Not able to connect to express AND computer
Running newest everything (itunes and express firmware). I have the express hooked up to speakers in another room. Both my PC and my Mac are connected to a linksys wrt54g (although even when i use the ibook's wireless connection to connect the same thing happens). When i select "multiple speakers" and check both my PC and my express, i get this error message "An error occured while connecting to the remote speaker ''. An unknown error occurred (-3256)". This message happens from both my mac and my pc. Now, if I JUST connect to the express I have absolutely no problems, it's just when i try to use the new "multiple speakers" function.
FYI, I have the express running in WDS mode, which i need for my network setup.
I hate doing this, but I really hope someone has any ideas on how I could fix this.

Check out the articles below to troubleshoot issues with connecting to Wi-Fi. Start with creating a new Network Location and then search for a Wi-Fi network and if that does not work, then go through second article to troubleshoot the issue further.

I think we need bit more information regarding this issue.
You've said machines are not able to connect to Internet and Domain. Two different things are you not able to log on to the domain with your domain user accounts.
Are the Domain Controllers are up and running or have you checked if your switchs are working properly.

I m using itunes 10.5This usually indicates you really have a 2nd gen unit. Check the model number on the back. A1288 is 2nd gen. A1318 is 3rd gen.

No it doesn't. Sometimes it make a sound that it should when connecting but that is it. Never actually charges or syncs. And it is a brand new cord.

AirPort Express Not Able to Connect Wirelessly
Hardware is iMac 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. Mac OS 10.6.8
Connected to Internet via Motorola Surfboard SBG6580 Modem / Router, so I connect by wireless through the modem.
I followed the installation instructions to install AirPort Express to play music on my home stereo. I connected the Airport Express to the receiver by the tape port. I was not able to install AirpPort Express via wireless mode, so I connected the iMac to the AirPort Express by CAT-5 hard wire cord. The installation was successful and the AirpPort Express obtained an AP address. I was then able to play music from iTunes pm the iMac through the stereo speakers...as long as the AirPort Express was connected by hard wire to the iMac.
When I remove the CAT-5 cord from the AirPort Express, the AirPort Express retains the green light, but it is not able to receive data from the iMac. To the contrary, the AirPort Utility is not able to find any AirPort wireless devices unless the AirPort Express is connected via the hard wire CAT-5 cord.
As an experiment, I then connected the AirPort Express to the cable modem / router via the hard wire CAT-5 cord. The AirPort utility on the iMac was still not able to find any AirPort wireless devices. Further, the model then assigned a different AP address to the iMac so that it was not able to connect to the Internet..
Meanwhile, the AirPort Express still retains the green light, indicating the installation was a success and that it is ready to transmit.
Any advice to resolve this issue would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.I suggest that you start by performing a "factory default" reset on the 802.11n AirPort Express Base Station (AXn) to get it back to its "out-of-the-box" configuration. By default, the AXn will broadcast an unsecured wireless network with a Network Name of something like: Apple Network NNNNNN
After the reset has completed, plug the AXn into power, and then, verify from the iMac that this network shows up in the list of networks under the AirPort icon in the OS X menu bar. Does it?
If so, then from the AirPort icon, switch your iMac to connect to the AXn's wireless network. Note: You will temporarily lose the Internet connection from your Motorola router. Then, run the AirPort Utility. The Utility should now find the AXn. If not, use the Utility's "Configure Other" option under the File menu option in the Utility's menu bar. Enter 10.0.1.1 for the Address and "public" for the Password.

Wireless Mode: Join a wireless network
Network Name: <existing Motorola's wireless network>
Wireless Security: <select the encryption type of the existing wireless network>
Wireless Password: <enter the existing wireless network password>

iTunes Speaker Name: <enter desired speaker name>

Just hooked up new apple tv for first time. able to connect to internet (netflix, youtube) but not able to connect to my itunes account via home sharing. apple tv tells me to make sure computer's itunes has home-sharing enabled, which it does. any advice?
Have done both suggestions, still not working. Could it have somehting to do with my local network? I am using a wireless Internet provided by my apartment building so not sure if apple tv and my computer are not technically on the same "local network?"

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

I am not able to restore neither from iTunes nor from iCloud. The proble with iTunes is it says that the backup is corrupted or incompatible. And I am not able to connect to iCloud for restoring. I have IOS 7.0.4 when I have taken the backup.
