Not able to download updates to Apps in iTunes

I have about 300 Apps. I have selectively synced a few of them with my iPhone and iPad. I am only able to download updates for the apps which I have synced. For apps which are not synced, I am not able to download updates via the iTunes. For example, currently my iTunes shows as "65 updates available" in the lower right corner, but when I click on it, it says there are no downloads available. See image below
If I enable and sync all apps with my iPhone/iPad, then I am able to download all updates via iTunes. Thanks for your help

I understand that your App Store does not show your app updates. Please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
1. Close All Apps on iPad: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
2. Sign out of iTunes & App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap AppleID > Sign out
3. Reset All Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
4. Reboot iPad
5. Sign back into iTunes and App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Sign In with AppleID

For the 2nd day my iPhone 5 will not let me download updates for apps. When i click update, it acts as if it is going to update but puts all apps in "waiting" status. I've tried selecting each, as well as deleting and re-downloading but to no avail.

For the 2nd day my iPhone 5 will not let me download updates for apps. I've tried selecting each to click off wait, and have selected new updates indvidually instead of all together. Also have shut the phone down and have even deleting the apps completely and re-downloaded but to no avail. Each app continues to sit on my screen with the line below as if it is about to download but never does, and now any apps I've tried to updated will not let me use them.

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
I hope this helps, because it was incredibly frustrating. Good luck!

Repair your Apple software Update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
If you don't find ASU in All programs, go to control panel/
XP- add n remove Programs/highlight ASU, CHANGE then REPAIR.
Vista or Win7 - Programs n features/highlight ASU and click REPAIR

Recently we Migrated WSUS from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2012 R2.

The WSUS server identity on the destination server must be changed. Performing this step guarantees that WSUS-managed clients are not affected during the migration process. If the source server and
the destination server run with the same identity, and a change is made to one of the servers, the communication between the client and server will fail.
To change the WSUS
server identity
On the destination server, open a Windows PowerShell session with elevated user rights and run the following script:
$updateServer = get-wsusserver
$config = $updateServer.GetConfiguration()
$config.ServerId = [System.Guid]::NewGuid()
$config.Save()
As soon as the server identity is changed, run the following command to generate a new encryption key:

AFAIK, Software Update just uses port 80, like most HTTP services. (see http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106439 for a list of "well known" ports used by Apple products.)
iChat AV is more complex. See http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93208 for its port usage details.

Not able to download updated OS version for Pearl 3G

I received a notice from Blackberry of an available OS update (5.0.0.882) but I'm unable to download it wirelessly, through Blackberry Desktop or through the Blackberry website. My current version is 5.0.0.629. My service provider, Rogers Wireless, does not have version 5.0.0.882 available on their web page. I receive an error message stating that an error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your internet connection or try again later, if problem persists. I have tried to update through both my desktop and my laptop computers and can find no explanation on either the Blackberry website nor the Rogers Wireless website.

I checked on the Rogers download site from www.blackberry.com and I see the 5.0.0.882 bundle is now listed. You can click here to access the site.
Try downloading the software directly to your computer and use the BlackBerry Desktop Manager to do the update.

Not able to download updates for CS5 Student and Teacher Edition

Purchased program a couple years ago and just now had to install it on a 2nd, brand new home computer. Tried to update the programs after install and registration and now I am receiving the following:

I have no idea what the error is or how to fix it. This has been going on for several days now. I do use Nortons 360 and have disabled it while doing the upgrade.

Because I have limited internet package on my att iphone 5, I update apps on my computer thru ITunes and then sync them to my phone. The downloads seems to go thru and then install. But when I turn on my phone, the affected apps continue to say they are updating and it never goes away. I do not have wifi but when I am connected, the apps don't update. Help!!!!

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

I understand that your App Store does not show your app updates. Please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
1. Close All Apps on iPad: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
2. Sign out of iTunes & App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap AppleID > Sign out
3. Reset All Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
4. Reboot iPad
5. Sign back into iTunes and App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Sign In with AppleID

TS3212 I have Windows Vista and am not able to download itunes 10 to my computer

I just bought an iphone 4S. My computer, windows vista, will not acknowledge it when I connect with USB cord. Consequently I am not able to export songs from my music library. Also, I am not able to download the lastest version of itunes to my computer.
