Not able to login to Import Wizard - BO XI3.1 SP4

Hi,
While login to Import wizard, I am having the following error:
The username and password is correct. I have Full Control right for the user in the folders.
Am I missing any right ?

Hi Arjit,
Check the Following Points:
Transport Error Communication failure: Due to Connection Lost between database and CCM (Central Configuration Manager), please check the event viewer to see the status regarding connection lost.
If Connection Lost is there then Restart the Server Intelligence Agent (Node).
Then Re-login and check it.

    I just installed SAP IDES system and successfully imported a permanent license key.
    When I run SCC4, I can see that the default installation creates the following clients - 000, 001, 800, 810, 811 and 812.
    I am able to login to clients 000 and 001 using sap* as user. However, I am not able to login to either 800 or 812. I have tried both sap* as well as ddic as the username. The error I get back is that either the username or password is invalid.
    Can someone please suggest me what I need to do to make it work?

    So one option is to modify usr02 table for the password. However, I am thinking there must be a more standard way. My IDES installation was a standard one. There was nothing special about my installation.

    Sadly, no other way if your SAP*,DDIC and any other existing super user is locked.
    You got to delete the SAP*/DDIC from the database.
    Proceed as follows:
    1.Check your instant profile and make login/no_automatic_user_sapstar is set to "0" and now make a restart of your server.
    Try this from command prompt.
    sqlplus /nolog;
    conn /as sysdba;
    Now type this and take caution as this is case sensitive:
    DELETE FROM <sid>.USR02
    WHERE BNAME='SAP*' AND MANDT='<client no.>'
    EG-->
    DELETE FROM dev.USR02
    WHERE BNAME='SAP*' AND MANDT='123'
    Then restart your server and login as user SAP* password pass.

    I have imported a sample DRM application into my DRM installation.......everything is good.......the application shows as started in DRM console............I have a user name/ password ....which i used to setup the app in DRM console..............
    But when i try to login the app from Web URL.........iam not able to login..........with the same userID/Passsword....which i used in DRM console!!!!!!!!!!!!...........I can login to the SQL developer with the same login details and see all objects...........
    IN SQL tables does any table store the login user IDs and passwords.....................How can i login to the application?

    If you've got a sample database schema that contains a DRM application then the simplest approach is going to be to ask whoever gave you the sample schema for the DRM application what the password for the admin user is. DRM user credentials are encrypted in the DRM schema so I don't think it's highly unlikely that anyone is going to advise how to get from an encrypted password in the DRM schema to a plain text password on a forum that is available for all to see in Google search results.

  • Strategy Management - Not able to login

            Recently, I have installed strategy management in the environment of CE7.1 with SP6 and the strategy management version as 7.5 SP7.
          After deploying the SCA file which is downloaded from the market place, I could see the services in os level(services.msc) (The two services are SAP SM listener and also SAP SM extended listener). Both of the services are started in OS level.
    But when I try to login to the URL, http://hostname:port/strategy/tools ---> I am not able to login. (Getting error as undefined and sometime getting a message as unauthorised error)
    I used UME - CE administrator(UME) for logging into the above URL, its redirecting to the other url
    http://hostname.FQDN.com:50200/strategy/tools/invalid_user.jsp
    Note: I am new to the strategy management, So kindly guide me to the correct path, and also I have downloaded and gone through the installation and administration guide from market place. Also gone through the note of 1350405 , 1467938 but clueless to get rid of this error.

    Are you upgrading or is this an initial installation? I ask because you need to use the bootstrap.zip or import.zip file that comes with the SP level that you installed. The message indicates that there is a difference between the bootstrap and installation SP levels.
    If you are just installing SSM, I would recommend starting with SSM 7.5 SP7 (NOTE 1505658) which is the lastest SP level.
    When loading the bootstrap data, you need to choose between bootstrap.zip and import.zip and only need to load one of those. If you choose import.zip, you get the sample data with demos. If you are new to SSM, I would recommend loading import.zip into your DEV environment so you can look at some complete build-outs of SSM. It is very helpful when starting your own development.
    bootstrap.zip does NOT include the demo data and is more suited when there is already a familiarity with SSM and samples are no longer needed. Like when creating your PROD environment.

    Hi,
    Check out the connectivity between cisco aeronet and TACAS server and what is the failed logs says in tacas server.
    If possible try to change the configuration to aaa authentication login Login-LAN(default) group tacacs+ line and then try what exactly happens.

  • Not able to login to BIP using OBIEE Admin credentials

    I am not able to login into BI Publisher(http://<Server name>:7001/xmlpserver/) with my OBIEE Admin credentails. It throws an error "Unauthorized Access: please contact the administrator".
    I have checked in console that this Admin User has been assigned to Administrators and BIAdministrators group.
    Also I have a BISystemUser which is assigned to Administrators group.
    Don't know why it is not working as similar User and group setting onto a different server works.

    After looking into the error first i dont think you are enter the right password.
    In case if you are entering the right password then you might not have the necessary admin rights on portal.

  • Urgent help needed! not able to login in an application

    I change the authentication from application express to database and back.
    So I put application express again current and now I'm not able to login anymore in my app.
    I even don't get my login page. if i start the browser and want to go to the app
    it always redirect directly to my home page?????
    Please help, what happened? App express authentication is back my current but nothing works anymore.
    I can see in the design pages from the app but when I push the run button it just refreshes the current desing page and does not run anything.

    Already solved it myself. A wrong column referenced in the sql code from the scheme authorization caused the error.
    I couldn't get my hand on it in IE but when I tied to start the page in Firefox. I got even the right message stating which column was wrong in which scheme.
    Again another reason to get rid of that grrrr win IE. It's such a pain in the .....

    Ok...so images and javascript are not working...so the obvious questions are -
    1) Did you copy across all the Javascript, images etc as directed in the installation/upgrade guide?
    2) Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

    Try to check sawlog0 and nqserver.log latest error message? is your BI- LDAP working previously or fresh configuration error?
    Note: It dosn't matter whether it's win 7 or windows xp. i am sure some wrong in ldap or Make sure your DEV_BIPLATFORM/DEV_MDS Schema password locked/expired if yes try to unlock it then test it out.
