Not able to download updates

Question

On my Home Network - I have no problem downloading updates.
On my Company Network I get the following error.
I have been searching for the solution to find out what ports may need to be opened on the Corporate Firewall.
This also stops Ichat Camera from working

AFAIK, Software Update just uses port 80, like most HTTP services. (see http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106439 for a list of "well known" ports used by Apple products.)
iChat AV is more complex. See http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93208 for its port usage details.
