Not able to delet the order

I am not able to delet maintenance order. I have the following error message when I try to. What should I do? Thanks.
Balance of ORD 1000006902 is not zero
Message no. KO115
Diagnosis
The balance on object ORD 1000006902 is not zero. That is, there are still costs on the object.
System Response
The object cannot be closed and the deletion flag must not be set.
Procedure
Settle the object before you close it or set the deletion flag.
I have tried to settle the order with transaction KO88 (single order settlement) . i am getting message
There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible.

i guess you have to repost the cost of the internal order to another internal order (probably of the header level) before you can delete the internal order.

Transport is in modifiable status, But i could not able to delet the object

I have created one development transport and one customizing transport(my colleague), now i want to delete the some objects which contain these change request. But i can not able to delete those objects even though change request is in modifiable status.

Not able to Delete the data from Memory card

Hi all,
I have bought a new nokia 3120 classic.it is working fine but recently i have received some data from my friend.
Then suddenly the problem begins like.. when i take a photo.. i am getting error like the image is not in the format and i am not able to save that.And also, the main problem is I am unable to delete the data from my memory card.
Every time after deleting i am getting the same data.
Why this happening..is it because of VIRUS?? If so how to delete the virus from my memory card??
When i contacted the nokia care people in bangalore they are saying that they can offer the service of formatting the memory card??
Except that my Phone is working fine..the problem is with Memory card!!!

you can actually format your memory card first see if you have such option on your phone to format directly from the phone if that is not possible you can always use a card reader and reformat your card using your pc. just understand that all data from that memory card will be lost unless you do a back up of it. if you do a back up and restore the data to the memory card after reformat you might get the same issue so be careful as to what you will decide to do with the data from the card. once you format your card it should all be good unless the card is corrupted itself which can also happen. but first try with the reformat and see if it works out for you.

Not able to create the order

my order type --or
item category group - norm
item category --tan
and i have two customers ...,, 10 and 11
, three materials ...m10, m11, m12.
when i try to create the order with the combination of 10 and m10 ,the system come up with error massage " No item category available (Table T184 OR 0001 CSEL TAN)"   ...
and i am able to create remaining all combination

if u have created ur own doc type without referring to std doc type then u have to carry out all customising related to doc type define/assign,item catg define/assign,sched lincat define/assign.in spro.
if u have created referring to sap std doc type with copy all data then system by default does all these .
In other words
Check if the combination of your sales order type and item category type exist.
In customizing you need to set up which item category types can be linked to the sales order types.

Not able to delete the data from ODS

Hi All,
I have ODS which is having some requests . All the requests are being loaded with full update only. When I am trying to delete the requests from ODS, out of 4 requests 2 requests have been deleted but rest of them are not at all deleting .
As I am working in Quality system, So I don't have the access to delete request from Table level like RSODSACTREQ, RSICCONT etc...
Can you give any clue to delete the remaining 2 requests.

Does the Request has data mart status.IF yes try to delete the request from the respective DSO's.
and try to delete the request.
are you deleting the Whole data from DSO ? - right click on the DSO and select deleted data from the context menu.

I don't think this interface object is referenced by another object.

Hi Mani,
The hierarchy is like Data Models/Stores are Used In Interfaces, Interfaces are used in Packages.
So if you wanna delete anything in this hierarchy you need to delete the referenced one.
For deleting an Interface you no need to delete the data models/stores, you need to delete the interface in Package where its used.
Cross check again and there should be some reference in the Package for that Interface.
Also you can't able to use an Interface at MODEL.

As asked by Mr. Nagamohan, could you please confirm what kind of environment you are using..Vision, Dev or test instance.
In Inventory, did you define the Inventory Org for your Business..? If not.. try to define one Inv org, then go to SO Module and try to do the same exercise what you mentioned :
1. Navigate> OM Sales Orders>
2. enter info on first tab.
3. Select 'Others tab at header and
4. crtl+L to activate the lov enter % for a full list.
We are sure it will atleast pull the new Inv org which you just defined...

CCR - Execute Comparison/Reconciliation not allowing to delete ECC orders

SNP Purchase Requisitions were created in APO as part of CTM solve and transferred to ECC. Some of these Purchase requisitions were not deleted in ECC even though it was deleted in APO. CCR (reconciliation program) shows up these Purchase requisitions as available in ECC and not in APO and only give an option to transfer to APO. Why am I not able to delete these orders (available in ECC not in APO) using CCR? The delete button just donu2019t become active.

Followed up with SAP development team. As per development team functionality to delete PO's or Purchase req in R/3 that are not in APO is not supported at all by deltareport (CCR Report in SCM). CCR report only allows to send PO or Purchase req (missing in APO) to APO.
However a customer specific enhancment can be made to program /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTA3_INCFORM to activate the delete Button
FORM create_errcat_configs :

This form is used for setting the configuration of the buttons for each objecttype-err_category - combination. The settings are stored in the table GT_ERRCAT_CONFIGS. The meanings of the settings are:

Error_categories:
A = missing in APO
B = missing in R/3 without ext.key
C = missing in R/3 with    ext.key

H = differencies in operations
I = differencies in downtimes
S = stock not in R/3 -> delete in APO
T = duplicate stock in APO -> delete and resend
U = different quantities in R/3 and APO -> resend
Buttons:
1.Button = send to APO
2.Button = send to R/3
3.Button = delete in APO
4.Button = delete in R/3

Not Able To Delete Master Agreements/Sub Agreements

Hello Everybody,
I have to delete a Master Agreement or Sub Agreement. The Help sections says that in order to be able to delete a MA/SA the following conditions should be met :
1) The current date should be greater than end date.
2) The current date should be greater than the Retention Date
3) The document should not be flagged as perpetual.
My document meets all the above conditions but when I try to delete it, I get a pop-up saying that the 'Document could not be deleted. It has been restored to its previous version'. I checked the log and it didn't help much. The Error there was 'Unable to delete the document'.
Now, here is the best part : I have a validation script that runs on a MA. If I make that script inactive, the document gets deleted. When I make it Active, I am not able to delete the document. The script, independently, runs without any error but seems to be generating exceptions here.
I am not sure why the system behaves this way. Any help is appreciated.

We have actually tried the approach you are suggesting before posting this thread. I wrote a similar logic to see whether the checkbox is checked and then delete it. But it was not of any help.
The same problem occurs. But the moment I make the script inactive things work now.
So, as of now, the problem is still there.

Not able to delete app icons that are in loading stage and more than 20mb, so cant be loaded completely.

I am not able to delete the app icon (loading) of more than 20MB file app.
I have downloaded them to my itunes but they just dont go away even after syncronising.
just to mention i have 3G network but no wifi at present.

Try resetting the iPad. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears and see if the loading icon is still there.
If that doesn't work, try deleting the app from the iPad and then sync it again. Delete the app by syncing with iTunes and deselect the app.
While your iPad is connected to your computer and iTunes is running, select your iPad on the left side bar, click on the apps tab in the iTunes window on the right, Uncheck the box next to the name of the app and then sync (click on apply) to remove the app from the iPad. Restart the iPad - hold down on the sleep button until the red slider appears, then slide to shut down, hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears to start up.
Then connect the iPad to the computer again and go through the same process except this time select the app and click on apply to put it back onto the iPad.
See if that doesn't remove the loading icon.

Not able to delete application in planning

I was trying 17 step procedure of migrating planning (from appendixD of administrators guide) , could not login to target planning application, so now I want to delete the target to give it a try again, I am not able to delete the planning app from workspace.
Is there a way to take care of this from back-end?

I know that in 9.3.1 and previous 9.x versions there is the potential for issues with migrations if you don't use "Admin" for the app own.
My understanding is that "Admin" always has the same SID (OU=911x,DN=.......) in Open LDap repository. If you use a native ID like HypAdmin it will have a different ID in your dev environment then your production. There are ways to synchronize the Native repositories between Dev/Prod but it is easier to make "Admin" the app owner.

ODS request not able to delete very urgent

I am loading the data from r/3 system to bw (bi 7.0), the objct is Obpartner master data loading into this data targets are 0bp_o01, 0bpartner. there is no further loads.
while loading the delta load i am getting error message like " last delta not updated, repeat the last delta' .while i am checking in the monitor scree the request it's showing red , but in the data targets the request are showing green colour.
Note - i tried to chnge the status from green to red but it's not allwoing to change the status because " the requeest is partially activated u can't chage the status".
in the data targets i am trying to delete the the request but i am not able to delete the request, while selected request only for deletion it's asking for rollback.if u click on continue rollback all request will be going to delete.
please advise me is there any way to delete the request , i will assign the full points for right answer.

This should work ..
The request cannot be deleted in the administration of the data target, make sure that there is no data in the activation queue of the ODS for this request. If there is data nevertheless, make sure that table rsodsactreq contains all entries for this request and ODS in the operation field has the value 'U'. If this is the case, use transaction SE16 to delete all entries for this request and ODS object from tables rsiccont, rsmonicdp and rsodsactreq. Then set the 'from date' to a value that is older than the oldest loaded request in this ODS in the administration of the data target and choose 'Refresh'. This corrects the administration. The data in the activation queue does not cause a problem, it is deleted the next time all new requests are activated.

LSO-AE not able to delete content

I am not able to delete the WBT course content in the Authoring environment. I was given u201Cfull controlu201D as a permission to master repository folder. I hope this permission allow me to delete the content. However, the content is not getting deleted from the master repository. The steps I followed to delete the content is as follows:
Authoring environment- select the published object-right click-select delete.
System is displaying the following message when I try to delete the content.
u201CYou are not allowed to delete the course which was checked inu201D

Content - > Course - > Participant.
If a course is assigned to this content , it will be stored in hrp5006 table and if a participant has taken this course , he acquires the qual(hrp1001).So try this workaround by deleting this entry in hrp1001 and hrp5006 and then try deleting the content from the authoring tool.

Not able to use the deleted Del. document serial nos

Dear All,
I am not able to reuse the reverse PGI document serial nos.
Proess is like that I have done PGI with serial no. and due to some reason i have to reverse the PGI and further i deleted the existing del. doc no. . Now when i am going to reuse the serial no. for new del. no. it is showing error that the serial no. has
customer status.
Kindly suggest me the config for the same.

Hi Ajit,
It simple to correct it.
Problem is when you reverse the delivery and Delete the status has not been changes.
For resolving this issue, you should have the access of T-code IQ02 --> enter your material number and serial number --> Enter --> Click at "Edit" (Menu) --> Special Serial number function --> Manual Transaction --> Select "To stock" --> Status become ESTO --> then you can use it for other order or delivery.
