Not able to link any user while running the scheduler
Hi,
I have written a scheduler to reconcile the data into OIM. While running the scheduler my users are able to get linked to any user. Though Modification of the existing users are happening and scheduler is running without any error.
Please help me in resolving this issue.

Did you set your reconciliation action rules and reconciliation rule? After, did you create a reconciliation profile?

Link Button disappears while running the application
Hi All,
In one of my User Defined Forms i've added a link button and i've given the properties like Linkto,Link Object and all.In Preview mode it is available.But while i run the application,it is not available .Any body please help me to resolve this issue

Form Freeze mode stops you from seeing any updates on the screen (to prevent the flickering effect) until you unfreeze it.
The linked button will only display once the field has been filled and the form is "un frozen".

OIM 11g error while running the scheduler

we have created on few custom schedulers to carry out trustetd recon and doing the create , modify and delete operations on OIM entities. all were running fine earlier. Now we started facing the below error while running any scheduler. Please find the OIM diagonostic logs below.

thanks.I got one similar issue before. In my case was with event handler. It was a sintax issue.
Example:
I wrote this: <action-handler Class="...
instead of this: <action-handler class="...
So, in your case III suggest you to check if have any plugin invalid syntax and re-import your schedule task plugin.

Problem while running the scheduled jobs?
Hi any body know the reasons for this?
1) one job got cancelled with error "ABAP/4 processor: SPOOL_INVALID_JOB,
log:
"The current ABAP program had to be terminated because the ABAP processor detected an internal system error.
The current ABAP program "RSPPFPROCESS" had to be terminated because the ABAP processor discovered an invalid system state."
2) second job got cancelled with error "system exception ERROR_MESSAGE UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION CX_OS_DB_UPDATE seems there is some problem in updating the table PPFSTRIGG". but PPFSTRIGG is not table it is structure.
when next execution of these jobs there r working fine.

I am currently reinstalling TCS5.1, as this recently happened to me as well...
If you initially installed Rh and Fm from the TCS installer, not from Fm and Rh installers, the linking should work.
I had projects I was working on, and then overnight, without any updates, etc., both my client and I lost the ability to update existing linked projects.
I wondered if it was an Adobe server issue, but another member of the client team seemed unaffected.
I'll try to update this post if when I resolve the issue. -
Not able to serach for competencies while creating the COmpetency assessmen

I am trying to create a competency assessment template and while doing so I have to select competencies.
I am facing an issue where it keeps erroring "please enter a serach criteria" though I enter 2 search criteria atleast.Also if I select the COmpetency type it works fine.
Secondly how is the data populated in per-competen_elements table?

It's a good idea to check the include job competences checkbox when creating your competency template.
If you want competences to be appraised, you should use the "Competence Requirements" screen. You can find it if you login as Global Super HRMS Manager, then under the "Career Management" group.
Here you can select the position you want to create competences for and these will show up when the appraisal is published. You can choose to end date a competency if you don't want it to show up in the next appraisal.
So basically, if you enter the competency for a position using the Competency Requirements screen, it will show up in the per_competence_elements table -
Not able to see any firewire units on the bus overview.
I just bought my second Mini, it had been used by the outlet during a promotion campaign, so I had to restore the OS.
Everything looked fine, but there are two problems I am left with:
Firstly, the FireWire 800 interface seems almost dead. By that I mean, there is power on the bus, but no communication. On the FireWire info page I only get a warning in red letters saying "Warning: Could not list FireWire units". Of course, it does not matter what I connect.
The other issue I experience is that after booting the Mini, it takes 10 to 15 minutes before I am able to have response on keyboard and mouse input.
Any suggestions out there what could be the matter?Thanx kbrosnan. Enter key will work if my keyboard is Google Keyboard but if i have another keyboard type (C-DAC, GIST Marathi Keyboard) then if I press enter key it will take special invisible character may be carriage return and not getting expected action. Using same C-DAC keyboard I am able to get expected action in another application. So is that browser problem of keyboard problem?

Not able to see full output when run in backgroun
This is a continuation of my question I previously asked:
I was trying to write a simple list with lot of headings.
For example:

I could not see the list titles after a particular length. So, I adjusted the settings to more than 255 in the report title and yes I can see the full output now. But I can not see the full output (and not able to print full) when I run the report in background.
So what can I do to see (and able to print) the full output even when I run in background or normal mode? I think there should be some solution for this.

All of a sudden my firefox webpage now opens in the whole window and I am not able to see any menu bars in the top or the "start" icon in the bottom of the screen
Toggle Full Screen mode on/off with F11 -- very useful keyboard shortcut.
