up and begin its work
6) On the restart, press the F2 key and you'll be able to see the new BIOS version / or restart and log in as normal and run the "msinfo32" command in the 'Run' box and check the system summary/BIOS version

As per the query we understood that you are unable to boot the system in your Lenovo U410 laptop.
Remove the hard drive and try to boot the system into BIOS and check if any error occurs? Also insert the hard drive and check what happens after installing the HDD.

We have done SOA 10G installation on VM ware machine which was configured on a windows box. After installation we are able to access the BPEL/ESB/EM consoles directly from the server where the installation is done but not able to access the same from our local machine.

How do you try to access console? what url do you use?
From what components you want to check the ports asigned? Only Oc4j's, webcache, http_server and oid should show something here.
Did you check the file $OH/install/portlist.ini and opmn.xml, rmi.xml?

Hello Sabrina,
The reason why data is not coming for 2LIS_03_UM could be that there is no stock revaluation in your system. As we know that this datasource contains data from valuated revaluations in Financial accounting.
If you are trying to upload data from a test system, chances are that stock revaluation is not there.

Not able to acess BW Queries in Visual Composer

I created a new system in portal slecting "sap system using dedicated application server" and filled up all the required details and gave the system type as "SAP_BW".created a System Aliases and did the user mapping.
But In Visual Composer after selecting "Find Data" and selecting the System,when i am looking for a Querry it is giving error as
"Error-30014 Search Returned an error cannot retrieve BEx open dialog:null".
So please suggest me what should i do to connect to
SAP-BW in visual composer.

Hi Everyone,
I downloaded Oracle Integration pack for eclipse by clicking at "Download additional server adapters". I am not able to set Weblogic Runtime on eclipse while adding new weblogic server.
I am trying to give following values:
Name :Oracle WebLogic Server 10gR3 (2)
Weblogic home :C:\bea\wlserver_10.3
Java home: C:\bea\jrockit_160_05
Below it I am getting "No applicable extension found" and finish button is greyed out.
Please help in telling what is wrong. Never faced such an issue.
