Not able to add more content in a topic

Hi,
I am working on a project in RoboHelp7. The final output that I will be giving are seperate html files.
The problem that I am facing is, even if the helpbody height is set to auto, I am not able to see that content I add into a topic after a certain length.
However, the content that I've added can be seen if I open the html file of that topic.
Please help!!

Not able to add more than one gift for the GWP promotion.

Hi,
I have created a GWP promotion. This promotion is adding gift after adding corresponding product to cart. But, when I try to add the product second time, it's not adding the gift. I am using ATG 10.1.1 with CRS. In ATG merchandising guide, it is mentioned as GWP promotion will add gift only once.
How can we add gift second time?

The GWP templates create a "when" type of promotion, which means the rule is applied once. That matches the behavior you're seeing. If you want the rule to be applied more than once, you need a "for next" type of promotion. You've got two basic choices for how to do that.
If you've got one GWP promotion for which you want the "for next" behavior, you can create the promotion using the Advanced Condition and Offer option in the UI.
If you anticipate creating many "for next" GWP promotions, then it would probably be worthwhile to create one or more new templates. You can start with a copy of an existing GWP template and change the pmdlrule property. To see the effect of "for next' on a pmdl rule, either create an Advanced promotion or look at one of the non-GWP templates that get applied more than one, such as bogo. Details about creating your own templates appear in the "Adding New Promotions Templates" section of the "Understanding Promotions" chapter in the Commerce Programming Guide.
Before you put "for next" style GWP promotions into production, please be aware that some bugs have been discovered related to the manual addition and removal of gift items. A hot fix is available from Oracle Support.

Hi Sri,
it looks that your HANA instance has been created before we enabled the web-based development workbench. Some privileges are missing, we can't migration those existing instances.
Nevertheless you can ignore the error above. You can see all the content inside your instance "smstest1".
If you want to get rid of the cosmetic issue. You might delete this instance and create a new one.

Not able to add outgoing payment for vendor

Hi to all Experts,
I am facing problem i.e I am not able to add outgoing payment for Vendor. I have tried to multipul time using different users also. I have booked purchase first and then tried to make payment to the vendor.Docdate is 14th Jul 08, and docdue date is 18th Aug. 08.
I have made two entries for outgoing payment using G/L A/c. option before trying to do this entry successfully.
Can any body plz help me to resolve this issue.

The scenario seems to be similar to the one described in Note 1027043.
Here is the text from the Note:
"You are trying to add the an Outgoing Payment for an A/P Invoice or A/P Credit Memo using Checks as Payment Means. However, after pressing the 'Add' button, the payment is not added and the system does not send an error message."
This issue occurs when the Vendor Ref. No. field in the A/P invoice or the A/P credit memo has more than 39 characters.
It is an application error that is fixed in PL26, 2005B (Note 1073858). Kindly upgrade to the latest patch. If not possible at the moment, you can use the workaround provided in the Note.

Completed till 5.3 - Task 2 (Add a User in the Oracle B2B Interface)
And the Next thing,
I am not able to Add Select Supported Document Types.When I click on the "Add supported document type for the selected user", i can see "CUSTOM", "EDI_EDIFACT" etc... but in that screen my "Add" Button was disabled.
Please let me know how to proceed with this.

9.3.1- Not able to see more than 1 errors in application.log file

In 9.3.1. version, I am not able to see more than 1 errors in application.log file during dataload without rules files.
If anybody has faced this solution, pls let me know the cause.

Hey Jazz,
in the first row add a rule file with no load file change the path to what you want. then insert a new row add your load file here. it should have the path from the previous row in the error file. Then delete the first row and run. I had to do this for a level zero load and was the only thing I could figure out so far

Not able to select more than two values

Based on picklist.fmb, I created a list item in a form.
I am able select many values using SHIFT but I am not able to pick more than two values using CTRL key.
Anything I did mistake or picklist won't support picking more than two values using CTRL?
Also I am not able to get the scroll bar attaching to this list item.
Please advise.

data: lv_line type i.
DESCRIBE TABLE gt_table LINES lv_line.
table_control-lines = lv_line + 1.
or else
You can do two thing in table control properties check horizontal and vertical scroll options plus in PBO you can based on number of lines in internal table assign it to TC_ABC-LINES if no lines are there then add by default 20..10.. any number of lines as you want.

Not able to add video podcast to ipod

i am having a couple of issues with my 5th gen ipod......first one is my computer is not recognizing my ipod and two i'm now not able to add videos from another computer that does recognize my ipod. can anyone give me some help.

After upgrade of EHP1 SP6 to our ECC 6.0 system our developers can create a Transport request but not able to add the request for new tasks in its previous request created.He can create a new request but not able to add the tasks in his previous request.Please suggest.

Is it happening with a particular transport or is it more than 1?...
I havent heard of this sort of side-effect so maybe you should open an OSS message.

Not able to add rss to my mac mail

i m not able to add rss to my mac mail after i deleted my rss folder in my mac mail

I have a similar problem. I had about 7 RSS feeds in Mail. Two of them stopped working/updating but when I tried to delete them (in Mail) I found I could not. They just stayed put and remained unresponsive. Then I found (1) I could not delete any of the feeds, even the ones that were still working and (2) I could not add any new RSS feeds to Mail.
I then went to my Library/Mail folder and manually deleted the contents of the RSS folder, without deleting the RSS folder itself. This caused the RSS feeds to disappear from Mail, along with the RSS header in the left menu bar.
BUT I STILL CANNOT ADD NEW RSS FEEDS TO MAIL! When I click on an RSS tab in a website, it goes through all the right motions but then, nothing. The RSS feed does not show up in Mail and there is no error message.
I/we need help please.

can issue the bellow queris to drop those group which i dont think so it will exist?
