Not able to close asset fiscal yearar

Hi,
Not able to close fiscal year in asset accounting for multiple company codes.
In OAAQ asset closed year is 2010 at company code level but in OAAR for depreciation areas there are different closed fiscal years for the same company code.
For depreciation areas 01 & 15 asset closed year is 2010 (matches with OAAQ) but for other depreciation areas 12, 16, 20, 31, 40 closed fiscal year is 2012.
I am unable to change fiscal year to 2011 for depreciation areas 12, 16, 20, 30, 31 & 40 and unable to close fiscal year 2011 via AJAB.
Do we have to update table T093B to change closed fiscal year for each depreciation area manually or any sap note available for the same.
Regards,
Durgasankar

Hi All,
Thanks for your valuable inputs.
1) When i am executing AFAB i am getting error that fiscal year 2011 to be close first.
2) When i am executing AJAB for fiscal year 2011 i am getting error that 2011 already closed for depreciation area 15 whereas for depreciation area 01 closed fiscal year is  2010.
I have applied the corrections of note 646691 and issue got solved.

  • Not able to close the Org Period

    Hi,
We recently upgrated from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3, and we are not able to close the org due to error in tables WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE and WSM_LOT_SPLIT_MERGES_INTERFACE. The records are getting reflected as 'Pending WSM interface' - Resolution Required.
These records are back dated, with year as 2007/2009 and for some Jul'11, for which period has been closed except Jul'11 which is - 'Closed not Summarized'.

    Hi,
Please check the charecterstic of Book Area 01 in customization. If net book value has been maintained as negative, then you have to run depreciation to make it negative.
If depreciation for all asset has not been run a particular fiscal year then you cannot close the fiscal year.
Please check wheather depreciation for all additional assets has been run or not.
    Hope you have understood.

  • Not able to edit assets in Illustrator/Photoshop and save over existing assets in Edge animation

Not able to edit assets in Illustrator/Photoshop and save over existing assets in Edge animation to update image changes. Has Adobe changed this capability with new releases? Does this mean to update an asset on the Edge animation timeline, you have to copy and paste all the animations of that old asset over to the new imported asset?

    Hi, CamShazam-
You should be able to save over existing assets in the images/ folder, then close and reopen the file.  The other option is to save your assets and then use the swap image option in the properties panel.  Is this what you're talking about?  Thanks,

  • I am not able to close Microsoft Database Daemon or SyncServicesAgent applications to install Office 2011 14.4.1 update.  Could you assist me?  Thanks in advance

I am not able to close Microsoft Database Daemon or SyncServicesAgent applications to install Office 2011 14.4.1 update.  Could you assist me?  Thanks in advance

The updater should close those processes for you - it didn't used to do so but should now.
If it won't quit the processes for you, open Activity Monitor (Applications>Library folder), search for the processes and quit them. You should be able to install the update now.
I just find it odd that the updater isn't quitting the processes on its own..

I'm using firefox from past 5 years. Can u fix it as i temporary moved to chrome.

hello, i'm not sure what filefox is - can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...

  • Not able to capitalize asset

    Dear all,
My user is not able to capitalize an asset and getting the error AW605.
Through my understanding I got to understand that I need to clear the down payments first.  So I asked the user to use T code AB01 and clear the down payment. The user did so. But still he is getting the same error when he is trying to capitalise the asset.
Now, I would like to know whether clearing the down payment using transaction AB01 with transaction type 0181 was correct.
Secondly, how to resolve this issue and come over the error AW605.
looking forward to your earliest response.
    Regards,
    Sudish

    Hi Sudish,
You can give the Vendor account along with the documentdate/postingdate/companycode/currency and then select the option process down payments. It will list the down payments for the vendor, from that choose the document belonging to this asset and execute it.
I guess you can get the vendor account number either from your PO.

  • Why am I not able to close an apple ID or consolidate them together?

It becomes extremely confusing when you have more than one apple ID. When I am purchasing a new app or upgrading them, I want to pick the apple ID that I want to download the new app either.
The option to completely close an apple ID is unavailable too, so if you sign up there is no way out.
Surely in the year 2011 we should be able to identify the confusion all of these can cause and offer a remedy....
Either allow the users to consolidate Apple ID or simply let them close it. I don't understand why we can't....

    Here is the situation.
I have one email address which I regularly use for everything and another email address that I dont regularly use, lets call them Email A and Email B respectively.
When I bought my iphone 3G, I decided to use email B to create an account without putting my credit card details (it is actually possible) and that way my information wont be compromised and also email B was dedicated purely to itune.
Now that I have bought my Iphone 4 I decided to edit the original account on itunes and use email A to receive everything in the email address that I check every day. But as soon as I tried editing my current account and putting email A in the place of email B, it said Email A has an apple ID attached to it and cannot be used as a replacement.
Ideally I would have wanted to get rid of the apple ID that is associated to email A and use that email in my current itune account as a replacement for email B. But that is not possible, neither is consolidating the two of them.
Now I have created a separate Itune account using email A with all the credit card details etc, however because 100% of the apps on my iphone have been downloaded with the other account, every time I connect Iphone4 and try to log onto itunes using email A, itune crashes completely.
Also every time I try to download an app on my iphone it does not allow me to "pick" what account I want them downloaded under. It picks it for you.
Something simple like this should be child play to avoid all the hassles.

  • Not able to close project:

While closing a level 1 WBS,  we are getting error message "Incoming order value not settled in full"
However for this project, All WBS below level-1 are closed and for level 1 WBS, no operative indicator is selected.
Not billing/ Planning or account assigned.
Also there is no order attached to this WBS element as wbs element is not a billing element.
Strange thing is now billing element indicator is gryed out.
So we could even not carryout CJA2/ KKA2 as this is not a billing element.
Also we could not reverse CJA2 as system gives error that WBS is non billing element. and we could not set it as it is gryed out,
    CJI3 shows balance zero.
Also WBS  settlement parameter we could not bring in edit mode so that we could change those.
Please assist how we could remove this error and close the WBS.
    regards, madhu

    Hi Madhu,
Try CJEN. It may solve the issue.

  • Not able to Close PO or Mark deleted

    Hi All,
I have to close a PO but system doesnt allow to close it or mark the line Item as Deleted. The reason for the error is IR value is more than GR value. We dont have GR based IV.
How can I close the PO.
    Thanks
    Nsandeep

    Hi,
If there is difference in GR/IR it will not allow to delete the PO if IR is pending or More IR.
You can do post the difference in GR/IR.Using MR11 then it will be balance between GR/IR.
Once tis equal then you can delete the PO. by selecting the line item and set deletion button.

  • Not able to close the lid of laptop without it going to sleep

I have a 3000 V100 when I am use the external monitor connected to the port replicator when I close the lid the laptop will go to sleep.  I have changed the setting for it not to go to sleep and it holds until I log out and log back in it changes them back.  In fact I have checked if you change them click on apply and then OK and then check them again they have already change back.
I was told by support to upgrade the BIOS, Power Drive and Power management which have been done.  I was then told this is the way it works unless you use your image.  That does not make any sense.  If you have a laptop an it is connected to Port replicator with a external monitor then why would you need the laptop cover open.
Is there a solution for this problem, if so what is it

  • I am not able to close the popup screen which i created using module pool

    Hi,
I had written the following code in my PBO of the screen
    PROCESS BEFORE OUTPUT.
    MODULE status_0300.
      MODULE call_list_0300.
    PROCESS AFTER INPUT.
      MODULE exit AT EXIT-COMMAND.
    MODULE USER_COMMAND_0300.
    *&      Module  call_list_300 OUTPUT
    MODULE call_list_0300 OUTPUT.
LEAVE TO LIST-PROCESSING AND RETURN TO SCREEN 0.
      SET PF-STATUS '300'.
      SUPPRESS DIALOG.
      PERFORM get_document_text.
    ENDMODULE.
    *& FORM get_document_text.
    FORM get_document_text.
    ENDFORM
when i execute... since the screen is directed to list processing, when i click the close button the popup window is not getting closed
what should i do to close the list processing screen

If your screen is popup screen than your PF-Status must be type of "Dialog Box".
Than you will get the buttons at the bottom part of your pop-up which will allow you to interact with your PAI.
