Not able to login in to OBIEE 11g Analytics on windows 7

HI All,
I have installed OBIEE 11g Version 11.1.1.6.0 on linux machine but i am not able to login into Analytics Page on windows 7 Machine whereas i am able to login in Analytics through windows xp Machine. All OBIEE Services are up and Running.

Try to check sawlog0 and nqserver.log latest error message? is your BI- LDAP working previously or fresh configuration error?
Note: It dosn't matter whether it's win 7 or windows xp. i am sure some wrong in ldap or Make sure your DEV_BIPLATFORM/DEV_MDS Schema password locked/expired if yes try to unlock it then test it out.

Not able to login to BIP using OBIEE Admin credentials

hi,
I am not able to login into BI Publisher(http://<Server name>:7001/xmlpserver/) with my OBIEE Admin credentails. It throws an error "Unauthorized Access: please contact the administrator".
I have checked in console that this Admin User has been assigned to Administrators and BIAdministrators group.
Also I have a BISystemUser which is assigned to Administrators group.
Don't know why it is not working as similar User and group setting onto a different server works.

it says invalid sign in. and in logs it says password is invalid.

Thanks Pallavi for the effort. I tried commenting out, its still the same. It do not throw exception this time. However, It tells me that the recon event is completed and linked to user. When I go to user's profile, I dont see the resource provisioned.
Also,
The Account ID in recon manager of Web Console and the Account ID that is stored in the tables, doesn't match.
I wrote a custom code to fetch account and user details and here is the output,
User Key : 13 -- has Login Id : USER_CS
Account with account key : 49 is with user key : [USER_CS]
Getting Account Data......
{UD_TEST_1P_EMPLOYEENUMBER=1567, UD_TEST_1P_NAME=Kim1}
However the Account Id in recon manager is : 91
This seems fine.
Doesn't this mean, the account is reconciled successfully?
The problem is that, I am not able to see this resource in User's resource profile.

Not able to login UCM 11g with the users created in weblogic

Hi,
Users which I am creating in the weblogic server not getting reflected in UCM 11g.
I am able to create the user successfully in weblogic. I am able to login to UCM using weblogic user and other few users created sometimes back.
But all the new users which I am creating now, not able to login to UCM.
I am using embedded LDAP in the weblogic.
Please advise me to recover from this issue.

Hi Mukesh ,
Check on UCM server if the JPS provider is showing the status as Good or not .
If not then that is the reason for this . In that case stop ucm server , stop wls server , restart WLS and once it is up and running then start UCM server .
After that test to see if the issue persists .

AD integration - not able to login

I have configured Active Directory in my weblogic server. I am able to get the user-list in console/Security Realms >myrealm >Users and Groups.
But i am not able to login using that user id and password (From my active directory) to webcenter spaces and content server.
The error while login we get is - Invalid Credentials
Please try entering your user name and password again.

Is your JPS provider showing status as GOOD ? On UCM 11g the credential will be mapped to UCM through the JPS provider by default . It could be that the JPS provider is down which is why you are not able to do the login .
If JPS provider is showing status as GOOD and still showing the problem then check on the following points to see if any of them has been missed :
•     Once any errors are corrected, go back into the myrealm security realm again, and edit both your ActiveDirectory and DefaultAuthenticator providers to change their Control Flag to SUFFICIENT.
•     Reorder the providers so that ActiveDirectory is the first in the list.
•     Restart the WLS admin server and any managed servers one more time. You should now be able to log in to UCM/URM using an Active Directory username and password.

Check out the connectivity between cisco aeronet and TACAS server and what is the failed logs says in tacas server.
If possible try to change the configuration to aaa authentication login Login-LAN(default) group tacacs+ line and then try what exactly happens.

One of the user is getting the below error when the person is trying to login ELM system. what could be issue for the specific user and how do we resolve this issue?

Its works for other users, its only happened for one specific user only? I didn't check the APPSRV.LOG file? what needs to be checked in APPSRV.LOG, I can ask my infra team to check, because I don't have app server access to check log file.

Urgent help needed! not able to login in an application

I change the authentication from application express to database and back.
So I put application express again current and now I'm not able to login anymore in my app.
I even don't get my login page. if i start the browser and want to go to the app
it always redirect directly to my home page?????
Please help, what happened? App express authentication is back my current but nothing works anymore.
I can see in the design pages from the app but when I push the run button it just refreshes the current desing page and does not run anything.

Already solved it myself. A wrong column referenced in the sql code from the scheme authorization caused the error.
I couldn't get my hand on it in IE but when I tied to start the page in Firefox. I got even the right message stating which column was wrong in which scheme.
Again another reason to get rid of that grrrr win IE. It's such a pain in the .....
